Abstract

The title of this research is the analysis of bank soundness based on earnings aspects in the camel ratio at PT. Bank Muamalat. The method used in conducting this research is by using the CAMEL method. This research was compiled along with the rapid growth of banks lately. The categories are healthy, fairly healthy, unhealthy, and unhealthy. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Muamalat. Data collected is a balance sheet and income statement. CAMEL analysis has five aspects, on this occasion the author has the aspect of earnings using the ratio of ROA (Return On Assets) and BOPO (Operating Expenses to Operating Income). Based on the results of research conducted at PT Bank Muamalat CAMEL value based on earnings aspects using the ROA ratio in 2013 in the amount of 0.44%, 2014 amounted to 0.15%, and in 2015 amounted to 0.19% so it was categorized in groups Not healthy. While using the BOPO ratio in 2013 to 2015 is always below 93.52% so it is categorized in the Healthy group.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the concepts of Islamic ethics and basic principles (basic principles) which are based on the values of the Koran which are directed to raise moral values related to the prevention of actions that are not in accordance with the teachings of Islamic law. Using qualitative research methods with data analysis techniques for results and discussion using library research (Library Research) by collecting, reading and browsing a number of books that are used as references. The results show that some of the right concepts to be used in Islamic business ethics to raise moral values according to the teachings of Islamic law are to understand very well the concepts of property and ownership, the concept of wealth distribution, the concept of work and business, and the concept of Halal and Haram

Abstract

Cryptocurrency is a form of digital storage that uses cryptographic techniques or secret passwords. This cryptocurrency is not controlled by an institution such as a bank, country or certain company but uses a decentralized server and cryptocurrency uses a system that cannot be controlled by anyone because it uses a network that can document transactions directly, without any third party. This review expects to get a thought meaning of Cryptocurrency and how the assessment of the researchers on it depends on sharia and Islamic law. This examination is a writing study. The information wellsprings of this examination were taken from the Qur'an, the hadith of the Prophet, traditional and contemporary books, the assessments of researchers just as from online media sources. From this exploration, it was discovered that Cryptocurrency or the utilization of virtual money can without a doubt be perceived as a brilliant progressive innovation, but its use as an investment instrument contains elements of maysir (betting) and as a business transaction instrument that contains elements of gharar, it contains tyranny and that including transactions that are prohibited in Islam.Keywords : Enterpreneurship, Cryptocurrency and Islamic Law.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the potential of sharia pawnshops in encouraging the financing of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The type of research used is a qualitative research method. The processed data is the result of interviews with sharia pawnshop employees in South Sulawesi. Data collection methods in this study are interviews, observation, Documentation Studies in which the authors go directly to see the conditions in the field. The results of this study indicate that the advantages of Islamic pawnshops in financing the MSME sector are: government owned, credit insurance, the process is easy, min -3 working days, guidance to customers but there are some things that need to be considered for MSME actors, namely they cannot take financing at sharia pawnshops when their business does not yet have a business license from the government and also there is no bookkeeping of the business being run so that the sharia pawnshop has difficulty in providing capital to MSMEs.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine Islamic empowerment for red brick craftsmen in Julukanaya Village and to determine the impact of Islamic empowerment on improving the welfare of red brick craftsmen in Julukanaya Village. The type of research method used is descriptive qualitative which uses field research methods (primary data) and library research (secondary data). Primary data is data sourced from informants who know clearly and in detail about the problem being studied, namely red brick business owners and red brick craftsmen as well as community figures, while secondary data is obtained by researchers from books that are appropriate to the problem being studied. The results of the research show that the red brick business is managed together with business owners and red brick craftsmen so that it can improve the economic welfare of the people in Julukanaya Village so that they can meet their daily needs and can improve their children's education. Islamic empowerment of red brick craftsmen in Julukanaya Village, Gowa Regency is a collaboration or form of mutual help between business owners and red brick craftsmen, where the materials and land to be managed come from the business owner. The income level of the people in Julukanaya Village, especially red brick craftsmen, experienced an increase in prosperity because it had an impact on increasing the economy in the surrounding community

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on employee morale at the Gowa Regional SAMSAT Office. Using a quantitative research design, the study involved a saturated sample of 43 employees, representing the entire population of staff working at the office. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The results show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee morale, indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.683 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.608 demonstrates that 60.8% of the variation in employee morale is explained by the work environment, while the remaining 39.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings highlight the importance of creating a conducive work environment—through improvements in workspace conditions, temperature control, and interpersonal relationships—to enhance employee morale and productivity.

Abstract

Advances in science have made significant contributions to human life, but their use must be understood from the perspective of their values ​​and functions. In the study of the philosophy of science, this is discussed through axiology, which emphasizes the values, goals, and uses of science in everyday life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the axiological dimension of science from the perspective of the philosophy of science and its relationship to human life. The focus of this research is on the concept of axiology in the philosophy of science related to the values ​​and uses of science. The method applied in this study is a qualitative approach with a literature study method through the analysis of various relevant scientific literature references. The results show that the axiology of science emphasizes the importance of ethical values ​​and responsibility in the application of science so that it can bring benefits to human life. Thus, an understanding of the axiological dimension of science is essential to ensure that scientific development remains based on moral and humanitarian values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of productive zakat in Baznas Bulukumba Regency. The type of research conducted is qualitative research. Data obtained from informants with 10 informants. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews and document studies in which the author saw firsthand the state of the field. The results of the research obtained by the author are that the management at the Bulukumba National Baznas is guided by the Standard Operating Procedure or commonly called (SOP) which has been set to facilitate the management process, so there is an assessment. Having the mechanism of a design or pleaning before entering the names of the mustahiks so that what the mustahik's needs are balanced. Some of the mustahik who have received zakat assistance from the Bulukumba Regency Baznas are still stagnant, but some have changed from a mustahik to a muzakki.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan karyawan pada PT. Bumi Karsa Makassar, dan 2) mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi non-finansial terhadap kepuasan karyawan pada perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel yang diteliti. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non-finansial sebagai variabel independen, serta kepuasan kerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bumi Karsa Makassar yang berjumlah 130 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh (sensus), sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai responden penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan indikator dari masing-masing variabel penelitian. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 25 dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, baik secara parsial maupun simultan . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Bumi Karsa Makassar. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil uji parsial (uji t) yang menunjukkan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel serta tingkat signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 Hasil penelitian juga menyimpulkan bahwa kompensasi non-finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Bumi Karsa Makassar. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung yang jauh lebih besar dibandingkan t tabel serta tingkat signifikansi di bawah 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digitalisasi pelayanan dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap efektivitas pemungutan pajak daerah pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Enrekang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh pegawai yang terlibat langsung dalam pelayanan dan pemungutan pajak daerah, dengan teknik total sampling sehingga diperoleh 50 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 27, melalui tahapan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pemungutan pajak daerah dengan nilai signifikansi 0,006 (<0,05). Kompetensi pegawai juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05), serta menjadi variabel yang lebih dominan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas pemungutan pajak daerah dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05) dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 57,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pemungutan pajak tidak hanya ditentukan oleh teknologi, tetapi juga oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan digitalisasi pelayanan harus diiringi dengan penguatan kompetensi pegawai agar dapat mencapai hasil yang optimal. Meskipun demikian, kendala seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan rendahnya literasi digital masyarakat masih menjadi tantangan dalam implementasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi terintegrasi yang mencakup pengembangan sistem digital, peningkatan kapasitas pegawai, serta edukasi masyarakat guna meningkatkan efektivitas pemungutan pajak daerah secara berkelanjutan
