Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of E-service quality on customer satisfaction through the customer's perceived value of the Grab Food application in Makassar City. This research is experimental, the research design used is associative research. associative or relationship is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The research data obtained that E-service quality has a significant positive effect on Perceived value with P = 0.000 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.500, this coefficient indicates that the better the E-service quality perceived by consumers, the better the perceived value will also be, and Perceived value has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with P = 0.000 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.233, this coefficient indicates that the better the perceived value, the better customer satisfaction, while E-service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with P = 0.000 0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.547, this coefficient indicates that the better the E-service quality perceived by consumers, the more customer satisfaction will increase. And finally, E-service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction through Perceived value with a coefficient value of 0.274, this coefficient indicates that good service quality perceived by consumers will encourage consumers to increase perceived value for products and ultimately have an impact on better consumer satisfaction.Keywords: E-service quality, Customer satisfaction, and Perceived Value.

Abstract

This study aims 1) to determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions at Indomaret Diponegoro Takalar. 2) to determine the effect of product completeness on purchasing decisions custumers at Indomaret Diponegoro Takalar. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a sample of 96 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the price and product completeness had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions costumers at Indomaret Diponegoro Takalar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the management of the village fund management on the development of Desa Palalakkang. The type of research used is the qualitative research metode.The processed data is the result of interviews with palalakkang village staff. Data colettion methods used in this study is observation, interview, and documentation. The data source used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The results showed that the vilage fund management on the development of Desa Palalakkang was quite effective based on UUD No. 6, 2014 and developed with the regional minister of the state No. 133, 2014.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh layanan mobile banking terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada Bank Sulselbar Cabang Makassar. Populasi yang diambil dari penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi Sulselbar Mobile khususnya di Bank Sulselbar Cabang Utama Makassar. Dengan penentuan Sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan diperoleh sampel berjumlah 100 orang responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang mengunakan teknik metode deskriptif kuantitatif adalah metode survey dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis uji reliabilitas dan uji validitas dengan metode analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Layanan Mobile Banking berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Bank Sulselbar Cabang Utama Makassar. Kata Kunci: Layanan Mobile Banking, Loyalitas Nasabah, Bank Sulselbar Cabang Utama Makassar. Abstract This study aims to determine how much influence mobile banking services have on customer loyalty at Bank Sulselbar Makassar Branch. The population taken from this study are users of the Sulselbar Mobile application, especially at Bank Sulselbar, Makassar Main Branch. By determining the sample using the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 100 respondents with a sampling technique that uses quantitative descriptive methods is a survey method and uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The data analysis technique used in this research is the analysis of the reliability test and the validity test with the simple regression analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that Mobile Banking Services have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty of Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Faktor Komunikasi, Pengalaman Kerja Dan Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Sales Promotion Pada Pt. Yamaha Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sampel jenuh atau mengambil seluruh jumlah populasi dengan jumlah responden 80 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yatu pendekatan yang menekankan analisis pada data-data angka yang diolah dengan metode statistik, dengan tekhnik analisis data partial last square smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian (1) Faktor Komunikasi tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja sales promotion pada PT. Yamaha Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor, (2) Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Produktivitas kerja sales promotion pada PT. Yamaha Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor, (3) Pelatihan kerja tidak berpengaruh positive signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja sales promotion pada PT. Yamaha Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work stres on job satisfaction and employee performance, analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, and analyze the influence of leadership style and work stres on employee performance through job satisfaction at the BPJS Ketenagakeriaan Sulawesi Maluku Region. The data collection technique is through distributing questionnaires using data analysis techniques and analyzed with Amos. The results of the research show that leadership style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work stres has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work stres has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance . From the results of the Sobel test, it was found that job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style and work stres on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out, analyze and explains the Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Work Environment, and Work Culture on Employee Performance at the Plantation Service Office Capital and One Stop Integrated Services in Bantaeng Regency. Type This research is quantitative research with a sample of 49 respondents using questionnaires as a source of collection data, the analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by using the SPSS 24 application. The research results show that, emotional intelligence positive and significant effect on employee performance, the environment Work has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and culture Work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is a type of quantitative research with the aim of determining the effect of education level and work environment on the performance of Mallawa District office employees, Maros Regency. This sample was taken from the Mallawa sub-district office of Maros Regency. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires that are shared and relate to the problem under study. Data collection is carried out by observation and distribution of questionnaires. In this study, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study used the Likert scale method. Based on the results of data research using statistical calculations through the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 29 application regarding the influence of education level and work environment on the performance of Mallawa Subdistrict office employees of Maros Regency which has been discussed from the previous chapter, the author draws an important conclusion, namely the level of education and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance..

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study aiming to understand and analyze the impact of selection and job placement on employee productivity at the State Assets and Auction Office in Makassar. The data collecting methods used in this research include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population and sample used in this research consist of 40 respondents. The research result through statistical calculations using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 27 regarding the influence of selection and job placement on employee productivity at assets and auction office in Makassar which was discussed in the previous chapters, the author draws the important conclusion that selection and job placement have a positive and significant on employee productivity. The result obtained for the selection variable (X1) against employee productivity (Y) show with a significance value of X1 against Y being 0.039, which is less than the value of alpha, that is 0.05 (0.039 < 0.05) and job placement variable (X2) against employee productivity (Y) show a significance value of X2 against Y being 0.009, which is also less than the value of alpha, that is 0.05 (0.009 < 0.05).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh self efficacy dan penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh self efficacy dan penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh self efficacy dan penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pada Perumda Air Minum Tirta Bantimurung Kabupaten Maros. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Adapun yang menjadi populasi adalah pegawai pada Perumda Air Minum Tirta Bantimurung Kabupaten Maros yang berjumlah 128 orang pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa self efficacy dan penguasaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh self efficacy dan penguasaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Perumda Air Minum Tirta Bantimurung Kabupaten Maros.
