Abstract

Waqf is a form of Islamic social financial instrument that has sustainability benefits. Efforts to produce waqf assets aim to increase their use to create an even distribution in all aspects. This is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely maintaining sustainable improvement in the economic welfare of the community, maintaining the sustainability of community social life, and maintaining environmental quality. the pillars of development are the pillars of social development, the pillars of economic development, the pillars of environmental development, and the pillars of governance and law. The research method used is a qualitative study of literature with descriptive analysis techniques. This article wants to show that the optimization of productive waqf is an alternative to realizing the Sustainable Development Goals in Indonesia. This is done through its role in managing waqf assets and developing the utilization of waqf results through economic empowerment. It is hoped that these efforts can participate in solving economic problems such as unemployment, socio-economic disparities, community welfare, and the environment.

Abstract

Abstract Non Performing Financing (NPF) or problem financing is a situation where there are problems or problems in financing payments by customers such as installment payments that are substandard, doubtful, or even jammed. This study aims to determine the influence of internal factors on NPF at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2015-2020 simultaneously and partially. These internal factors include Operational Spending to Operating Income (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Net Interest Margin (NIM). Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 10 Islamic Commercial Banks. The research method used in this study is the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The results showed that BOPO, CAR, FDR and NIM had a significant effect on NPF simultaneously. Furthermore, BOPO and FDR have a significant effect on NPF while the CAR and NIM variables do not have a significant effect on NPF partially. Keywords: NPF, BOPO, FDR, NIM, Islamic Commercial Banks Abstrak Non Perfoming Financing (NPF) atau pembiayaan bermasalah adalah situasi dimana terjadi kendala atau permasalahan dalam pembayaran pembiayaan oleh nasabah seperti pembayaran angsuran yang kurang lancar, diragukan, atau bahkan macet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor secara internal terhadap NPF di Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2020 secara simultan dan secara parsial. Faktor internal tersebut meliputi Belanja Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), dan Net Interest Margin (NIM). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh sebnayak 10 Bank Umum Syariah. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BOPO, CAR, FDR dan NIM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NPF secara simultan. Selanjutnya, BOPO dan FDR mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap NPF sedangkan variabel CAR dan NIM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NPF secara parsial. Through analysis that, you can concluded that market orientation, orientation entrepreneurship, business model innovation, and performance development product new each other related in SME context. Strong market and entrepreneurial orientation can push business model innovation, which in turn can increase performance development product new. Business model innovation is also possible role as an internal mediator connection between market orientation, orientation entrepreneurship, and performance development product new. Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: It is known that MSMEs contribute 60.3 per cent to GDP and can absorb 97 per cent of the workforce in Indonesia, but there are still challenges, one of which is access to capital from financial institutionsPurpose/Objective Study: This study explores the potential and role of Islamic fintech in improving access to finance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through bibliometric analyzis.Design/Methodology/Approach:This research utilizes bibliometric analysis and keyword searches of “Islam”, “Fintech”, and “SMEs” to develop research results and provide implementation recommendations.Findings: Based on the keywords “Islamic”, “Fintech”, and “SME” obtained through indexed publication literature, the keywords “fintech”, “investment”, and “Islamic-compliant financing” are keywords that have the potential to be studied more deeply. The author recommends the utilisation of Islamic fintech as an alternative access to capital through Islamic Peer-to-peer lending (P2P) and Islamic Security Crowdfunding Finance schemes.Paper Type: Research Article

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the implementation of the Love, Proud, Understand (CBP) Rupiah education program in East Java affects the economy of East Java and analyzes the challenges that occur in the implementation of the CBP program in East Java. And, evaluate the implications of the CBP program in influencing the economy of East Java. Through the literature study analysis method with data and information collection based on the results of field visits related to the CBP socialization activities of Bank Indonesia East Java and through searches, such as scientific journals and other relevant documents. The results show that the CBP program has an important role in increasing awareness of the Rupiah and has a positive impact on the economy of East Java, especially on East Java's financial literacy. There are challenges faced by Bank Indonesia East Java, such as the widespread use of foreign currency in several sectors of the economy and limited access to financial services in remote areas. The conclusion of this study is the need for Bank Indonesia to make efforts to ensure that the CBP Rupiah program can reach all levels of society and have a broader impact on economic stability.

Abstract

Document management and filing systems are crucial elements in business operations, ensuring that documents are well-organized, secure, and easily accessible. The ‘Document Control and Filing System’ training was conducted over three days, from December 10–12, 2024, at éL Hotel Yogyakarta Malioboro. This training aimed to enhance participants' understanding of Document Control and Filing Systems and their implementation in the workplace. The training was attended by two participants from PT Cirebon Power in a private format, allowing for interactive discussions and in-depth material exploration.The training methods included presentations, discussions, case studies, and evaluations through pre-tests and post-tests. The evaluation results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding of document management principles, filing classification, as well as data security and accessibility. Participants also gained more confidence in implementing a more systematic filing system in their companies.This training's implementation demonstrated that a discussion and case study-based approach effectively enhanced participants' competencies. With high enthusiasm and positive results, similar training programs can be further developed with a stronger focus on document digitalization and the implementation of technology in filing management.

Abstract

Human resource development in the context of Islamic economics is a key focus in efforts to improve the quality of human resources by Islamic principles. Through an analysis of 194 documents from the Scopus database (2017-2024), this study maps trends, thematic patterns, and research gaps through keyword co-occurrence analysis using VOSviewer software. The findings of this study propose a novel contribution through a matrix that serves as an initial conceptual framework for formulating an integrated human resource model based on Islamic values. Six clusters of keywords—human capital intellectual capital, socio-demographics, Islamic institutions, Muslim country context, sustainable finance, and social capital entrepreneurship—are recommended as potential areas for research novelty.
