Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di masyarakat saat ini juga memunculkan inovasi baru dalam layanan keuangan berbasis teknologi informasi yang dikenal sebagai Financial Technology (Fintech). Fintech lending atau disebut juga Fintech Peer-to-Peer Lending atau layanan. Meminjam dan meminjamkan uang berbasis teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu inovasi di sektor keuangan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang memungkinkan pemberi pinjaman dan peminjam untuk melakukan transaksi pinjam pinjam tanpa harus bertemu langsung. Mekanisme transaksi pinjam pinjam dilakukan melalui sistem yang telah disediakan oleh penyelenggara Fintech Lending, baik melalui aplikasi maupun website. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif melalui penelitian perpustakaan yang akan mengkaji prinsip-prinsip utang sesuai dengan hadis dan versi utang pinjaman. Oleh karena itu, pinjaman online yang sesuai dengan praktik Nabi Muhammad saw. adalah tidak adanya tambahan uang atau nominal dari kreditur (pemilik uang), karena jika itu terjadi maka interpretasinya berbeda, maka itulah yang disebut riba. Namun, dilihat dari praktik pinjaman online yang sedang beredar, kesepakatan di awal dinyatakan dengan suku bunga yang sudah ditemukan mulai dari 3% dan seterusnya, sehingga jika pinjaman online tersebut berbentuk itu, tentu dikatakan sebagai pinjaman yang mengandung riba dan tidak sesuai dengan Hadits Nabi Muhammad.

Abstract

A bad environment will shape the bad character of a person's character. This is where all forms of good attitudes, words, and habits carried out in the environment will form a person's mental health. The application of religion can be one that can be applied in the environment to get good habits. This will be a factor that helps children to fortify themselves from bad responses when facing exams. Likewise, a bad environment will form a bad mentality in children. So that this mental disorder triggers the emergence of bipolar disorder. This study aims to determine the relevance of good practices and the application of tasawuf akhlaqi in maintaining mental health so that it will prevent bipolar disorder in a person. The approach taken in this research is qualitative with the type of library research, in which the related data will be analyzed to get the desired results. The results of this study indicate that presenting religious concepts in life can lead to patience in facing trials, and the emotions that will be caused can be managed properly.

Abstract

Memorizing the Qur'an is not only about ziyadah, but how to maintain the memory that has been memorized. The Faculty of Ushuluddin UIN SU is one of the faculties that focuses on the Tahfiẓ Al-Qur'an program, as the content contained in the curriculum of the Faculty of Ushuluddin requires memorizing the Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study is to find out the problems of students who memorize the Qur'an in maintaining memorization after boarding school along with solutions to maintain it. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the problems of students in maintaining memorization after Islamic boarding school were that most students were lazy and not consistent in dividing time, the influence of gadgets, environmental factors, and lack of motivation because there were no teachers and friends. To overcome these problems, of course, there are solutions, namely fixing the intention first, making time in muraja'ah, must be istiqamah in dividing time, reducing playing gadgets, looking for a good environment, often motivating yourself and looking for mentors and friends, and using the right muraja'ah method.
