Abstract

Indri Andriani (181821540) Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences, Accounting Study Program. "Analysis of Performance Accountability Report at the Tourism and Culture Office of East Kolaka Regency". Guided by Mr. Arnadi Chairunnas as Supervisor I and Mr. Bustang as Supervisor II. This study aims to determine the Performance Accountability Report at the Tourism and Culture Office of East Kolaka Regency. This study uses a Qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. In collecting data, researchers use data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Accountability Report. The results of the study indicate that the LAKIP at the Tourism and Culture Office of East Kolaka Regency has been presented but is not in accordance with the guidelines of the Regulation of the Minister of State for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform No. 29 of 2010, where in article 16 paragraph 1 it is stated that the Performance Accountability Report as referred to in article 12 contains a summary of the achievement of targets as stipulated in the performance determination document and planning document. However, the facts found by researchers when conducting research at the Tourism and Culture Office of East Kolaka Regency, the implementation of the LAKIP presented cannot be said to be appropriate, making it difficult for the author to clearly describe the financial resources used to carry out activities in achieving outputs and results (outcomes).

Abstract

Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja pegawai dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Desa Cibeber. Metodologi/Pendekatan: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian, adalah teknik non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh. Hasil: Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kedisiplinan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Implikasi Praktis: Penelitian ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi pihak pimpinan terkait terkait pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kebaruan: Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan literatur mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia berkaitan dengan kedisiplinan kerja pegawai, kepemimpinan, serta kinerja pegawai di sektor pemerintahan desa.

Abstract

The community service program in Gumanano Village, Mawasangka Subdistrict, Central Buton Regency aims to empower the community through the utilization of coconut shell waste into economically valuable products in the form of briquettes. Gumanano Village has abundant coconut potential; however, coconut shell waste has generally not been optimally utilized and is often discarded or burned, providing no added value. Through this program, training was provided along with the introduction of appropriate technology, including a coconut shell carbonizer, charcoal crusher, mixer, and briquette molding machine. The community was equipped with skills covering the entire production process, starting from raw material selection, processing, molding, to product packaging. The results of the program showed an increase in community knowledge and skills in managing coconut shell waste into environmentally friendly and marketable briquettes. In addition, the availability of production equipment supports work efficiency and product quality, thereby increasing the potential of briquettes as an alternative energy source as well as a new business opportunity for the community. Thus, this program is expected to improve household income, reduce environmental pollution, and promote economic independence for the people of Gumanano Village.
