Abstract

The main purpose of the company (management) is basically "stockholder wealth maximization that is by maximizing the market value of the company's stock" Based on these objectives, management will optimize its performance in order to show the credibility of the company in generating profit in the eyes of investors or stockholders. Measurement of company performance can be grouped into two, that is measurement of non financial performance (nonfinancial performance measurement) and measurement of financial performance (financial performance measurement). profit is a measuring tool to assess the performance of the company in a period, so that investors and shareholders are very focused on profit information without seeing the procedure of corporate profits.

Abstract

The various types of contracts applied by Islamic banks can be divided into six groups of patterns, namely; Safekeeping patterns, such as wadi’ah yad amanah and wadi’ah yad dhamamah. Loan patterns, such as qardh and qardhul hasan. Profit sharing patterns, such as Mudharabah and musyarakah. Rental patterns, such as Ijarah and Ijarah bittamlik. Buying and selling patterns, such as murabahah, salam and istishna. Other patterns, such as wakalah, kafalah, hiwalah, ujr, sharf, and rahn. There are two types of contract sharing patterns, such as Musyarakah, Mudharabah, Ijarah adn ijarah muntahiya bittamlik, and in this article will explain about those contract of four.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the strategies used by BMT in resolving the murabahah financing that is problematic at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Kraksaan, knowing the factors that are the supporters in carrying out the problem solving financing strategies at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Kraksaan, knowing the factors - factors that become obstacles in carrying out financing strategies that are problematic in BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Kraksaan. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that the strategy for resolving murabahah financing that is problematic in BMT UGT is by rescheduling, calling customers, giving warning letters (SP) up to 3 times and discussing the next steps that will be taken by both parties, confiscation of collateral . Factors supporting the murabhaah financing settlement strategy that were troubled by BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Kraksaan were AOA / AOP officers who always communicated, officers, AOP / AOA always supervised customer financing, always approached customers, routinely collected by AOP officers. The inhibiting factor for the problem solving strategy for murabhaah financing at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Kraksaan is the AOA / AOP who are not strict in carrying out their duties so customers are negligent in their responsibilities, AOP officers do not routinely collect from customers, officers do not always report things that are a problem in this murabahah financing to the head of BMT UGT Sidogiri, AOA / AOP officers and Head of Sidogiri BMT UGT are not communicating enough, AOA / AOP is slow in responding to troublesome murabahah financing problems carried out by customers.

Abstract

Income smoothing is part of the profit management which is management intervention efforts to report on the state of the company that does not reflect the actual situation as there are of particular interest. This is a common phenomenon that is used by management as a way to reduce fluctuations in reported earnings to match the desired target either reduce fluctuations in income reporting, accounting manipulate variables with the selection of accounting methods or by performing real transactions. The income smoothing cause disclosure of information on the net income or profit be misleading, resulting in the occurrence of errors in decision making by parties with an interest in the company, especially external parties. The practice of income smoothing can be detected by several factors such as company size, profitability ratios, operating profit margin, net profit margin and return on assets.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research that has the aim to determine the assessment and development of Islamic financial performance. Measurements were made using a financial ratio analysis approach consisting of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability. Audited balance sheet and profit and loss data are used as data sources. Based on an analysis of the development of BSM’s financial performance for the period 2013-2017, the ratio of liquidity, solvency and profitability fluctuated. Then the development of financial performance in the BMI 2013-2017 period based on liquidity ratios experienced a significant increase, then based on the solvency ratio showed fluctuations, while based on profitability ratios showed fkultuation. Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah in the period of 2013-2017 experienced fluctuating performance developments when viewed based on its liquidity ratio, based on the solvency ratio showing fluctuations, while based on profitability ratios showed an unstable increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee service quality on consumer satisfaction Alfamart Karangbong Village, Pajarakan District. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, quantitative descriptive research is a method that explains or analyzes a problem from a data based on the calculation of numbers with statistical analysis of research results. The data analysis method used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis. The quality of employee services has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with Alfamart Karangbong Pajarakan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan metode akad yang digunakan pada produk tabungan mabrur Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Lumajang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan cara memberikan gambaran secara sistematis terhadap objek yang menjadi pokok permasalahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan akad mudharabah mutlaqah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Lumajang dan implementasi nisbah bagi hasil produk tabungan mabrur pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Lumajang dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa penerapan akad mudharabah mutlaqoh pada bank syariah mandiri diterapkan dalam tabungan berjangka yang bernama tabungan mabrur yang mana hanya diperuntukkan untuk tujuan khusus, dan nasabah tidak bisa mengambil dana sewaktu-waktu ketika membutuhkannya. Implementasi nisbah bagi hasil pada bank syariah mandiri menggunakan sistem bagi hasil yang mengacu pada revenue sharing sudah sesuai dengan prespektif ekonomi syariah karena landasan transaksinya dengan berpedoman pada fatwa DSN-MUI Nomor 02/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, Sehingga dengan metode ini diharapkan dapat membantu mewujudkan impian masyarakat dalam melaksanakan ibadah haji ke tanah suci mekkah. Dengan produk ini tidak ada lagi kekhawatiran dana yang diniatkan ibadah bercampur dengan riba.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the margin calculation method on murabahah financing contracts at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Semampir Kraksaan Probolinggo. This type of research is a qualitative research. Qualitative method is a research method that uses the philosophy of positivism as a basis, this method is used to conduct research in conditions of natural objects. This study shows the results that the percentage margin for murabahah financing is determined by the size of the financing ceiling proposed by each customer, at BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Semampir Kraksaan Probolinggo, the maximum ceiling in accordance with the policy of the Islamic Bank central team is only 50,000,000 . BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Semampir Kraksaan Probolinggo in calculating the profit margin for murabahah financing using the principal calculation method, which is a simple formula used by BMT to determine the total installments, principal financing and profit margins.

Abstract

AbstrakRumah adalah bangunan yang berfungsi sebagai tempat tinggal atau hunian dan sarana pembinaan keluarga. Setiap kebutuhan individual berbeda, memilki rumah yang nyaman aman dan tentram  adalah impian semua orang. Adapun UUD 1945 pasal 28 H ayat 1 menyatakan bahwa setiap orang berhak memiliki tempat tinggal dengan lingkungan yang sehat dan baik. Kerap kali presentase pertumbuhan penduduk makin hari makin meningkat, hingga saat ini penduduk Indonesia sudah mencapai 257 juta jiwa dengan persen 1,49% pertahun. Demikian kenaikan kebutuhan rumah mencapai 800 Ribu unit Pertahun. Program KPR bersubsidi hadir diperuntukkan masyarkat yang berpenghasilan rendah atau menengah kebawah dengan menggunakan system fasilitas likuiditas pembiayaan perumahan dengan bunga rendah dan angsuran ringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas progam perumahan bersubsidi pada prodak KPR Syariah Probolinggo dan beberapa nasabah merupakan subjek perolehan dari penelitian ini, metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan memperoleh data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sikap minat nasabah sehingga keefektivitasan program pada KPR Syariah Subsidi  dapat dilihat dari presentase  85,9%. Maka dinyatakan bahwa indikator efektivitas biaya KPR syariah bersubsidi pada Bank BTN Syariah Probolinggo adalah sangat efektif dengan ketentuan dua akad yaitu wakalah dan murabahah.Kata Kunci: Efetivitas, Program dan Penerapan. AbstrakA house is a building that functions as a place to live or a residence and a means of fostering a family. Every individual's needs are different, having a comfortable, safe and peaceful home is everyone's dream. The 1945 Constitution article 28 H paragraph 1 states that everyone has the right to have a place to live with a healthy and good environment. Often the percentage of population growth is increasing day by day, until now Indonesia's population has reached 257 million people with a percent of 1.49% per year. Thus the increase in housing needs reached 800 thousand units per year. The subsidized mortgage program is intended for people with low or middle income by using a housing financing liquidity facility system with low interest and light installments. This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the subsidized housing program on the Probolinggo Syariah KPR product and several customers are the subject of the acquisition of this study, this research method uses qualitative research by obtaining primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate the attitude of customer interest so that the effectiveness of the program on subsidized Sharia mortgages can be seen from the percentage of 85.9%. Then it is stated that the cost effectiveness indicator of subsidized sharia mortgages at Bank BTN Syariah Probolinggo is very effective with the provisions of two contracts, namely wakalah and murabahah.Keywords: Effectiveness, Program and Application.
