Abstract

Marketing management is the key to the continuity of an organization’s business so that it runs according to its function. The development of financial institutions, both banks, and non-banks, will encourage financial institutions always to optimize their marketing activities. Analyzing the market and its environment to find out how big the opportunity is to seize the market and how big the threat is that must be faced. This article aims to find out how marketing management is in improving products at the BMT NU Mlandingan branch. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method by conducting structured interviews in the form of questions related to obtaining relevant informants from customers and employees of the BMT NU Mlandingan Branch. Marketing management process by doing market segmentation, target market, determination, positioning, and differentiation. Savings and financing products are good and increasing from the intensity of increasing the number of customers with the reason that customers are easier and understand the advantages of savings and financing products at the malandingan branch of BMT NU. The findings in this study indicate that promotions can increase the number of customers in a faster time and reach a wider audience using existing media. Keywords: Marketing management, Products, BMT

Abstract

A harmonious family can be understood as an ideal concept in the order of household life which is marked by the achievement of stable emotional and spiritual conditions, which include happiness, peace of mind, a sense of security, and physical and spiritual well-being for all its members. However, for converts who have just embraced Islam, the process of building a harmonious family is often faced with spiritual and cultural challenges, especially in minority environments such as Jembrana, Bali. This study aims to examine the spiritual transformation of convert couples in building a harmonious family and examine it through the perspective of M. Quraish Shihab in his work Pengantin Al-Qur'an . This study uses an empirical method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of convert couples who have lived a family life. The results of the study indicate that the spiritual transformation of converts plays an important role in the formation of a harmonious family, marked by increased religious understanding, strengthening of Islamic commitment, and changes in behavior in household life. The principles put forward by M. Quraish Shihab, such as compassion ( mawaddah ), tranquility ( sakinah ), and mutual understanding ( rahmah ), are important foundations in this process. This study confirms that spirituality that grows gradually is able to strengthen the foundation of a harmonious family, even though it starts from a limited initial understanding of Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengelolaan belanja santri di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid Wilayah Al-Hasyimiyah, aplikasi E-Bekal Santri atau Kartu Belajar Santri baru saja dikeluarkan Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid yang bekerja sama dengan Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Syariah dan PT TKI (Teknologi Kartu Indonesia). Dalam hal ini dapat membantu memudahkan Wali Santri untuk mengontrol keuangan santri dalam kesehariannya. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif berdasarkan observasi, interview. Adapun teknik datanya yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Program E-Bekal dapat memudahkan Wali Santri untuk mengontrol keuangan santri 2) Dapat mengurangi kasus kehilangan uang (pencurian/hilang terselip) di PP. Nurul Jadid Wilayah Al-Hasyimiyah dalam hal ini peluncuran Program E-Bekal merupakan jawaban dari pihak pesantren atas masukan dari Wali Santri, disamping memberikan kemudahan untuk para Wali Santri. Program E-Bekal juga meminimalisir hal negative yang tidak di inginkan dalam pengelolaan belanja Santriwati di era milenial dengan penggunaan teknologi modern.

Abstract

Kekerasan dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) termasuk salah satu masalah serius yang mengancam keamanan dan kesejahteraan keluarga. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan upaya preventif yang efektif melalui penyuluhan hukum. Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan hukum kepada calon pengantin mengenai pencegahan KDRT di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kraksaan. Penyuluhan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang hak-hak mereka, baik prosedur hukum yang tersedia, serta langkah-langkah praktis untuk mencegah dan menangani KDRT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyuluhan ini meliputi ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi kasus. Materi penyuluhan mencakup definisi dan jenis KDRT, dampak KDRT terhadap korban, undang-undang yang mengatur KDRT, serta prosedur pelaporan dan perlindungan hukum bagi korban. Penyuluhan juga menekankan pentingnya peran komunitas dalam mencegah KDRT dan mendukung korban. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang isu KDRT dan langkah-langkah pencegahannya bagi pasangan calon pengantin. Peserta juga melaporkan kesiapan yang lebih baik dalam menangani kasus KDRT di komunitas mereka. Dengan demikian, penyuluhan hukum ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi program-program serupa di wilayah lain, serta berkontribusi pada upaya preventif terhadap KDRT secara lebih luas.

Abstract

Global economic integration has grown new economic powers and ASEAN countries. Technology and industry development requires competent human resources in every business organization. The presence of millennials and Generation Z has rapidly dominated the workforce, which, in the age of the Fifth Industrial Revolution, poses fresh difficulties to intercontinental rivalry. According to surveys, millennials are proficient with technology. However, due to the rise in cybercrime, its development has had a detrimental effect on the information technology sector. Data were gathered using qualitative research methods, a normative juridical approach, descriptive analysis, and internet literature reviews that created secondary data sources with three legal materials. The results of the study present legal protection education efforts for consumers that are carried out in a preventive, repressive, protective, solution and alternative way through dispute resolution, both litigation and non-litigation channels, so it is necessary to build a legal remedy. umbrella that can anticipate the rapid development of information and communication technology, especially in the e-commerce sector. trade and legal aspects of consumer protection.

Abstract

The practice of implementing fiduciary guarantees on murabahah financing at Bank BNI Syariah provides legal certainty for Islamic banks as creditors. Given that many Islamic banks have implemented fiduciary guarantees as additional collateral for murabahah financing, the research method used is descriptive qualitative research. After the research process has been carried out, In practice, the fiduciary security must first be registered at the fiduciary security office, which Bank BNI Syariah represents to a notary. If there is a debtor default at Bank BNI Syariah, it will be resolved by sharia principles, namely by providing guidance and visits to the debtor. If there is still no good intention from the debtor to carry out their obligations then Bank BNI Syariah will execute objects bound by fiduciary by legal process. The conclusion is that the implementation of the fiduciary guarantee policy at the Bank BNI Syariah Probolinggo Branch Office must use a fiduciary binding as long as the murabahah object is a moving object.

Abstract

Public roads are shared facilities passed by the community to support their mobility. Islamic teachings stipulate that public roads are a basic human right that no one may hinder. However, some people have taken advantage of public roads for the benefit of weddings and other private events, thereby disrupting and hindering community activities. This paper aims to examine the use of public roads in weddings from the perspective of Islamic law and positive law by focusing on two questions: First, what is the view of Islamic law on the use of public roads for weddings in society? Second, what are the regulations for using public roads for people holding wedding events in the community based on the Police Chief Regulation No. 10 of 2012 concerning road use other than for traffic activities? This type of research is library research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by reading news, books and articles related to the research problem and then analyzed using the deductive method. The results of the study show that weddings are included as road use for personal gain. The use of roads that are private, among others, for weddings, funerals, or other activities. Roads that can be used for private purposes are regency roads, city roads and village roads. If the use of the road results in road closure, a road use permit must be issued by the Indonesian National Police (“Polri”). Based on Article 17 of the Police Headquarters Number 10 of 2012, which contains how to obtain a road use permit.

Abstract

The phenomenon of early marriage in Probolinggo Regency has increased despite the enactment of Law Number 16 of 2019, which raised the minimum marriage age for women from 16 to 19 years, aligning it with men's legal age. This rise is especially notable in rural and coastal areas, posing serious child protection challenges. This study employs a normative juridical approach, analyzing legislation, marriage dispensation records from the Probolinggo Religious Court, and interviews with officials from religious and community institutions, as well as families involved in early marriages. The findings reveal inconsistent and weak enforcement of marriage dispensation regulations, which undermine the law’s effectiveness. Moreover, persistent socio-cultural norms that favor early marriage, economic hardship, low educational attainment, and family pressures contribute significantly to the continuation of early marriages. Early marriage is often motivated by concerns about premarital pregnancy, social stigma, and economic factors. To address these challenges, the study recommends more vigorous enforcement of dispensation procedures, alongside improving educational and economic opportunities for families. It also calls for enhanced cross-sector collaboration among government bodies, community leaders, and civil society. These integrated measures are essential to effectively reducing early marriage rates and improving child protection in Probolinggo Regency.
