Panjang Mulud culture is a tradition in the City of Serang. Panjang Mulud was performed in commemoration of the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad. which is also called Maulidan. The purpose of this study is to reveal how Panjang Mulud culture as a community-based urban tourism attraction in the City of Serang. The research method used is a qualitative method. Primary data collection is done by observation and in-depth interview techniques. In addition, a literature study was also carried out. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model. Consists of three activities, namely (1) condensing data; (2) presenting data; (3) drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that the Panjang Mulud Tradition had become an attraction for cultural tourism in the City of Serang. Panjang Mulud is part of community-based urban tourism attractions. The Long Mulud tradition is still a local event which has not been able to attract wider tourists. While Panjang Mulud can be more interesting if it is served through a more integrated and interesting cultural event that is through a Panjang Mulud Festival. As one way to preserve culture, religion, social and mutual cooperation, the City Government of Serang has supported Panjang Mulud in the form of annual activities in the form of the Long Mulud parade with all OPDs to the Serang City square. Tourism development efforts are currently being pursued through the concept of sustainable tourism with a community-based tourism approach, providing great opportunities for the community to participate in tourism development; produce tourism product development from businesses managed by the community. However, a way is still needed so that all these developments can continue to increase the number of tourist visits. The emergence of tourism as an academic part of tourism studies and education, encourages tourism potential to continue to be developed. Such an attraction makes Sate Bandeng a gastronomic tour. Which is one of the right ways to raise the potential of local culinary. This article aims to show the progress of tourism since before the concept of sustainable tourism was applied to the present. The research method used is a description with a qualitative approach. This study is based on a review of secondary sources through literature research and personal communication with several scholars in tourism and tourism business services. There are not many articles that discuss local culinary entrepreneurship as a development of regional gastronomy and part of an urban tourism attraction, while the development of sustainable tourism has allowed tourism to stand alone, and it seems that tourism with all its derivatives has gained independence as a field of academic study and as a Study Program in Higher Education in Indonesia. The existence of the potential for heritage tourism in center of Kota Serang is now almost eliminated and forgotten, whereas if it is managed optimally, many benefits can be generated. The purpose of the research is to reveal the potential of heritage tourism in center of Kota Serang to be developed as a tourist destination. The research method used is a qualitative method. Primary data collection through observation techniques and in-depth interviews. Secondary data through library research. Data analysis uses an interactive model, through three activities namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that there is no clear strategic policy and the lack of efforts in achieving optimal utilization of potential inheritance for tourism development. The synergy of all stakeholders and decision makers is needed to run in line with the vision and mission of development. The proposed development model is community-based heritage tourism. In Cililin Village, Cililin District, West Bandung Regency, there are several potentials that can be explored and developed as tourist attractions. One of them is the famous wajit Cililin. Wajit Cililin has been produced for a long time and it is sold in the form of its products. However, there is an interesting side that has not been utilised to be developed, namely the manufacturing process. The purpose of this study is to reveal the potential of Cililin assets to be developed into tourist attractions. The research method used is a qualitative method. Primary data collection is conducted by observation and in-depth interviews. Besides that, a literature study is also conducted. Data analysis uses an interactive model, through three activities carried out simultaneously, namely reduction of data, presentation of data, and conclusion. The results showed that the wajit Cililin manufacturing process has the potential to become a gastronomic tourist attraction and educational tourism, since it has interesting uniqueness. The attraction can only be displayed to tourists by local people who have the skill to process and produce it, hence that the development must involve the local community.Keywords: gastronomic tourism, educational tourism, community based tourism.

Indonesia has made tourism as the leading sector in economy. This has prompted many regions to compete to develop their tourism potential, including Kota Serang - Banten by launching Kampung Wisata Pancer. Kampung Pancer is closely related to the history of the Karangantu Harbour area, which was an international port during the Banten Kingdom era. Not many studies have discussed about the development of sustainable tourism in the Banten region. This article aims to show the progress of tourism in Banten today. Its development has allowed tourism to stand on its own feet. This study is based on an overview of secondary sources and observations and personal interviews with several informants and tourism experts. The results of this study showed that the tourism development efforts in Kampung Wisata Pancer are not in accordance with the concept of sustainable tourism development. Kaum milenial mendominasi wisatawan di era pariwisata 4.0. Alam dan budaya jika dikemas akan menjadi produk wisata dengan daya pikat menarik bagi wisatawan khususnya wisatawan milenial. Salah satu produk yang dimiliki Indonesia adalah desa wisata atau kampung wisata, dengan atraksi wisata berupa alam dan budaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap potensi digitalisasi desa wisata / kampung wisata untuk dikembangkan menjadi salah satu konsep layanan smart tourism yang mampu menarik wisatawan milenal lebih banyak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data primernya dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Data sekunder dengan studi kepustakaan. Analisis datanya menggunakan model interaktif, melalui tiga kegiatan yang dilakukan bersamaan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi, konsep smart tourism atau digitalisasi desa / kampung wisata merupakan langkah kongkrit yang dapat dilakukan oleh desa wisata / kampung wisata untuk memperbesar peluang kunjungan wisatawan utamanya wisatawan milenial. Perubahan siginifikan pada hampir seluruh aspek kehidupan terjadi saat memasuki era industri 4.0. Pandemi Covid-19 makin mendorong mempercepat perubahan. Dunia usaha seakan dipaksa untuk melakukan adaptasi dengan dunia digital dan internet. Kaitannya dengan dunia usaha, aset merupakan hal penting termasuk bagi pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah. Tujuan penelitian kali ini adalah mendeskripsikan sejauh mana pemahaman pelaku UMKM yang ada di Polewali Mandar terhadap aset usaha dan sejauh mana upaya pemilikan aset usaha berwujud menjadi aset tidak berwujud sehingg dapat diketahui apakah fenomena peralihan fokus aset berwujud menjadi aset tidak berwujud oleh pelaku usaha kecil menengah di Polewali Mandar juga terjadi sebagaimana tren usaha di era digital ini. Lokus penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran quesioner online terhadap sepuluh orang informan. Pengambilan data sekundernya melalui studi dokumentasi. Kemudian dianalisis dengan tiga kegiatan bersamaan yalitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil survey menunjukkan para informan belum memiliki pemahaman yang cukup tentang apa definisi dan perbedaan aset berwujud atau pun tak berwujud. Sementara ketidakmampuan pelaku usaha untuk beradaptasi dengan teknologi terjadi dan aset tidak berwujud yang berupa kemampuan adaptasi teknologi ini menjadi lemah. Sehingga peralihan fokus ke aset tidak berwujud oleh pelaku usaha kecil menengah di Polewali Mandar terjadi juga namun dalam jumlah yang masih minim. Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan telah membawa transformasi yang signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Salah satu inovasi terkini yang menarik perhatian adalah ChatGPT, sebuah model bahasa alami yang memiliki potensi untuk mengubah cara belajar mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran ChatGPT dalam transformasi cara belajar mahasiswa di Polewali Mandar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui questioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ChatGPT dapat memberikan akses cepat dan efisien terhadap pengetahuan dan informasi, memfasilitasi interaksi dan kolaborasi, serta merangsang kreativitas dan eksplorasi ide. Namun, terdapat juga beberapa tantangan yang perlu diatasi, seperti keterbatasan pemahaman konteks untuk lebih kreatif memberikan inputan pertanyaan dan kurangnya interaksi personal. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan ChatGPT harus dilakukan dengan bijaksana dan sejalan dengan interaksi manusia yang lebih luas dalam konteks pendidikan. Tetap dibutuhkkan latihan dan ketekunan untuk dapat memberikan pertanyaan yang lebih cerdas saat mengunakan ChatGPT sehingga informasi yang didapatkan membuat mahasiswa dapat memiliki pengetahuan lebih luas dan memiiki kemandirian belajar.

One of the efforts to increase the attractiveness of tourism destinations is through tourism destination branding. Efforts need to be made to realize tourism destination branding. This study aims to describe efforts to compare tourism in Serang Municipality based on its tourism potential. The research method is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Primary data is obtained by conducting interviews and direct observation of informants who are considered to understand tourism conditions. Secondary data was obtained through journals, tourism reports and related literature studies. Then it was analyzed using an interactive model through data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions from the analysis. It was found that the Serang Municipality Youth and Sports Tourism Office had made various efforts to increase the attractiveness of tourism destinations by carrying out several stages to build tourism destinations through Group Discussion Forums, logo and tagline design competitions, procurement and naming of tour buses, making promotional videos, and utilizing Instagram social media. The next step is to develop a tourism destination brand preferably through destination governance and sustainable tourism marketing and digital transformation.
