Abstract

This study explains the implementation of character education through the independent curriculum at the driving school of SMA Negeri 1 Ternate City. The objectives of this study are (1). To find out what character values are contained in the independent curriculum at the driving school, (2). To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of character values contained in the independent curriculum of the driving school at SMA Negeri 1 Ternate City.This research method uses a descriptive research type through a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is a descriptive research by analyzing through an inductive approach. This study emphasizes the theoretical basis which functions to be the focus of research when in the field. The place of this research will be carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Ternate City. The time of implementation of this research was carried out for six months from March to August 2024. The subjects of this research were the Principal, Vice Principal for Curriculum, Vice Principal for Student Affairs, and Teachers. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.The results of this study indicate that, (1). The Independent Curriculum has a positive impact on the character of students at SMA Negeri I Kota Ternate. With a focus on character development, this curriculum encourages students to think creatively and explore various ways to convey their understanding. Experience-based learning and innovative approaches help to awaken students' creativity in finding solutions to problems faced (2). The independent curriculum applies a lot of interaction, competency strengthening to creativity. If implemented properly, it also simultaneously strengthens students' morals, integrity to noble character.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini peran pemerintah dalam Interaksi sosial merupakan hubungan sosial timbal balik yang dinamis, yang menyangkut hubungan antara orang-orang secara perorangan, antara kelompok- kelompok manusia,  ataupun  antara  orang  dengan  kelompok manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui peran pemerintah desa kuntum mekar dalam memperkuat sosial interaksi di Desa Kuntum Mekar. (2) Untuk mengetahui kendala pemerintah desa kuntum mekar dalam memperkuat sosial interaksi di Desa Kuntum Mekar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data data yakni, data primer yang terdiri dari kepala Desa, tokoh Adat dan Masyarakat Desa Kuntum Mekar dan data sekunder terdiri dari buku dan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Dalam memperkuat interak sisosial pemerintah desa dituntut untuk berinteraksi dengan sesame secara baik agar tercipta masyarakat yang tentram dan damai. Interaksi social merupakan kunci dari semua kehidupan sosial, tanpa interaksi social tidak ada kehidupan bersama. Bertemunya orang perorangan secara badaniah belaka tidak akan menghasilkan pergaulan hidup dalam suatu kelompok sosial. (2) Salah satu factor kendala dalam memperkuat interaksi social kurangnya komunikasi sebagai hal yang sangat penting dalam menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat agar bersedia dengan sukarela ikut serta secara aktif dalam mempererat interkasi social didesanya. Kegiatan komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Desa untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan didesanya, sudah sangat baik terbukti dengan partisipasi dari masyarakat yang sangat tinggi dalam pembangunan desanya, maupun antara kelompok dengan individu.

Abstract

Penanaman nilai-nilai karakter religius merupakan bagian penting dalam membentuk kepribadian siswa yang berakhlak mulia dan bertanggung jawab. Guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) memiliki peran strategis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai tersebut melalui proses pembelajaran dan keteladanan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru PPKn dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter religius pada siswa di SMA Negeri 5 Kota Ternate serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PPKn di SMA Negeri 5 Kota Ternate berperan sebagai fasilitator, motivator, dan teladan dalam membina karakter religius siswa, seperti nilai keimanan, toleransi antarumat beragama, kejujuran, dan kedisiplinan. Nilai-nilai tersebut ditanamkan melalui integrasi dalam materi pelajaran, kegiatan pembiasaan religius di sekolah, serta melalui pendekatan pribadi kepada siswa. Namun demikian, terdapat beberapa hambatan yang dihadapi, seperti kurangnya partisipasi orang tua, pengaruh lingkungan luar sekolah, serta keterbatasan waktu dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya kolaborasi antara sekolah, guru, dan orang tua dalam mendukung penguatan karakter religius siswa secara berkelanjutan,

Abstract

Pendidikan politik adalah elemen krusial dalam membangun kesadaran dan partisipasi politik siswa dalam kehidupan sekolah dan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) berperan sangat strategis dalam memberikan pendidikan politik guna membentuk literasi politik (political literacy) siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru PPKn dalam membentuk literasi politik siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Halmahera Utara, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Guru PPKn di MAN 1 Halmahera Utara berhasil membentuk literasi politik siswa melalui edukasi politik tentang pemilihan umum (Pemilu), hak dan kewajiban warga negara, nilai-nilai demokrasi, peran lembaga negara, serta integritas politik; dan (2) faktor pendukung guru dalam membentuk literasi politik siswa MAN 1 Halmahera Utara yaitu kurikulum dan kompetensi guru PPKn, lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung literasi politik, serta pemanfaatan media dan teknologi pembelajaran. Adapun faktor penghambatnya karena keterbatasan sumber belajar serta rendahnya minat dan partisipasi siswa terhadap isu politik. Harapannya pembentukan literasi politik di sekolah terus ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kompetensi guru sehingga menarik belajar siswa untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan-kegiatan politik.

Abstract

This research was motivated by researchers concerns about the morals of the younger generation, especially school age, which are being degraded due to the negative impacts of globalization and technological advances. The development of technology in the information sector, especially the ease of accessing information from the internet, has resulted in the role of educators starting to shift, especially in developing students' behavior and morals. Therefore, it is important to carry out character education intensively, especially religious character as a basic bulwark in filtering outside culture or the negative impact of technological developments. Character education can be provided through classroom learning accompanied by religious extracurriculars, in this case spiritual, so that it is more intensive and comprehensive in forming good character. This research aims to describe the form of application of religious character values in religious extracurricular activities through spiritual organizations at SMA Negeri 1 Tidore Islands City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of the research show that the form of application of religious character values through religious extracurricular activities of spiritual organizations at SMA Negeri 1 Tidore Islands City is carried out in the form of: 1) the application of religious character values is instilled based on indicators of religious character, namely the value of worship, trustworthiness and sincerity, moral and discipline values, as well as exemplary values; 2) implemented through religious extracurricular activity programs, namely daily activity programs, weekly activity programs and annual activity programs. The supporting factors in implementing religious character values through spiritual organizations include: 1) support from the school; 2) the response and development of students who are active in participating in spiritual extracurricular activities; 3) supporting facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors in implementing spiritual activities include: 1) there is still a small number of students who do not participate in spiritual activities; 2) the time discipline of spiritual administrators is considered inconsistent.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the rampant conflicts that occur can cause changes in attitudes of tolerance in the life of a multiethnic society. The purpose of this study is (1) to describe the tolerance of multiethnic communities in Wayabula Kecematan Village, South West Morotai, (2) To find out the models of tolerance of multiethnic communities in Wayabula Kecematan  Village, South West Morotai, and (3) To find out the factors that support and hinder the tolerance of multiethnic communities in Wayabula Kecematan Morotai Selatan Barat Village.  The research method is a  type of case study research with a qualitative approach.   Observational  data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation.  Data analysis techniques are data  reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that (1) The tolerance of multiethnic communities in Wayabula village is carried out by forming mutual respect, mutual respect and not disturbing the differences shared by other individuals. In the sense that an attitude of tolerance can foster peace, prosperity in the life of a plural society, especially the people in Wayabula village who have plurality in a society that forms a multiethnic society. Wayabula Village is one of the villages in the South West Morotai district inhabited by multiethnic communities including Gorontalo, Galela, Javanese, Sanger, and Bugis. In the daily life of this multiethnic society leads a fairly safe, peaceful, peaceful life and there is never any conflict between ethnicities in people's lives, (2) Models of tolerance in a multiethnic society can start from a simple understanding that tolerating is the same as understanding and respecting the attitudes and behaviors of others. Understanding and respecting the behavior of others who have the same religious background as us is not easy, let alone applied to different people in everything. (3) In forming tolerance in multiethnic societies does not always work well, every process carried out sometimes has supporting factors and inhibiting factors in fostering community tolerance. The factor supporting the tolerance of multiethnic communities is an attitude of mutual acceptance, mutual respect, mutual respect, and mutual help to help the community. The inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness in people's lives in accepting differences and the lack of understanding of the importance of tolerance in society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze (1) how to instill democratic values in Civics learning at SMP Negeri 7 Kota Ternate. (2) What factors hinder the instillation of democratic values in Civics learning at SMP Negeri 7 Kota Ternate. The approach used in this study is qualitative. Data sources of School Principals, Curriculum affairs, Student affairs, Public Relations affairs, Civics teachers and students The results in this study show (1) The instillation of democratic values in Civics learning at SMP Negeri 7 Ternate City is the democratic value of tolerance, the democratic value of respecting differences, the value of open democracy in communicating, the value of confident democracy, the democratic value of responsibility, the democratic value of cooperation, the democratic value of togetherness and the democratic value of obedience. (2) What factors hinder the instillation of democratic values in Civics learning at SMP Negeri 7 Kota Ternate are factors from within the students themselves lack of motivation to learn Civics subjects, environmental influence factors also affect students' attitudes to learn Civics subjects, factors of lack of attention from parents of students studying at school and at home.
