Abstract

Pasantren sering kali di anggap sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang hanya bertugas untuk mendidik seseorang menjadi manusia yang berilmu. Namun akhir-akhir ini, paradigma umat muslim khusus sudah berkembang, mulai dari yang menganggap pesantren alah lembaga pendidikan klasik yang identik dengan pendidikan baca al-Qur’an, pendidikan fikih, pendidikan ceramah atau khutbah, dan lebih cenderung bersifat keakhiratan, namun sekarang paradigma tersebut mulai beralih menjadi paradigma yang lebih modern tidak hanya terfokus pada aspek keakhiratan saja melainkan aspek keduniaan juga. Sebagai contoh berbagai programa dikembangkan di pondok pasantren di Indonesia sekarang ini. Fakta ini dapat dibuktikan dengan mulai lahirnya pondok pasantren di Indonesia yang menjadikan enterpreneur sebagai program unggulan, seperti beberapa kasus di pondok pasantren Gontor yang terkenal di Jombang Jawa Timur. Sehingga lembaga pendidikan pondok pesantren tersebut dipandang mapan untuk menjadi lembaga yang melahirkan santri-santri berpendidikan yang siap untuk mandiri ketika selesai menempuh pendidikan di pondok pasantren. Sistem manajemen komunikasi yang baik merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung untuk menjadikan sebuah lembaga pendidikan berbasis keagamaan menjadi lembaga yang mampu berkembang dan maju melebihi lembaga-lembaga pendidikan lainnya. Demikian pula untuk lembaga pendidikan berbasis keagamaan lainnya yang ada di daerah-daerah seluruh Indonesia seperti Pondok Pasantren di Sambas, mengembangkan usaha-usaha mikro (usaha kecil) merupakan solusi alternatif untuk dikembangkan. Karena menurut hasil pengamatan para pakar ekonomi pada perkembangan ekonomi dunia segmen pasar untuk usaha mikro masih sangat memungkinkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas bagaimana proses manajemen komunikasi yang dilakukan di Pondok Pasantren Muhammad Basuini Imran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan Filed Reasearch, melalui pendekatan studi kasus, yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa teori manajemen yang digunakan adalah teori fungsi manajemen menurut Robbins, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengontrolan. Adapun kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan terdiri dari pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, pengelolaan keuangan, pengelolaan produksi, dan pemasaran.

Abstract

The scientific clusters in the field of communication studies and Da'wah experienced a significant development of scientific studies, especially in the study clusters of da'wah and practical communication. Many assumptions lead to scientific arguments, including how the two disciplines combine in the view of Sociology of Communication. Answering these questions, the discussion of this study with filed research, descriptively, through the sociology approach. According to the practice view of the sociology of communication, the scopes focus of study, namely, the interaction process, its objectives and functions, the object of study, and its role in the social sphere. Theoretically and the concept both have a basis point of view that seems to be in opposing directions, but when examined for the Sociology of Communication, they both have the same direction and goal, that is, both are a process of interaction between one party and another that takes place. The community, both formal and informal with a specific purpose.

Abstract

This study attempted to analyze the process of communication and socio-cultural acculturation, especially local society with Muslims at the border. This research was qualitative using a naturalistic paradigm, with a phenomenological approach. Data were obtained through three ways, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The research method was a case study. The analysis revealed that, first, acculturation in border society occured because there  were five aspects  affecting it such as increasing population, increasing levels of education, easy and free access to economy, attractions and socio-cultural heterogeneity at the border. The existence of these factors contributed greatly to the reconstruction of the social order of border society. The process of dialectics and communication between cultures of local society and Muslims was bound to make the acculturation process between the two or vice versa. Based on the field findings, there were at least two forms of acculturation process, namely culutural cover and overt cultural. Second, the form of acculturation had two major influences on the local society in particular and the migrant society in general both negative and positive influences. Negative influences included the declining local culture, which began to diminish and traditional lifestyles beginning to change more modern. Meanwhile, positive influences included more practical methods of farming to support local society life, ways of thinking that were more advanced and developing, and more modern lifestyles. As for the acculturation process, it emerged several cultures. Among of them were to create new cultures, such as farming culture, lifestyle, and knowledge. There were also those who maintained the existence of each cultural substance such as language, values and innate norms inherent in the element of origin of culture. Also, it eliminated the culture existed between the two cultures, both the local people culture and the newcomers culture including the way of life from the traditional farming patterns to being more modern.Keyword : Acculturation, Communication, Border Society

Abstract

Many experts believe that in the sociological paradigm an order of community life is dynamic in nature, in accordance with the factors that shape the social construction of the community itself. These factors include those contained in the social order itself, ethnicity, race, religion, culture, type of work, level of education, social status, and other elements. These elements will be an important factor in shaping cultures in society. Included in it is the mainstay culture between elements of society, which is then known as the culture of communication. In terms of general aspects, the classification of society is very diverse. Some are known as peripheral communities, border communities, industrial societies, laborers, even including the academic community. However, in terms of geography or demography, there are two classifications of society, namely rural communities and urban communities. Where in between, inspiration certainly has differences and characteristics of each, especially in the cultural aspects, namely the culture of communication.

Abstract

Religious Intructor is one of the spearheads of the government, especially the Ministry of Religion, to provide guidance and counseling to the community. Islamic Religius Instructors are also a profession that has a significant role in communicating Islamic values ​​to the wider community, especially Muslim communities in border areas that have limited access to urban centers. The person is called an Instructor, both functional, honorary religious counselors and someone who carries out voluntary guidance and counseling (Volunteer) work. In addition, religious counselors are also mentioned by some experts that "Religious Instructors are Attackers, The Lamp in the midst of darkness, that gives enlightenment and teach wisdom to the surrounding community". Based on this statement, it can be described that the Religious Instructor is like a lamp that light in the midst of the great threat and challenge to national morality. According to the Joint Decree of the Indonesian Ministery of Religion and the Head of the State staffing Agency number 574 and 178 of 1999, it states that there are three functions of religious instructors, namely; Informative and educative functions, consultative functions, and advocative functions. Therefore, it is quite interesting to conduct a comprehensive study of how communication is carried out by Islamic Religious Instructors in providing enlightenment and providing Consulative guidance to the development community, including those that occur in border areas, particularly in Sajingan Besar District, Sambas Regency, West Borneo.

Abstract

Dampak perkembangan Era Disrupsi Informasi yang ditandai dengan lajunya perkemabngan teknologi informasi. Tidak bisa dipungkirim juga berdampak secara fundamental terhadap segala aspek kehidupan manusia, tanpa terkuecuali aktifitas kegiatan penyuluhan. Menajdi sangat menarik tentunya bagaiaman pola komunikasi Penyuluh Agama Islam Ketika di hadapkan dengan pergesearan struktur sosial budaya  masyarakatnya, seperti halnya penyuluhan di Perbatasan. Setiap proses komunikasi yang berkembang, tentu juga akan berpengaruh kepada pola komunikasinya, terlebih lagi komunikasi yang melibatkan kegiatan interaksi komunikasi oleh penyuluh agama islam dalam menggunakan media digital. Maka dari itu, untuk mengetahui bagaiamanapola komunikasi yang berkemabng di era disrupsi saat ini, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Lapangan dengan metode deskriptif analisis, studi pada masyarakat perbatsan. Berdasarkan analisis lapangan ditemukan beberapa hasil penelitian, diantaranya pola komunikasi yang dilakukan sesuai Tugas dan Funsgisi penyuluh agama di perbatasan pada era disrupsi informasi mengalami perkembangan dan perubahan, diantaranya dengan ditandai nya perubahan pola komunikasinya yaitu, pola komunika roda, pola rantai, dan pola berjairngan.

Abstract

The problem of da'wah lately is a problem that cannot be avoided by preachers. This problem certainly has an impact on the future of Muslims, so that the preachers are also required to be wise in conveying da'wah messages. Judging from the history of da'wah, the development of Islamic preaching in several parts of the world, almost all of the Islam brought by preachers has always adjusted to the context of the preaching being occupied. This is because the settings for each period of mad'u have their own characteristics. Now, of course, the method isn't exactly the same as in the past. Da'wah problems that occur today are also more complex. For this reason, a critical study of the transformation of da'wah is needed in anticipating the problems faced by preachers. Therefore, Muslim scholars, preachers and da'wah experts are required to be able to reformulate effective da'wah methods. In this context, research on da'wah through culture is quite interesting as an effective solution to achieve the goals of da'wah. This field research, which was conducted using an ethnographic approach, describes the results that the interpretation of the message of da'wah through the traditions of zikir nazam and maulid has indicators of the effectiveness of da'wah both in terms of quantity and quality on the object of preaching.

Abstract

Daerah Tertinggal, Terluar dan Terdepan (3T) adalah wilayah strategis negara yang mesti diperhatikan. Mengingat banyak sekali isu dan problematika yang terjadi di Daerah 3T, mulai dari krisis moral, akhlak, sampai pada krisis nasionalisme. Faktor utama penyebab problematika tersebut adalah dikarenakan oleh faktor geografis, sosiol dan budaya yang berkembang di Daerah 3T. Kondisi tersebut tentu berdampak pada aspek pengembangan masyarakat, termasuk diantaranya kegiatan penyuluhan sosial keagamaan. Bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam dan mendeksripsikan Pola Komunikasi Penyuluh Agama Islam di Daerah 3T Kecamatan Sajingan Besar Kabupaten Sambas sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsi pokok, yaitu fungsi Informatif, Edukatif, Konsultatif dan Advokatif.  Adapun untuk menjawab kedua konsep tersebut teori yang digunakan adalah teori arah informasi dan teori atribusi (subjektivitas) dalam proses penyuluhan kepada masyarakat di Daerah 3T Kecamatan Sajingan Besar. Paradigma penelitian yang digunakan adalah naturalistik dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan tujuan dan fokus masalah dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pola Komunikasi Penyuluh Agama Islam dalam melaksanakan fungsi pokok penyuluhan kepada masyarakat di Daerah 3T Kecamatan Sajingan Besar baik itu fungsi informatif, edukatif, konsultatif dan advokatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the marketing communication strategy used by Mbok Dower MSMEs in Pontianak in increasing product sales of Rice Bowl. The main theory used in this study uses the Marketing Communication theory proposed by Kotler. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach, a descriptive method in order to explain the focus and objectives of the research regarding the marketing communication strategy used by Mbok Dower MSMEs Pontianak in increasing sales. The results showed that the marketing communication strategy in increasing sales of their Rice Bowl products in Pontianak are such as: Combining three marketing communication strategies in the form of: marketing communications, sales marketing, and marketing events in marketing their business products, segmenting, targeting, and positioning so that the products sold are able to compete with similar businesses and are able to reach targeted consumers in marketing products. Owner Mbok Dower also implements a marketing mix consisting of product, price, place and promotion in which it is assisted by the use of social media, Instagram, as an alternative promotional media that can reach the entire Pontianak community and has been proven to survive even though it was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penyampaian pesan atau biasa disebut dengan dakwah merupakan seruan atau ajakan untuk ummat agar berdiri di jalan yang benar, yang di ridhoi oleh Allah SWT, dalam Q.S An-Nahl dijelaskan mengenai tiga metode atau cara menyampaikan pesan yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh pendakwah, dari beberapa metode tersebut haruslah ditempatkan sesuai dengan kondisi para pendengar kita, sebab jika kita salah meletakan metode tersebut maka pesan yang ingin kita sampaikan tidak akan terasa bagi si pendengar dan mereka juga akan bisa meragukan kita, dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif serta juga menggunakan studi pustaka (library research) dalam mengambil sumber-sumber yang terkait guna mempertegas gagasan yang ada di dalamnya, tulisan ini berusaha menjelaskan mengenai beberapa metode dalam menyampaikan pesan yang terdapat pada surah An-Nahl dan juga menjelaskan mengenai beberapa pengertian dari kitab tafsir terkait dengan surah An-Nahl : 125.
