Abstract

The Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH) is an agency under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion with the task of ensuring the halalness of products in Indonesia. BPJPH has become a public concern after establishing the new halal logo. On February 10, 2022 the new halal logo was ratified by the Head of BPJPH, Muhammad Aqil Irham. This has become a topic of public discussion either directly or through social media, one of which is social media twitter. The number of opinion tweets about the change of the halal logo can be used as a data source to obtain information about public opinion on the change of the halal logo through sentiment analysis. Sentiment analysis can be done by machine learning approach, one of these is the SVM algorithm . In this research, oversampling and undersampling are applied to handle data that has an unbalanced sentiment class. The results showed that the Support Vector Machine (SVM) model using oversampling training data got the highest accuracy, recall, precision, and f1-score, namely 71% accuracy, 67% precision, 61% recall, and 61% f1-score while training using undersampling training data has the lowest performance, namely getting 56% accuracy, 51% precision, 57% recall, and 52% f1-score.

Abstract

In this research, the object was taken from one of the hotels in Palembang, namely Harvani Hotel Palembang. This hotel is one of the hotels in South Sumatra Province, where this hotel has 4 floors. Harvani Hotel Palembang has a Local Area Network (LAN) which consists of several computers. LAN is very important to be applied to Harvani Hotel Palembang in order to support administrative work processes (management of hotel data, employee data, guest data to financial data) and guest needs (internet usage in every room of the Hotel which is one of the services provided by Harvani Hotel Palembang). However, the LAN owned by the Harvani Hotel Palembang still has disadvantages, such as LAN still cannot reach every hotel room on the 2nd floor. In addition, the administration side also faces obstacles because each floor of the Harvani Hotel Palembang has its own administrative section and then at the end of each work shift, reports from each administrative section are submitted to the administrative department on the 1st floor using external storage media. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign the Harvani Hotel Palembang LAN by applying the Top-Down Approach Method. The results of LAN redesign in this research will be displayed using Cisco Packet Tracer simulator software, where from the simulation results it can be seen that the new design of the Harvani LAN Hotel Palembang has connected the entire computer of each room and every floor of the Hotel. Therefore, if the results of this simulation are applied to Harvani Hotel Palembang, then the administrative work process can be managed directly because all data has been stored on the database server. In addition, this new LAN design has also reached all guest rooms of Harvani Hotel Palembang, so guests can access the internet in their respective rooms more comfortable.

Abstract

A tragedy occurred in the Indonesian football world during the Arema vs. Persebaya match on October 1, 2022, resulting in the loss of approximately 714 lives, including 131 fatalities and 583 injuries. The tragedy is believed to have been caused by tear gas in the spectator stands and the closure of exits at the Kanjuruhan stadium. This event sparked a diverse range of public responses on social media, which can be analyzed through sentiment analysis. In this study, we employed the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm, known for its speed and accuracy in text classification, to process and analyze tweets from October 1 to 31, 2022, as well as YouTube comments related to the Kanjuruhan tragedy from October 1 to November 20, 2022. Among the different SVM kernels, the RBF kernel exhibited the highest accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 scores, reaching 76.40%, 75.74%, 76.40%, and 75.18% respectively, when predicting data with three labels. Furthermore, the RBF kernel showed the best performance for data with two labels, achieving the highest accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-Score, which increased to 81.54%, 81.56%, 81.54%, and 81.56%, respectively.

Abstract

Data yang telah dipublikasi oleh Kementrian kesehatan Republik Indonesia tahun 2021, terkait perkembangan virus COVID-19, hingga saat menjadi masalah utama bagi kesehatan masyarakat, khususnya bagi perekonomian di Indonesia. Desa Wisata Adiluhur memiliki beragam desa wisata sehingga dapat menggerakkan perekonomian warga desa. Masyarakat sudah mulai sadar dan ikut terlibat langsung dengan aktivitas pariwisata, dimana mereka memberdayakan diri mereka di berbagai kegiatan ekonomi pariwisata seperti menyewakan homestay, berjualan makanan tradisional, dan membuat kerajinan tangan. Produk-produk hasil penduduk di Desa Adilihur masih dijual secara offline sehingga untuk mendapatkan produk dari desa wisata, masyarakat harus datang langsung. Begitu pula dengan paket wisata museum dan agrowisata belum bisa dibeli secara online. Pengunjung desa wisata Adilihur paling banyak dari daerah Kebumen saja. Tingkat kunjungan jauh menurun ditambah pengelola belum mampu menerapkan standar CHSE atau Cleanliness (Kebersihan), Health (Kesehatan), Safety (Keamanan), dan Environment Sustainability (Kelestarian Lingkungan). Metode pengabdaian masyarakat ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdilan masyarakat ini adalah Community Action Model (CAM), pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan cara blended learning antara luring dan daring menggunakan zoom meeting. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dibuka oleh kepala desa adiluhur dan disambut baik oleh kelompok Desa wisata di adiluhur. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat terkait penerapan teknologi informasi dalam pemasaran produk yang less contact ini mampu meningkatkan pemasaran dan penghasilan kelompok desa wisata, dimana sebelumnya awam/tidak tahu terhadap teknologi informasi. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini kelompok desa wisata dapat turut aktif dalam pemasaran melalui internet dalam pemasaran produk dengan less contact di desa adiluhur.

Abstract

Digital Social Media Marketing (DSMM) or as it is known today, how to utilize social media networks in the form of digital marketing that uses social media platforms and social networking websites with the aim of increasing and gaining marketing and promoting an organization's products and services through paid or unpaid means. The use of social media as a marketing tool (Digital Marketing) has a big influence in increasing sales turnover and promotions. The aim of implementing this community service is how to increase sales of lemongrass oil products that have been made and are currently being marketed by utilizing digital marketing strategies. The current marketing and promotion of lemongrass oil products carried out by the community, especially PKK women, Sekarwangi Village, Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency, is currently still conventional. Policy makers, society and academics should be able to overcome these problems. Many of the citronella oil products processed by PKK women have not been sold, resulting in citronella oil products piling up and experiencing losses. The parties involved in empowerment must be able to provide power and encouragement to the community to improve marketing strategy skills so as to create community creativity in marketing and product promotion to increase sales Sereh Oil.

Abstract

The CPU plays a vital role in determining the performance of a computer system in contemporary computing. If the CPU sustains damage, it may result in significant interruption to the computer's functioning. This study presents a computational technique that aims to enhance the accuracy of CPU damage predictions. The system utilises fundamental knowledge of damage diagnosis and is validated via evaluating 11 early damage symptoms that are often seen. The Certainty Factor and Forward Chaining approaches ascertain CPU damage by quantifying the degree of truth in the expert's opinion conclusions via a comparison of the symptoms of harm. The second algorithm assesses the confidence level in a development by considering the weight assigned to the system by two parties: the user and the expert. The suggested algorithm yields the mean accuracy of the certainty factor approach in diagnosing computer damage utilising the constructed system. The diagnostic system has a precision rate of 84.9%, indicating that 9 out of 10 diagnoses made by the system align with those made by an expert. Next, the outcomes of the forward chaining algorithm test. All questions about symptoms were answered affirmatively, except for one test which had a negative response. A total of 39 diagnoses were obtained, with an average value of 82.9%. The study findings indicate that the suggested confidence factor method is more suited for use in embedded systems or web-based applications, however it is constrained by low processing.

Abstract

Sitaman Bumi application is or as it is known today, an innovative software specifically designed to manage the Bayah Dome Geopark in Bayah District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. It is expected that this software application can make a positive contribution to improving education, management of tourism activities and the economy in developing the potential of the Bayah Dome Geopark. The purpose of implementing this community service is how to increase sales of souvenir products managed by MSMEs in Sawarna Village, the marketing strategy involves utilizing the Batour application as a tool to market these products to visiting tourists. Currently, marketing and promotion of souvenir products in Sawarna Village, especially those carried out by PKK mothers are still conventional. A number of souvenir products managed by PKK women experience difficulties in sales that lead to stock accumulation and   financial   losses.   In   overcoming   this   problem,   those   involved   in empowerment efforts need to provide support and motivation to the community so that they can improve their skills in marketing strategies. This aims to increase sales and expand the market for souvenir products.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu kewajiban mahasiswa dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang sifatnya khusus, karena dalam KKN darma pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat dipadukan kedalamnya dan melibatkan sejumlah mahasiswa dan sejumlah staf pengajar ditambah unsur masyarakat. Pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di laksanakan pada Desa Karang Satria, Kecamatan Tambun Utara, Kabupaten Bekasi. Salah satu kegiatannya adalah sosialisasi aplikasi Pelayanan Umum Masyarakat (PELUMAS). Aplikasi ini gunanya untuk memudahkan warga sekitar yang ingin mengurus segala surat menyurat, Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan sebagai sarana untuk memudahkan pencatatan data kepada warga yang ingin mengurus surat menyurat, sehingga memudahkan RW dalam pencatatan data. Diharapkan setelah adanya sosialisasi mengenai aplikasi PELUMAS ini mampu mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi secara bertahap. Jika semua berjalan dengan baik, tidak menutup kemungkinan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup warga sekitar terkait teknologi akan semakin meningkat dan maju.

Abstract

e-commerce is a quickly expanding industry in the more sophisticated digital age, particularly in the market for health products. More individuals are doing so because purchasing health items online is so convenient. However, as technology develops, so does the possibility of cybercrime, which puts online shoppers in danger. Legal protection is thus crucial to safeguarding customers throughout their online transactions. Finding out and discussing the legal protections afforded to online shoppers of health products—lessons learned from cybercrime—is the goal of this study. Normative legal research techniques (normative juridical) and empirical legal research methods (empirical juridical) are the research approaches employed to address the issues in this study. Primary and secondary data are the two categories of data employed in this descriptive-analytical study. Based on the study findings, it can be said that customers may trade online confidently and without fear of becoming victims of cybercrime if they have legal protection. In order to safeguard customers and maintain the safety and reliability of the health product market, governments and e-commerce companies must collaborate. As a result, online shoppers may complete their purchases without concern about fraud or cybercrime, giving them peace of mind.
