Abstract

Describing student's metacognition difficulties and thinking the process in problem-solving static fluid material in each melancholic, sanguinic, phlegmatic, and choleric (Hippocrates - Galenus) personality type. This data analysis method uses a Likert scale as a measurement scale. The data analysis technique used was grouping data into four categories: Understanding The Problem, Devising A Plan, Carrying Out The Plan, Looking Back. The cause of students' metacognition difficulties caused by a lack of understanding the concept of physics, knowing symbols, formulations, notations, and calculations that will be done in each problem solving, and lack of understanding strategies in problem-solving. Students who had a melancholic, sanguinic, choleric personality type were students who had metacognition difficulties when understanding and solving the problem, and also had problems in considering strategies and realizing the use of using strategy. Students who had the Phlegmatic personality type were able to understand the problem by looking at the problem and then making an image so that it can change the information into the form of physics.

Abstract

The research aims to develop learners ' worksheets on the subject of circular motion with the Edmodo based blended Learning as well as the motivation to learn learners. The test subjects in this study were vocational school grade of  X students. The model used is the ADDIE development model, which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. To know the feasibility of media validation. To know the feasibility of media done validation. This validation is in the form of a poll with predefined criteria and indicators. From the development of student worksheet conducted an expert test of materials, media experts and users with a percentage of 79.68%, 77.27% and 83.62% with that percentage, then the student worksheet with blended learning based Edmodo As the motivation to learn learners in the categorized worthy as a learning media.

Abstract

This study proposed to determine the effectiveness of the Learning Management System (LMS) assisted Schoology on parabolic material in student learning outcomes at the SMK Bhakti Indonesia Medika Pacitan. The study was a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design. The sample of this research was students of X SMK Kesehatan Bhakti Indonesia Medika Pacitan. The data analysis in this study used the One-Sample T-Test with SPSS 23. Based on the result, the average percentage of increase in student learning outcomes using LMS assisted schoology on parabolic material was 25%. By using the One Sample T-Test the sig. (2-tailed) Value of 0,000 < 0,05, statistically, there was a difference between before and after using the LMS-assisted Schoology. The usability questionnaire showed that the average for each aspect is 79% (usefulness), 67.2% (ease of use), 67.50% (ease of learning), and 64% of students are satisfied (satisfaction).

Abstract

Tauco was one kind of traditional fermented food from Indonesia. Tauco was processed from soybean paste with a salty taste and commonly had yellow and black colors. Generally, tauco was used as a spice or seasoning in various daily dishes. The study aimed to find and identify the bacteria that produced fibrinolytic enzymes in tauco. The sample used in this research was tauco from six different manufacturers. Two tests were conducted in this study: a proteolytic test on Skim Milk Agar and a fibrin plate test. Both tests were used to identify the bacteria producing fibrinolytic enzymes. The bacteria were identified macroscopically, through gram staining, and by 16S rRNA sequencing. In the proteolytic test, the sample was diluted with 0,9% NaCl to 10^-7 and then inoculated on Skim Milk Agar medium, incubated at 37ºC for 24 hours. The samples had proteolytic activity, which was shown by the formation of clear zones around the bacteria. Seventeen isolates of proteolytic bacteria were incubated at 37ºC for 24 hours and then used for the fibrin plates. All proteolytic bacteria produced fibrinolytic activity, with the most extensive fibrinolytic index in the TC4a isolate of 3,46. Furthermore, TC4a bacteria were genotypically identified by sequencing the 16S rRNA gene. According to the results of tauco identification, the bacteria that strongly produced fibrinolytic enzymes in the tauco sample TC4a were found to be similar to Bacillus cereus TC4a.Keywords: Fibrinolytic enzyme, Fibrinolytic activity, Tauco, Screening, identification, 16s rRNA, Bacillus cereus

Abstract

Widyaiswara is a training human resource who has a very important role for the training unit in the cycle of education and training. At the Human Resource Development Center for Electricity, New Energy, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation (PPSDM KEBTKE). Competency development for Widyaiswara in the KEBTKE PPSDM unit is not optimal and still requires increased development. This study aims to analyze the implementation of competency development, competency factors that influence development, and formulate a development strategy that suits the needs of Widyaiswara in supporting the performance of the KEBTKE PPSDM Organization. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methodology by using research instruments in the form of interview guidelines and supporting documents. The results of this study indicate that Widyaiswara PPSDM KEBTKE requires an increase in work experience competencies through non-classical training in the form of internships can increase real experience in the field, develop skills, and improve the quality of work experience.
