Abstract

Financial structure is how companies fund their assets. By using funds derived from sources of debts, the management company must be able to well manage their obligations, thus the company will be able to maximize its activities and increase their profitability. Corporate activity is the utilization of all the resources available to produce goods and services while profitability is the company's ability to generate earnings and the potentials to earn income. Increase in activites and profitability will logically increase its earning as well. This will definitely be affecting the liquidity of the company itself. The purpose of this study is to determine how funding decisions taken by the management influence liquidity ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. Evaluation is conducted to detemine whether funding decisions taken by the management offund assets are appropriate and having positive effect on ratios of liquidity, activity and profitability. Keyword: debt to equity ratio, quick ratio, total asset turn over, basic eaming power, retum on equity.

Abstract

Kelubi fruit is one of the many fruits that grow in Bangka Belitung which has a sour taste. Kelubi fruit contains ascorbic acid, malic acid and oxalic acid. The potency and sour taste of Kelubi fruit can be used as a catalyst in the synthesis of dihydropyrimidinone compounds and activity as antibacterial. Dihydropyrimidinone compounds were synthesized using synthesis with the basic ingredients of benzaldehyde, urea and ethyl acetoacetate using natural catalysts that are more environmentally friendly. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum volume, time and temperature catalyst used by kelubi fruit to synthesize pyrimidine-derived compounds as antibacterial. The optimization results on the synthesis of dihydropyrimidinone compounds using kelubi fruit water as a catalyst (Eleiodoxa conferta) with a lot of 0.3 mL catalyst, temperature of 50ºC and reaction time of 4 hours with yield of 46.75%. Antibacterial activity of dihydropyrimidinone compounds against Stapylococcus aureus bacteria at a concentration of 10 ppm, 30 ppm including the category and a concentration of 75 ppm including the medium category. Antibacterial activity against Eschericia coli bacteria at concentrations of 30 ppm and 75 ppm was categorized as weak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran meningkatkan motivasi belajar dengan menggunakan Media Realia pada siswa kelas II madrasah ibtidaiyah jauharul Islamiyah tebat. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindak kelas (PTK). Yang di analisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptip yang bertujuan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan Media Realia. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II yang berjumlah 14 orang siswa. Dalam penelitian ini meliputi setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, refleksi dan perencanaan ulang. untuk pengumpulan data nya berupa lembar observasi.presentasi motivasi belajar siswa peningkatan presentase motivasi belajar siswa yang di mulai dari Pra siklus 47,49%, Siklus I pertemuan I meningkat menjadi 56,02 % siklus I pertemuan II meningkat 71,74 % dan siklus II pertemuan I 88,72 %.

Abstract

Antibacterial tests were carried out using ethanol extract of kelubi meat (Eleidoxa conferta), extraction using the Microwave-Assisted Extraction method with a ratio of 2: 20 for 30 minutes at 60 °C. Antibacterial tests using diffusion methods with concentrations of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100%; positive control of 0.005% amoxillin and DMSO negative control. Antibacterial test results showed that the inhibition zone of ethanol extract in E. coli bacteria with a concentration of 20% was in the moderate category, for a concentration of 40% including the strong category while the concentration of 60%, 80% and 100% was very strong. The inhibition zone of ethanol extract for the S. aureus bacterium with a concentration of 20% is included in the strong category while the concentration of 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100% is categorized as very strong. From these results it can be concluded that the inhibitory zone in Stapylococcus aureus bacteria is greater than that of E. coli bacteria.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of the reciprocal teaching learning model assisted by Student Worksheets (LKPD) on the mathematical communication skills of students at Senior High School 7 Mataram for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research is included in quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design research type with a posttest-only control design. The population in this study were all class X students at Senior High School 7 Mataram for the 2023/2024 academic year with samples from classes X.K and the instruments in this research are observation sheets and tests of mathematical communication skills as well as data analysis techniques using valid tests, namely the normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. The results of this research show that there is a difference in the average value of the mathematical communication skills of students who use the reciprocal teaching learning model assisted by LKPD and students who use the conventional learning model. So this shows that there is an influence of the reciprocal teaching learning model assisted by Student Worksheets (LKPD) on the mathematical communication skills of students at Senior High School 7 Mataram in the 2023/2024 academic year

Abstract

Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) Eksperimental adalah jenis penelitian yang melibatkan pengujian hipotesis atau teori yang telah ada untuk melihat efek atau dampak dari suatu intervensi. Penelitian ini biasanya dilakukan dalam konteks pendidikan dan berfokus pada peningkatan praktik pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis perbandingan antara Siklus I dan Siklus II, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Cooperative Learning Tipe Team Games Tournamen (TGT) memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan keaktifan peserta didik di kelas V SD Negeri Pajang 3 Surakarta. Terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada beberapa aspek, seperti pemberian instruksi, pelaksanaan games dalam tim, partisipasi dan aktivitas peserta didik dalam tim, serta rata-rata nilai keseluruhan.
