Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis urutan prioritas pada aspek animal welfare ternak sapi perah menggunakan GDFP pada aspek animal welfare yaitu: 1) bebas dari lapar dan haus, 2) bebas dari rasa ketidaknyamanan, 3) bebas dari sakit, kecelakaan, dan penyakit, 4) bebas dari rasa takut, dan 5) bebas dalam mengekspresikan tingkah laku alaminya, menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dan wawancara terhadap 24 orang peternak anggota kelompok peternakan Cijeruk Mandiri Sejahtera (KTMS) dan 3 orang ahli yang meliputi akademisi, praktisi, dan pemerintah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria penentuan tertinggi berdasarkan kombinasi nilai observasi dan vektor prioritas animal welfare adalah tidak adanya rasa lapar dan haus sebesar 30,40 % dengan bobot AHP sebesar 0,32. Kriteria tersebut merupakan aspek yang harus diberikan prioritas paling utama untuk pengembangan budidaya sapi perah di KTMS. Urutan prioritas pada aspek animal welfare sapi perah di KTMS berdasarkan GDFP aspek animal welfare dan AHP yaitu bertutut-turut sebagai berikut: 1) bebas dari rasa lapar dan haus, 2) bebas dari rasa sakit, kecelakaan, dan penyakit, 3) bebas dari rasa ketidaknyamanan, 4) bebas dari rasa takut, dan 5) bebas dalam mengekspresikan tingkah laku alaminya.

Abstract

Abstrak: Puskesmas merupakan fasilitas pelayanan tingkat pertama yang paling dekat dengan masyarakat. Pelayanan Informasi Obat (PIO) yang diberikan di Puskesmas oleh tenaga farmasi yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan obat secara tepat, aman dan rasional bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya medication error dalam penggunaan obat. Kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu tolak ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur keberhasilan layanan kefarmasian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan informasi obat berdasarkan aspek kehandalan (reability), ketanggapan (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), empati (emphaty),dan penampilan (tangible) di Puskesmas Sawah Lebar Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 85 responden yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan informasi obat berdasarkan aspek kehandalan kategori puas (74,56%), aspek ketanggapan kategori puas (80,06%), aspek empati kategori puas (80,94%), aspek bukti fisik kategori puas (75,24%), dan aspek jaminan kategori puas (73,09%). Hasil data dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan informasi obat berdasarkan lima aspek dimensi pelayanan adalah puas (76,78%). Abstract

This research aims to analyze the business unit's strategy in facing dynamic market competition. The focus of the research is to identify internal and external factors that affect the performance of the business unit and evaluate the effectiveness of the strategies implemented. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study method on one of the business units in a particular sector, such as manufacturing or technology. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with business unit managers, analysis of financial statements, and literature review. The results showed that the strategies of product differentiation, operational optimization, and adaptation to technology were key elements to improve the competitiveness of the business unit. SWOT analysis revealed key strengths, such as product innovation capabilities, but also indicated threats from the emergence of new competitors. The study emphasizes the importance of synergy between strategic vision, innovation, and efficiency in supporting business sustainability. The study provides strategic recommendations for other business units looking to improve their competitiveness in the global market. The findings suggest that the right strategy can help businesses be more adaptive to market dynamics and maintain relevance in an increasingly competitive era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of teachers and students towards online learning in class 10 Mia SMA Maniamas Ngabang. The writers were using descriptive qualitative as a method in this research. The subjects were 2 English teachers and 35 students in the academic year of 2021/2022. Data sources in this research were: source (informants), place, and document. The data collection techniques used were questionnaire and interview, while data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The results of this research were: (1) The learning process was less than optimal, teachers got difficulty in assessing students attitudes, lack of learning media facilities, and unstable internet networks. (2) From the number of 10th grade students at SMA Maniamas Ngabang showed that 11 students were not active in participating the learning process, while 24 students were active in participating the learning. Students were unable to understand learning materials and assignments due to limited space and time, unstable internet network, limited internet quota, and there were some students who did not have android phone. (3) Online learning could make students more independent in learning, but sometime they could not learn without direct role from their teacher.
