Abstract

The Objective of this activities are : (a) to train students to mingle with the society; (b) to show the importance of giving service to our society; (c) to introduce digital marketing to micro, small & medium enterprises (MSME) in order to increase market competitiveness. The research is conducted in Tiban Centre by interviewing 4 random foods & beverages business owners. The result shows that 3 out of 4 business owners are interested in digital marketing but due to low technology literacy, they don?t know how to conduct it. The digital marketing we are using is called Go-Food, which is one of the largest single-market food delivery app in Indonesia. By using this e-commerce feature, we believe that their business will grow faster and bigger in no time.

Abstract

This study was conducted in the city of Yogyakarta with a sample of 126 Aerostreet Shoe users who had made a purchase at least 1 time. Data processing using SPSS, with the criteria of respondents having a minimum age of 17 years, the last education is high school, and have made a purchase of Aerostreet Shoes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Brand Image, Social Media Marketing, and Purchase Intention, on Purchase Decision. The results showed that Brand Image, Social Media Marketing, Purchase Intention have a significant positive effect on Purchase Decision.

Abstract

The monopoly market in Indonesia has a significant impact on the dynamics of the national economy. Monopoly practices, which are characterized by the dominance of one or a few companies in a sector, can cause market distortion, hinder business competition, and have an impact on consumer welfare. This article examines the effects of monopoly markets on the Indonesian economy with a focus on the opportunities and challenges they pose. Using a qualitative descriptive research method based on literature review, this article finds that monopoly, especially by State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), has a double impact: on the one hand it supports economic stability and infrastructure development, but on the other hand it can reduce innovation and market efficiency. Tighter regulations and effective law enforcement are needed to prevent the negative impacts of monopoly and encourage healthy and sustainable competition.

Abstract

Kinerja Perangkat Desa seringkali mendapat keluhan seperti buruknya kualitas pelayanan, pembangunan infrastruktur yang kurang mendapat perhatian pemerintah, dan pembagian tugas yang terkadang menyimpang dari tanggung jawab utamany. dari Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja Kepala Desa Pematang Johar, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah orang (person), dokumen (paper), dan tempat (place). Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Desa Pematang Johar Kecamatan Labuhan Deli Kabupaten Deli Serdang, fokus kajian ini adalah evaluasi kinerja kepala Desa Pematang Johar dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya yang di mana penulis menggunakan teori William N. Dunn, dengan menganalisis indikator yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, pemerataan, responsivitas, dan ketepatan. Kepala Desa Pematang Johar sudah menjalankan kerjanya dengan baik sesuai teori William N. Dunn.
