Abstract

Tulang vertebrata mengandung 60% kalsium fosfat. yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan dasar hidroksiapatit. Hidroksiapatit merupakan material biokeramik yang memiliki sifat adsorpsi yang baik sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai adsorben. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan mengkarakterisasi hidroksiapatit dari beberapa limbah tulang, yaitu tulang sapi, kambing, gurame, dan tongkol. Hidroksiapatit dari limbah  tulang sapi dan kambing diisolasi dengan cara kalsinasi pada suhu 1000°C dan diaktivasi menggunakan Na2CO3. Isolasi hidroksiapatit dari limbah tulang gurame dan tulang tongkol tidak dilakukan kalsinasi hanya digunakan hidrolisis menggunakan NaOH. Karakterisasi menggunakan XRD menunjukkan bahwa telah terbentuk hidroksiapatit kristalin dari hasil isolasi tulang sapi dan kambing, dan terbentuk hidroksiapatit amorf dari hasil isolasi tulang gurame dan tongkol. Perbandingan Ca/P hidroksiapatit hasil isolasi dari tulang sapi, kambing, gurame, dan tongkol, masing-masing adalah 1,71; 1,79; 1,97 dan 1,86. Spektra IR hidroksiapatit menunjukkan adanya gugus –OH, PO43-, dan CO32-. Morfologi permukaan hidroksiapatit hasil isolasi berpori dengan ukuran partikel 1-2 µm.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to find out the pattern of physical activity of students before, during and after the Covid 19 pandemic at SMAN 1 Susukan, Cirebon Regency. This type of descriptive research. The population is 816 students. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Sample 100 students. The test uses the PAQ-A test. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics. The results of the study are the Physical Activity Patterns of Students at SMAN 1 Susukan After the Covid 19 Pandemic are as follows: Physical activity during free time is 57.62%, physical activity after school once a week is 41%, in 7 days finally, after the covid 19 pandemic, in the afternoon you exercise, do physical activity 1 time a week as much as 48%, often do physical activity 2-3 times a week as much as 48%, sometimes do physical activity as much as 49% a week, and never doing physical activity as much as 32.34%. Thus it can be concluded that the physical activity pattern of SMA 1 Susukan students before the covid 19 pandemic was never doing physical activity, during the pandemic once a week, and after the covid 19 pandemic was never doing physical activity.

Abstract

This article describes a religious movement figure in post-Reformation Indonesia (1998), namely Habib Rizieq Shihab, who had a mass organization considered radical, namely the Islamic Defenders Front. This article answers the accusation that Shihab was anti-state politics, anti-Pancasila, anti-the Republic of Indonesia, and was intolerant of anyone different from the movement he had led. This study uses the content analysis method, namely analyzing the ideas in Shihab's writings and lectures to reveal his Islamic political ideology. This study found that Shihab's theology was Ashary and Shafiy Sunni with Alawiy Tareqat order. The Muslim Brotherhood influenced Shihab's thoughts and Al-Maududi's ideas, namely, aspiring to an Islamic state or formalizing religious constitutional law into a condition known as Islamic law. At the local level, Shihab was influenced by the local scholar M. Natsir. However, Shihab's political Islamic thought results gave distinctive features and differed from the existing typology. Shihab accepted Pancasila as the basis of the state. However, the "Shari'ated Indonesia" concept was a theistic concept perceived as implementing the Islamic caliphate vision and mission and the reincarnation of the 1945 Jakarta Charter Pancasila.

Abstract

The leadership of the school principal plays an important role in improving the quality of education in an institution, including in efforts to improve teacher performance. This research method is qualitative. The results of this research are that the leadership of the principal at MTs Yasmida Ambarawa plays a key role in improving teacher performance through motivation, academic supervision, professionalism development, and creating a conducive work environment. The principal's leadership significantly influences the quality of education within an institution, particularly in enhancing teacher performance. This qualitative research explores the principal's role at MTs Yasmida Ambarawa in fostering teacher development through motivation, academic supervision, professional growth, and the establishment of a supportive work environment. The findings indicate that principals motivate teachers by offering emotional support and recognition, conduct academic supervision to ensure effective teaching practices, and facilitate professional development through training and collaborative initiatives.Despite challenges such as administrative burdens and resource constraints, principals employ strategies like task delegation, external partnerships, and persuasive leadership to create a supportive work environment. This research underscores the critical role of strategic leadership in improving teacher performance and, consequently, the quality of education.
