Abstract

The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method in assessing the internal factors that affect teacher performance. The factors studied were limited to 3 (three) things, namely the level of education, teacher competence and teaching experience. Study of teachers working in private junior high schools in Juang City, Bireuen Regency. Alleged research, there is a direct influence from the causality of the three observed exogenous variables on the endogenous variable "teacher performance". There is also a correlation between exogenous variables both in substance and empirically. So the analysis uses a path model approach by building a structural framework in the form of a path diagram. The results of the study show that there are direct and indirect effects: 1) the factor of teacher education on teacher performance is 34.71%. 2) the teacher competency factor on teacher performance is 37.58%. 3) the factor of teaching experience on teacher performance is 41.8%. 4) Simultaneously the level of education, competency and teaching experience have a significant effect on the performance of private junior high school teachers in Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency based on a coefficient of determination of 49.1%. While the remaining role of the teacher's internal variables that were not examined was 50.9%.

Abstract

The research aims to empirically analyze employee job satisfaction in relation to internal and external factors, namely work motivation, work environment and employee abilities. Using a survey method of 59 Class IIB Bireuen prison employees with associative quantitative research. And data analysis with inferential statistics, namely the path analysis model. The results of the analysis found that; (1) employee job satisfaction is significantly influenced by motivation factors by 44.57%, work environment factors by 53.17% and work ability by 61.2%. (2) Contribution Together, motivation, environmental and work ability factors contribute to employee job satisfaction, amounting to 59.10%. (3). There is a causal relationship between exogenous variables, namely work motivation, work environment and work ability.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Research on teacher job satisfaction is part of the evaluation and input for teacher development. Many things affect it, in this case it is limited by analyzing the factors of the work environment, principal's leadership and teacher motivation. By taking the object of research the teacher of State Elementary School (SD) in Bireuen Regency. The analysis uses the path model, to determine the direct and indirect effects of each factor due to a causal relationship between factors. The results of the analysis show; (1) there is a significant direct and indirect effect of the work environment on teacher job satisfaction by 23.95%. (2) there is a direct and indirect influence of the principal's leadership on teacher job satisfaction by 30.43%, (3) motivational factors have a significant direct or indirect effect on teacher job satisfaction that is equal to 25.5% (4) Simultaneously work environment, principal leadership and work motivation affect teacher job satisfaction by 33.2%. And (5) the level of job satisfaction of State Elementary School (SD) teachers in Bireuen Regency has not been maximized, only reaching 74.65%

Abstract

This research aims to prove the existence of a link in the form of (a) a causal relationship between shipping price factors, service and delivery speed of the Sicepat Express Bieuen Branch courier service. (b) The direct and indirect influence of each factor of delivery price, service quality and delivery speed on consumer decisions for the Sicepat Express Bieuen Branch courier service. A survey of 50 consumers and analysis using a statistical path model shows:(1) there is a relationship The causal category is quite close between the variables of delivery price and service quality, namely 0.523, the relationship between service quality and delivery speed is in the medium category (0.421) and the relationship between delivery speed and price is in the quite close category (0.522). (2) It is proven that there is a significant direct and indirect influence of shipping price factors on consumers' decisions to use the Sicepat Express Courier service, Bireuen Branch, amounting to 45.16%. Meanwhile, the direct and indirect influence of service quality on consumer decisions to use courier services is 43.79%. And the direct and indirect influence of delivery speed on consumers' decisions is 37.29%. (3) Simultaneously price, service quality and delivery speed have a positive influence on consumers' decisions to use the Sicepat Express Courier service, Bireuen Branch, with a contribution of 61.3%.

Abstract

This research was conducted at STIES Banda Aceh, with research objects being 31 lecturers and 13 educational staff. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the SmartPls 4.0 program. The research results show that emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Other results show that the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Performance and fully mediated by Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant influence. The higher the Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the higher the Quality of Work Life which will ultimately improve employee performance.

Abstract

Research was conducted on employees of the Lhokseumawe Penitentiary, to examine the contribution of performance effectiveness related to organizational climate factors, work ethic and work discipline. It is a research survey, quantitative with an associative type. Based on the path model analysis between variables, it was found; (1) organizational climate factors, work ethic and work discipline are causally interconnected. (2) the contribution of the three significant factors to the effectiveness of employee performance, with a direct and indirect influence on organizational climate of 48.99%, the work ethic factor of 55.88% and the influence of work discipline of 54.31%. (2) Simultaneously, organizational climate, work ethic and work discipline have real implications for the performance of prison employees with contributions 42,2%.

Abstract

Employee performance analysis is the objective of the study. This study is based on performance allowance factors, organizational culture, and emotional intelligence. The research method that will be used is the associative type and quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all employees at the BKPSDM Pidie Jaya Regency, totaling 62 people. The results of the study showed: 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of performance allowances on employee performance of 45.28%, the influence of organizational culture of 35.25%, and the influence of emotional intelligence of 41.39%. 2) Simultaneously, performance allowances, organizational culture and emotional intelligence affect the performance of BKPSDM Pidie Jaya Regency employees with a contribution of 54.1%.

Abstract

Based on empirical data, this study determines the influence of human resource planning, leadership, and organizational culture on the revitalization of human resources at the PUPR Bireuen office. The quantitative associative method was used with path analysis. The results indicate: (1) There is a direct and indirect influence of human resource planning on human resource revitalization of 36%. Meanwhile, the influence of leadership is 48.92%, and the influence of organizational culture is 34.79%. (2) Simultaneously, human resource planning, leadership, and organizational culture contribute to human resource revitalization by 58,8%. (3) The correlation analysis results indicate a causal relationship between human resource planning, leadership, and organizational culture, with a fairly strong categorization.

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze job satisfaction related to compensation and the work environment and their impact on employee performance. Quantitative associative research was used, and path-wise data analysis was used. The study was conducted on 58 employees of Class IIB Bireuen Prison. The results showed that (1) compensation had a direct and indirect effect on job satisfaction, through the work environment variable, amounting to 34.4%. (2) compensation had a direct and indirect effect on job satisfaction, through the compensation variable, amounting to 46.17%. (3) Compensation and the work environment simultaneously contributed to job satisfaction, amounting to 81.2%. (4) Compensation had a direct and indirect impact on employee performance, amounting to 42.75%. The work environment had an impact of 49.83%. (5) The total effect of compensation and the work environment on employee performance, through the job satisfaction variable, was 18%. (6) The contribution of compensation and the work environment to employee performance was 71.2%
