Abstract

Sexual violence and bullying were projected to increase significantly in 2023, particularly within school environments. This PKM initiative was conducted at SDN 28 Sungai Kakap, Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency. The aim of this activity is to educate students about bullying behavior and sexual violence, as well as the psychological impacts caused by these behaviors. The activity utilized a lecture method accompanied by video and song media to facilitate understanding for children. The results of this PKM activity have shown a positive impact on students' knowledge about bullying behavior and sexual violence. Students were becoming increasingly aware of the negative impacts of these behaviors, aided by the media presented by the resource person in the form of videos and songs. Additionally, to motivate students and spread awareness to stop bullying behavior and sexual violence, the committee provided several prize packages.

Abstract

Penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Untuk Menurunkan Angka Kemiskinan di Kota Pontianak. Data jumlah kemiskinan di kota Pontianak menunjukkan adanya kenaikan dan penurunan. Namun melonjak jumlahnya di tahun 2020 yang sebelumnya 29.171 jiwa menjadi 30.700 jiwa dan kemudian menurun lagi jumlahnya di tahun 2022 menjadi 29.610 jiwa. Oleh karena itu, sudah menjadi tugas pemerintah daerah dalam hal ini Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi melalui Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pelatihan Kerja dan Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja (UPT PKPTK) Kota Pontianak untuk menanggulangi kemiskinan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskrtiptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Untuk Menurunkan Angka Kemiskinan di Kota Pontianak sudah berjalan baik hal ini dilihat dari indikator kesesuaian antara program dan pemanfaatan, kesesuaian antara program dengan organisasi, serta kesesuaian antara kelompok pemanfaat dan organisasi pelaksana. Abstract

The Regional Government Financial Report is a form of government accountability to the community in the form of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). Financial reports made by local governments must be of high quality and in accordance with standards. For this reason, APIP is needed to oversee the activities or programs of the local government so that the program runs according to its objectives. This study aims to describe the consistency of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) to improve the quality of the Gorontalo provincial government's financial reports. The focus of this research is audit, review, evaluation, monitoring and other supervisory activities.The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling and the informants in this study were the Inspectorate of the Gorontalo Province Inspectorate and several related work units at the Gorontalo Provincial Inspectorate. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data obtained were analyzed through the stages of data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that with the consistency and APIP can realize government accountability and quality Local Government Financial Reports.

Abstract

This paper aims to show how the performance of the Koperasi Daya Karya in the Sintang District Office of Education and Culture has so far been. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this study describes several problems that refer to the first aspect of responsiveness, namely the ability to identify the needs of members, prioritize services, develop agendas, and develop service programs for members who have not been running optimally and not yet optimal. unfulfilled needs and aspirations of members; secondly, the responsibility for implementing activities at “Daya Karya” has not been carried out with administrative principles that are in line with cooperative policies, the level of conformity between the formulation of the vision and mission of the Koperasi and the dynamics of change, the level of anticipation in dealing with change; accountability of "Daya Karya" which has not been able to account for its actions and work optimally, as well as several factors that influence the results of the work of dedication to "Daya Karya" of the Sintang District Education and Culture Office. Thus, this research is expected to make service performance at the "Daya Karya" Office of Education and Culture of Sintang Regency run optimally.

Abstract

Purpose: The delimitation of territory is an important issue during the era of regional autonomy implementation in Indonesia. Territorial boundaries must be established in order to explore the potential of each region. Therefore, territorial boundary affirmation is important for preventing territorial conflicts that can cause both material and non-material losses. One way to minimize territorial boundary conflicts is to create a map of regional boundaries based on applicable laws and regulations (administrative order). Mapping administrative boundaries to the RT/RW level can improve the quality of governance and as a form of village/village development. This educational activity was conducted to increase public awareness of the orderly administration of regional boundaries, especially in the Rukun Masyarakat area. The service activity involves three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Methodology/approach: This service activity is in the form of socialization, in which the service team collaborates with Sungai Jawi Village in Pontianak City. As a result, community members in Sungai Jawi Village became more aware of the division of administrative areas in their neighborhoods. Results/findings: This socialization provides a clearer understanding of the duties and functions of Rukun Masyarakats as well as the administrative boundaries of each RW, thereby minimizing the potential for conflict and misunderstanding regarding regional boundaries. Limitation: Focuses on maximizing the role of the community in the orderly administration of the Rukun Warga area boundaries Contribution: It is hoped that education through socialization, awareness, and active participation of the community in maintaining the administrative order of regional boundaries will increase.

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkoba semakin tidak terkendali bahkan sangat mengkhawatirkan yang membidik semua kalangan mulai dari anak, remaja, sampai orang tua yang melibatkan berbagai profesi dari yang awalnya coba-coba sampai kecanduan. Terlebih di era globalisasi di mana keterbukaan teknologi semakin memudahkan akses bagi setiap orang. Perlu penanganan yang baik dalam bingkai good governance agar dapat memutus matai rantai penyalahgunaan narkoba, sehingga diperlukan upaya Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Kota Gorontalo berkaitan dengan program pencegahan dan pemberantasan penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap narkotika di Kota Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BNN Kota Gorontalo melakukan sosialisasi sebagai bentuk edukasi mengenai bahaya narkoba, dengan memanfaatkan berbagai media sosial. Dalam upaya penanganan narkoba dibidang rehabilitasi dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu rehabilitasi rawat jalan dan rawat inap. Namun, BNN Kota Gorontalo masih dihadapkan dengan kekurangan personil khususnya pada bidang pemberantasan dan bidang rehabilitasi, integritas petugas yang rendah, dan rendahnya informasi kasus.Kata kunci: Pemberantasan, Penyalahgunaan Narkoba, Rehabilitasi

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah salah satu aspek krusial dalam memajukan suatu bangsa. Akses pendidikan antara wilayah perkotaan dan pedesaan masih terjadi kesenjangan. Salah satu upaya mengatasi kesenjangan ini muncul melalui pendirian Rumah Pintar Punggur Cerdas di Desa Punggur Kecil, Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Kalimantan Barat. Rumah Pintar bertujuan menumbuhkan semangat literasi bagi anak di desa punggur kecil, melalui kolaborasi MBKM Proyek Kemanusian FISIP UNTAN dengan TBM Rumah Pintar Punggur cerdas dalam meningkatkan literasi bagi anak di Desa Punggur Kecil sebagai salah satu bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan metode bimbingan belajar, perpustakaan keliling,sosialisasi, perencanaan kegiatan, dan edukasi literasi, kolaborasi ini bertujuan meningkatkan partisipasi pendidikan di kalangan anak-anak. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah semakin meningkatnya semangat literasi bagi anak di Desa Punggur Kecil.
