Abstract

Discipline is an organization attitude, whose mistakes affect balance. Even in the worst cases, discipline can damage the environment. This condition should be avoided. Because really discipline is the attitude of success. This study aims to explore information about discipline, especially individually, how and what discipline they have. The method used in this research is survey. Then the derivatives use observation, in it there is an interview. The results of the study revealed, 1) the background dominated the attitude of the discipline. 2) knowledge or education strengthen discipline. and 3) rules are instructions on how to be disciplined. This confirms, discipline in principle the individual part. Therefore placing and treating it must be a humanitarian approach. However, organizations can mix disciplines as the goals of the organization

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work complacent and motivation of job on the employees working performance either partially or simultaneously. The object research carried out to the employee stamp of PT. Bank Panin BSD Tangerang Selatan. Design research conducted in the preparation of this is associative quantitative that aims to determine the influence between two or more deeply variables describe or reveal a problem, situation, event or revealing fact as they are deeply and try to find a solution or solutions to problems. The results showed that work content based on partial test was positive and significant effect on the achievement capability of 51,7% and then work arousal also was positive and significant effect on performance of 52,6%. The result of determinate coefficient (R2) of 63,8% can be summed up the effect of the variable job satisfaction and work motivation toward employees performance where the influence are positive. The results of calculation for 41,458 F-value further consultation with the F-table with dk = k numerator and denominator dk = (nk-1) with a 5% error level the importance of the F table = 3,18. Provisions applicable for F-value greater than F-table (41,458 > 3,18), it can be stated that the multiple correlation is significant. Thus the null hypothesis (H0) that states there is no effect between work satiation and work motivation influence on employees performance is rejected, while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) are accepted

Abstract

Work does not only produce something, but also contributes to progress, especially in research institutions. But the role of leadership, competence, and motivation are among the factors that affect performance and competence. Therefore, this study aims to examine all three variables both partially and simultaneously. Quantitative was chosen because of its ease in interpreting the data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The structural equation model was chosen as a tool in analyzing statistical models. The results showed that the directly recommended model of commitment is competency. This explains that someone who is professional is more committed to work and is able to produce better assignments. Keywords: Leadership, Competence, Motivation, Commitment

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk mengadakan Pelatihan Manajemen Usaha Tani dengan Fokus Petani sebagai Etrepreneur sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi petani sebagai pelaku usaha di bidang pertanian di lingkungan desa Ciwangi Kecamatan Blubur Limbangan Kabupaten Garut. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan menggunakan metode penyuluhan, pedampingan, diskusi dan workshop. Hasil yang diperoleh selama pelatihan, secara keseluruhan kegiatan pelatihan meliputi: materi, fasilitator, tempat pelatihan, dan konsumsi mendapat respon sangat baik dari seluruh peserta dan sangat membantu dan bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi para peserta pelatihan tentang peran penting mereka sebagai entrepreneur yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani dan selanjutnya menggerakkan ekonomi dengan lebih baik di desa Ciwangi kecamatan Blubur Limbangan Kabupaten Garut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh disiplin dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja tenaga kerja di wilayah kecamatan Sawangan kota Depok di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori yang berusaha menguji hipotesis secara statistik berdasarkan data empirik dari responden dan menjelaskannya secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian (1) Hasil uji F diperoleh Fhitung (26,989) >  Ftabel  (3,088) dengan signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti disiplin dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan konstribusi peranan sebesar 35,5%. (2) Hasil uji disiplin terhadap kinerja diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 19,6%. (3) Hasil uji budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar sebesar 34,7%. Kata Kunci: Disiplin; Budaya Organisasi; Kinerja

Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing lecturers' work motivation at the Management Bachelor's Program, Universitas Pamulang, focusing on the role of work environment and compensation. The background of this research is rooted in the need to understand how these factors can impact lecturers' motivation to improve teaching and academic performance. The objective is to determine the significant influence of work environment and compensation on lecturers' work motivation. A quantitative research method was employed using a survey approach with a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms to 140 lecturers. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression and descriptive statistics, with validity and reliability tests applied. The findings reveal that both work environment and compensation have a significant positive impact on work motivation, with work environment contributing 32.9% and compensation contributing 25.7%. The coefficient of determination indicates that 67.5% of the variation in work motivation can be explained by these two factors. The implications of this research suggest that universities should prioritize improving work environment quality and compensation systems to enhance lecturers' motivation. This can lead to better academic performance and higher job satisfaction. Future research could explore additional factors influencing work motivation.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the economic development of rural communities. However, many MSMEs still face challenges in managing human resources (HR) effectively, especially in adapting to the demands of the digital era. This community service program (PKM) aimed to enhance human resource governance among MSMEs under the Tajaul Karomah group in Situgadung Village, Tangerang Regency. The main objective was to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage HR efficiently and leverage digital tools to improve productivity and competitiveness. The PKM activity was conducted on April 4–5, 2025, by 12 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang and involved 30 participants from the local community. The method of implementation included planning, execution, and reporting stages. Activities were carried out through material presentations, hands-on practice, group discussions, and interactive Q&A sessions. The results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of HR management principles and digital adaptation strategies. Participants expressed strong interest in applying the acquired knowledge to their business operations. This PKM initiative has contributed positively to local MSME development and demonstrated the importance of academic-community collaboration in addressing socio-economic challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Unit Parung Kemang Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu hasil dari teknik slovin yaitu sebanyak 86 responden. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis dan uji hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial variabel kompensasi (X1) diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (3,651 > 1,663) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya kompensasi (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Uji statistik variabel disiplin (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (10,021 > 1,663) dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya disiplin (X2) sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan diperoleh nilai fhitung > ftabel (51,815 > 3,105) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi (X1) dan disiplin (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Determinasi diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,555, artinya variabel kompensasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 55,5% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study focuses on the importance of support from various sources in motivating employees. Support from supervisors, colleagues, and family is considered a key factor influencing employee motivation, particularly in the banking sector. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of supervisor support, colleague support, and family support on employee motivation at PT Bank Panin. The research employs a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis to evaluate the relationships between these variables. The study subjects consist of 85 employees from PT Bank Panin, selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected via a questionnaire and analyzed using validity tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing to ensure the accuracy and validity of the results. The findings indicate that supervisor support and colleague support have a significant positive impact on employee motivation, while family support also contributes but to a lesser extent. This research provides valuable insights for management in designing strategies to enhance employee motivation through various forms of support.
