Abstract

There are two ways to survive, first work and second entrepreneurship. Choosing to be an entrepreneur is not easy, many things to learn, including yourself. Starting from building a business spirit, having knowledge, studying the market, creating products, and management. In this dedication opportunity, a qualitative method was chosen. Where all parties are directly involved in learning and practice. Activities carried out for 3 days, covered by studying theory, practice, and providing motivation. Where participants are encouraged to awaken the spirit of entrepreneurship by looking at the reality of business and business knowledge. The results of the activities provide conclusions; 1) to increase entrepreneurial activities in the community, the first thing it takes is building a business spirit, with routine business practice. 2) the role of tertiary institutions is mentoring by educating entrepreneurship. and 3) tertiary institutions bridge the community to get business assistance to the government

Abstract

ABSTRAKAdapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Stress kerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (persero) Area Bintaro, untuk mengetahui Kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bintaro dan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja pada PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bintaro Tangsel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan, seperti: wawancara, observasi dan kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bintaro yang berjumlah 97 orang/responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 97 orang/responden. Data yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner kemudian dianalisis yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, Regresi Sederhana,uji korelasi product moment, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil analisa diperoleh koefisien korelasi product moment diperoleh sebesar 0,509 artinya memiliki pengaruh cukup kuat.Dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan koefisien determinasi hasilnya adalah 56,85% hal ini berarti kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh Stres Kerja sebesar 24,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 75,2% dipengaruhi oleh factor lainnyaSelain Disiplin seperti Kepemimpinan,Lingkungan kerja.Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Stres Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Berdasarkan hasil yang menunjukkan thitung>ttabelyaituthitung (5,606) >ttabel (1,987) yang artinya bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya Sters Kerja (X) mempunyai pengaruh yang Positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The research result, obtained the findings as follows: The Leadership and competence both partially and simultaneously had positive and significant impact on work motivation with contribution (R2) 51%. Partially leadership dominantly influence on work motivation. Further on Structural 2 showed, The leadership, competence and work motivation both partially and simultaneously had positive and significant impact on employee?s performance with contribution (R2) 78%. Viewed as partial, competence had dominantly  toward employee?s commitment. Concerning on direct and indirect effect, work motivation was being partial mediating.  This study found and recommended that to increase employee?s commitment of technology agency research and application needed to be extending work motivation, reflected by the dimensions of affiliation which supported with an increase in competence which reflected by the dimensions of attitude, and rectified the leadership which reflected by the dimensions of supporting

Abstract

Presenting quality in education is a necessity, and the answer is in the teacher An educational institution is known to be good if it’s able to bring achievements to students, and the answer is in the teacher. Therefore, the teacher is the key word in education, so developing is a necessity. This study aims to reveal the lecturers performance, see the conditions and how it impact on institution. Scientific studies using qualitative, how to explain tends to be descriptive, so the real conditions are known. The sample of analysis is data, which is obtained from related institutions in a secondary way. The results showed that the lecturer's performance was low, with a score of 2 (average). The real impact is that institutions find it difficult to get good accreditation. Then, lose the opportunity to build a positive image in the future

Abstract

The existence of universities is determined by public trust, and lecturer performance is the answer. For this reason, universities need to improve the performance of lecturers through implementing quality teaching, research that results in innovation and community service. The research method uses quantitative, the number of samples is 52 Pamulang University lecturers with a simple random technique, the analysis method uses multiple linear regression, and the analysis stage consists of descriptive test, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, partial test, simultaneous test, and test coefficient of determination. The results showed that leadership style and motivation had a significant effect on performance. This finding confirms the importance of well-behaved leaders, proactive, flexible in communication, friendly in interacting, care about lecturers' careers, support the implementation of research and community service, so that the enthusiasm of lecturers is optimal and leads to increased performance. Abstract

Quality of work is one of the main instruments that show the achievement of performance. For companies, performance is a necessity, which must be realized, as evidence of achieving goals. Therefore, it takes the involvement of all parties, especially the leadership. Leaders have an important role in influencing and inviting all employees to work totally in realizing company goals. In addition, the inherent optimism and enthusiasm is a supporting factor for improving performance. In this regard, this study aims to analyze and explain the possible influence of leadership and work motivation on improving performance. Methodologically, this research is quantitative based using multiple linear regression statistics. In collecting data, a questionnaire method was used, so that the answer scale was obtained. The results showed that the partial and simultaneous statistical results were in the significant category. That is, a good leader can encourage the creation of a productive work environment, an environment that breeds enthusiasm for work, and has a strong desire to give the best results. Likewise, work motivation has a real influence on the psychological state of employees, namely a self-motivation to be able to contribute to the interests of the company.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul peran sumber daya manusia dalam mengembangkan kinerja pada UMKM Griya Cendekia di desa Curug, kecamatan Gunung Sindur, kabupaten Bogor. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pemahaman, sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pengetahuan secara praktis ilmu manajemen dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia bagi pelaku UMKM. Lebih khusus lagi pengabdian ini bertujuan mendorong pengurus UMKM untuk menerapkan manajemen SDM dalam mengelola para pelaku usaha di Griya Cendekia sehingga dapat mengembangkan kinerja dan meningkatkan level UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode wawancara pendahuluan, penyampaian materi secara langsung mengenai manajemen secara umum, penerapan manajemen SDM, penggunaan e-commerce dalam pemasaran produk dan tata kelola pengurusan keuangan. Tujuan akhir dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mendorong dalam pengembangan UMKM yang berdampak pada kesejahraan masyarakat, khususnya pelaku UMKM Griya Cendekia. Kata Kunci: Manajemen; UMKM Griya Cendekia; MSDM; Kesejahteraan Masyarakat.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan bagian integral dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang dalam pelaksanaannya tidak terlepas dari dua dharma yang lainnya, serta melibatkan segenap sivitas akademika: dosen, mahasiswa, tenaga kependidikan serta alumni. Melalui PKM sivitas akademik dapat hadir di tengah- tengah masyarakat. Membangun karakter (character building) adalah proses mengukir atau memahat jiwa sedemikian rupa sehingga membentuk unik, menarik, dan berbeda atau dapat dibedakan dengan orang lain. Ibarat sebuah huruf aflabet yang tak pernah sana antara yang satu dengan yang lain, demikianlah orang-orang yang berkarakter dapat dibedakan satu dengan yang lainnya (termasuk dengan yang tidak/belum berkarakter atau berkarakter tercela). Pribadi yang menyenangkan sangat kita butuhkan untuk membangun langkah-langkah keberhasilan dalam hidup, baik itu keberhasilan dalam pekerjaan, bisnis, karier, maupun kekuarga. Sebaliknya, pribadi yang membosankan yang ”tidak dapat dikenal” orang lain, akan menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengembangkan diri. Termasuk hambatan dalam mengembangkan kesuksesan dalam setiap bidang kehidupan. Oleh karena itu, tidak ada pilihan lain, selain membangun pribadi yang menyenangkan; menyenangkan bagi diri sendiri, juga bagi orang lain, terutama orang-orang terdekat, rekan kerja, atasan, klien dan orang-orang yang membutuhkan pertolongan kita Kata Kunci: Karakter, pendidikan, anak

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul kolaborasi antar sumber daya manusia dengan sumber daya teknologi di era digital dalam industri usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah pada koperasi kemang berdaya kabupaten bogor. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Memberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan secara praktis ilmu manajemen dalam pengembangan kolaborasi anatar sumber daya manusia dengan sumber daya teknologi di era digital dalam industri usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah pada koperasi kemang berdaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan penyampaian materi secara langsung serta simulasi dan diskusi mengenai manajemen, pengelolaan keuangan, pemasaran produk dan penerapan MSDM dalam kolaborasi antara sumber daya manusia dengan sumber daya teknologi di era digital dalam industri usaha kecil, mikro dan menengah pada koperasi kemang berdaya. Kesimpulan pengabdian kepada masyakat ini adalah bahwa akan dilakukan pendampingan manajemen dalam pengembangan sumber daya teknologi di era digital dengan dibentuk kelompok-kelompok penguna digital dalam upaya mewujudkan kesejahraan usaha kecil, mikro dan menengah desa jampang.
