Abstract

Peningkatan perkembangan era digital saat ini sangat cepat dan tidak dapat diprediksi, sebuah aplikasi marketplace seperti shopee dapat mempermudah manusia dalam melakukan pekerjaan atau bertransaksi. Aplikasi Shopee adalah marketplace belanja online yang menyediakan aplikasi fitur belanja kebutuhan kita secara online dengan membayar melalui sistem cod, mobile banking, spaylater. Kepuasan pengguna merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dalam melakukan penerapan suatu aplikasi. Penelitian ini berfokus di bagian kepuasan pengguna terhadap User Interface dari aplikasi Shopee. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasi tersebut terpilih sebanyak 172 responden untuk menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada pengguna aplikasi Shopee di Masyarakat Cilandak Timur RT 06 RW 01. Kemudian diolah secara statistik menggunakan rentang kategori dan persentanse melalui Skala Likert. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah kategori puas dengan Tabulasi tingkat kepuasan hasil rata-rata 4.58 (Puas), dengan menggunakan tabel Tingkat Kepuasan Skala Likert. Kemudian, untuk hasil masing-masing dimensi adalah Content Cukup Puas (2.79), Accuracy Puas (4.34), Format Puas (4.30), Timeliness Puas (4.27), Ease Of Use Puas (4.42).   The increasing development of the digital era today is very fast and unpredictable, a marketplace application like Shopee can make it easier for people to do work or make transactions. The Shopee application is an online shopping marketplace that provides application features for shopping for our needs online by paying via COD, mobile banking, SpainLater systems. User satisfaction is an important factor that influences the success of implementing an application. This research focuses on user satisfaction with the User Interface of the Shopee application. This research was conducted based on End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). The population in this study was 172 respondents selected to be the sample in this study. The data in this research was obtained from a questionnaire distributed to users of the Shopee application in the East Cilandak Community RT 06 RW 01. Then it was processed statistically using a range of categories and percentages via a Likert Scale. The results obtained from this research are in the satisfied category with an average satisfaction level tabulation of 4.58 (Satisfied), using the Likert Scale Satisfaction Level table. Then, the results for each dimension are Content Quite Satisfied (2.79), Accuracy Satisfied (4.34), Format Satisfied (4.30), Timeliness Satisfied (4.27), Ease Of Use Satisfied (4.42).

Abstract

AbstrakAnalisis terhadap kerangka turbin angin jenis Darrieus menunjukkan bahwa kerangka tersebut telah memenuhi standar keamanan baik dalam perhitungan teoritis maupun melalui simulasi. Beban yang diterapkan pada kerangka meliputi beban pada lengan sudu, sudu, poros, pulley, V-belt, dan generator sebesar 14 Kg. Abstract

Loans or credit are one of the key factors in advancing the economy. One of them is encouraging business expansion which will have a direct impact on a country's economic growth. Banks and other financing institutions must be able to evaluate the borrower's ability to pay their debts based on the inherent risks to reduce the possibility of default. To this end, machine learning (ML) has emerged as a revolutionary tool in using advanced prediction methods to examine historical data based on customer behavior. This research investigates the application of ML in predicting loan outcomes by optimizing parameters in the Machine Learning algorithm. The ML algorithms examined in this research are Logistic Regression (LR), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Random Forest (RF), Decision Tree (DT), and XGBoost (XGB). Meanwhile, the technique used in hyperparameter tuning is Grid Search Cross Validation (CV). The results show that the algorithm's performance is more optimal than before, it can be seen that the LR algorithm experienced an increase in accuracy of 5%, KNN by 4%, RF by 3%, DT by 3%, and XGB by 2%. By including a default dataset based on customer behavior and optimized algorithm parameters, apart from being able to answer the alignment in previous literature in providing a deeper understanding of loan estimation, this research can also provide an understanding that hyperparameter techniques are worth trying to improve the performance of ML algorithms. So, it will be easier for financing institutions to determine the right loan scenario.

Abstract

This article explains an issue about bullying that become one of the major obstacles in creating quality, safe, far-from-violence, and inclusive education as emphasized by the United Nations in achieving point 4 of the SDGs. Bullying behavior not only has a significant impact on psychological conditions but also affects the overall learning process for students. Various actions have been implied to overcome bullying in schools, such as implementing an anti-bullying outreach program that has been carried out. Having information that, achieving quality education is also hampered by the lack of detailed data on the prevalence and impact of bullying in schools. To broadly support the achievement of the SDGs, our team of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, conducted anti-bullying socialization program, exploring the prevalence and dynamics of bullying, especially in schools in Banjar Seminai Village, Dayun District, Siak Regency, which is the location of MBKM from Faculty of Social dan Political Sciences, Universitas Riau. The data was collected by doing socialization and filling out questionnaires after carrying out anti-bullying socialization to students in grades 4, 5, and 6 at SD 03 and 04 Banjar Seminai as well as students and students in grades 7, 8, and 9 at Junior High School (SMP 05 Dayun). This article shows that bullying at Primary School and Junior High School ( SDN 03 and 04 ; SMP 05) Dayun is quiete massive which is priority on verbal bullying.

Abstract

Software quality can be assessed based on two main criteria, namely conformance to specifications and the ability to meet user needs. One of the international standards used to assess software quality is ISO 9126, which includes six main aspects: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. In this journal, four aspects are taken to examine the quality of an online media portal website milenianews.com. The research methods include black-box testing for functionality, stress testing for reliability, Likert Scale-based questionnaire for usability, and GTMetrix for efficiency. The results showed that the functionality aspect scored 100%, indicating that all functions run according to specifications. The reliability aspect shows a 100% success rate on sessions, pages, and hits, indicating excellent performance under high usage conditions. Usability scored 79%, which falls into the good category, reflecting an interface that is easy to use and understand by users. The efficiency aspect obtained grade B with a performance score of 75% and structure 91%, indicating quite good performance, although there is room for improvement, especially in the load time of 2.5 seconds and total blocking time of 192 ms. Overall, the milenianews.com online media portal has met ISO 9126 quality standards and is declared suitable for use. These results show the importance of implementing international standards-based quality testing to ensure an optimal user experience.

Abstract

Kabinet Indonesia Maju adalah kabinet pemerintahan Indonesia pada pimpinan Presiden JokoWidodo dan Wakil Presiden Ma’ruf Amin. Dengan dilantiknya para menteri di Kabinet IndonesiaMaju, tokoh politik yang memiliki jabatan dan tanggung jawab sebagai menteri dalammelaksanakan tanggung jawabnya tak lepas dari berbagai opini. Salah satu metode untukmengelompokkan kategori opini pengguna media sosial adalah sentiment analyst. Penelitian inimenggunakan dataset hasil crawling dari twitter dengan kata kunci “Menteri”. Hasil crawlingdiolah menggunakan kedua model algoritma yaitu Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Naïve Bayes.Penelitian ini membandingkan hasil cross validation algoritma SVM dengan Naïve Bayes. Hasilcross validation dari algoritma SVM menunjukkan nilai accuracy sebesar 89,60%, recall 90,91%,precission 97,64%. untuk algoritma Naïve Bayes dihasilkan accuracy sebesar 85,74%, recall85,74%, precission 100,00%. SVM bekerja memaksimalkan margin antara dua kelas yang berbeda,Naïve Bayes sederhana menerapkan teori probabilitas untuk mencari kemungkinan terbesar dariklasifikasi. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan kedua algoritma yang digunakan memberikansolusi untuk masalah klasifikasi dalam kasus analisis sentimen menteri, terlepas dari SVMmenghasilkan akurasi yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide psychoeducation to teenagers in Kersamenak Village about the dangers of online gaming addiction and how to avoid the traps of online gambling often associated with it. The program was implemented using the Service Learning method through observation, socialization, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The primary socialization activity was held in the afternoon to ensure maximum participation without disrupting the teenagers' daily routines. Through FGD, participants were encouraged to openly discuss the effects of game addiction and strategies for self-control. The results of this program showed an increase in teenagers' awareness of the risks of online gaming addiction and a better understanding of time management and responsible technology use. Support from PKK members and local residents played a crucial role in the program's success. This initiative is expected to be further developed to reach more teenagers in other areas.
