The purpose of this paper is to research whether activity of strategy development and implementation used in practice are formal structured processes, and whether financial and non-financial information are of equal importance across strategy development and implementation activities. This study uses senior accounting officers within large Banten and West Java firms (those employing more than 250 employees). The result from hypotheses testing showed that that strategy development and implementation were relatively formally structured processes in the companies investigated. Nevertheless, financial information and non-financial information are considered equally important both for the development of the strategy and implementation of strategies for the companies surveyed. Companies, it provides value and weight as important both to the financial information for strategy implementation process.

Kebijakan pemerintah untuk membuka pasar global akan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kompetisi yang terjadi pada UKM. Salah satu industri yang terkena dampak adalah industri batik di Kota Pekalongan. Kebijakan pemerintah dengan adanya pasar bebas akan meningkatkan tekanan kompetisi yang terjadi dipasar. UKM batik merupakan salah satu indusrtri yang akan berdampak dari kebijakan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana pengaruh tekanan kompetisi terhadap kreativitas inovasi dan keunggulan bersaing UKM batik di Kota Pekalongan Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Persaingan yang ketat mendorong pengusaha terus berinovasi baik inovasi produk, desain, metode pewarnaan, teknologi maupun inovasi pelayanan supaya industri batik di minati dan mampu bersaing baik pasar lokal maupun ekspor. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada UKM industri batik di Kota Pekalongan. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling pada pemilik atau pengelola industri batik dengan kriteria pengelola atau pemilik minimal sudah di industri batik minimal 5 tahun. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program AMOS 16.0. Hasil hipotesis penelitian diduga tekanan kompetisi berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan pengusaha melalukan kreativitas inovasi produk, tekanan kompetisi dan kreativitas inovasi produk diduga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing UKM industri batik. Dorongan pasar dan dorongan dari pengusaha membuat pengusaha terus menerus harus melakukan inovasi produk untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing UKM. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan memberikan kontribusi pada teori Resource Based view (RBV) yang menegaskan bahwa sebuah perusahaan berusaha mempertahankan keunggulan bersaing melalui inovasi produk. Tekanan kompetisi akan mendorong pengusaha untuk melakukan kreativitas inovasi sehingga mempunyai produk yang berkualitas dan bervariasi sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen.The government's policy to open up global markets will affect the level of competition is going to SMEs. One industry that is affected is the batik industry in Pekalongan. Government policies to free markets will increase competitive pressures that occur in the market. SMEs indusrtri batik is one that will have an impact of this policy. The purpose of this study was to examine how the effect of competitive pressure on the creativity and innovation of SMEs competitive advantage batik in Pekalongan Central Java Province. Intense competition encourages employers continue to innovate both product innovation, design, staining methods, technology and service innovations in the batik industry that are interested and able to compete both local and export markets. Location of the research done on the SME industry in Pekalongan batik. The sampling technique is purposive sampling on the owner or manager of the batik industry with the manager or owner minimal criteria already in the batik industry at least 5 years. Analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 16.0. The results of the study hypothesis of competition pressure allegedly positive effect on the ability of employers put through the creativity of product innovation, the pressure of competition and product innovation creativity alleged significant effect on the competitive advantage of SMEs batik industry. Market forces and the encouragement of entrepreneurs make entrepreneurs constantly have to innovate products to achieve competitive advantage of SMEs. Results of this study are expected to contribute to the theory of Resource Based view (RBV) which confirms that a company trying to maintain a competitive advantage through product innovation. Competitive pressures will encourage employers to creativity innovation so as to have a quality product and varies according to the wishes of consumers.

The objective of this research was to test the impact of system financial and nonfinancial compensation, competency on the employee performance and on the motivation as intervening variable. The research used partial least square method for the hypotesis testing and produced 100 respondent for the sample by using nonprobability samples with the convinience method. The result of the research revealed that the system of financial and nonfinancial compensation have significance impacts on employee performance and motivation but the competency does not  significance impacts on employee performance and motivation. However, further result revealed that motivation have significance impacts on employee performance.In order to improve the employee performance, the training is a needed and should be conducted in accordance with the job position. Moreover, the fair compensation with the range not far from the employee expectation.

The objectives of this study are (1). Identify the factors that cause fraud in village fund management in Banten Province (2). Develop a village fund fraud prevention model using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. Data collection methods were carried out by in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) by inviting academics and experts. The analysis technique uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to model the prevention of village fund fraud in Banten Province. Findings. The results of this study indicate that the actor who is considered the most dominant in the occurrence of fraud is the Village Head, and the strategy that is considered the most dominant in preventing fraud is to narrow the opportunities. When viewed from the perspective of a strategy to minimize pressure, the most important aspect is the change in external auditors, from a strategy perspective of narrowing opportunities, the most important aspect is to streamline monitoring, then from the perspective of negative rationalization strategies and positive competency strategies, the most important aspects include ethics education moral and management change, and the last aspect of the closeness of the ruler is the most important aspect in the strategy perspective to reduce arrogance.

Family planning programs have an important role in reducing maternal and child mortality, through preventing pregnancy, delaying gestational age and spacing pregnancies with the main target being couples of reproductive age. The health workers who are in charge of running the family planning program are midwives, the success of the family planning program is supported by the performance of midwives. Factors that affect the performance of midwives are workload, training, incentives, infrastructure and work motivation. Objective: To analyze the factors that influence the performance of midwives in Pasar District. Methods: Analytic survey research with a cross sectional study design. A sample of 88 people using Cluster proportional random sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis was descriptive and statistical, namely multiple linear regression. Results: there is an effect of workload on the performance of midwives (p=0.025), there is an effect of training on the performance of midwives (p=0.000). there is an influence of incentives on the performance of midwives (p = 0.000), there is no effect of infrastructure on the performance of midwives (p = 0.217), there is an effect of work motivation on the performance of midwives (p = 0.000). Conclusion: There is an influence of workload, training, incentives, infrastructure and work motivation on the performance of midwives.

Farmers in shallots in central locations in Serang Regency are faced with seed problems. The problem of the availability of shallot seeds hampers the planting schedule so that shallot production decreases. One of the solutions offered in this activity is to provide independent seeds provided directly by farmers through seed banks. This activity aims to create a model for the empowerment of shallot farmers with a seed bank system. The methods used in this activity are descriptive and observational methods. The method of observation was carried out directly on farmer groups using a census sampling technique of 65 members of farmer groups. The criteria used in the sampling technique with the limitation that the farmers who will be sampled are farmers who grow shallots for seed purposes. The results of the activity show that the appropriate model for empowering farmers with the shallot seed bank system is the Natura Revolving Seed Bank Model. The in-kind rolling seed model is considered to be in accordance with the considerations because this model has the resilience to roll and its sustainability is guaranteed.

Revisit intention is an interesting issue in the field of marketing and is important in the service industry because maintaining customer loyalty in the long term is the success key of a business. Measuring and predicting revisit intention is considered as one of the important indicators of the achievement of service companies. This study aims to investigate the effects of service quality on the revisit intention of patients to hospitals, as well as the mediating role of emotional satisfaction and patient trust on the relationship between service quality and revisit intention. The sample used in this study amounted to 200 respondents who were patients with non BPJS Health insurance who visited at least three times in 2021-2023. The sampling technique in this study used non probability sampling technique (purposive sampling). The method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and using smart PLS 3.2.9 software. The findings of this study shows that service quality does not have a direct impact on revisit intention of non-BPJS Health patients, but rather an indirect impact through emotional satisfaction and patient trust. Emotional satisfaction mediates the relationship between service quality and revisit intention, while patient trust also plays a role. Based on the analysis of mediation influence, emotional satisfaction and patient trust play a role in full mediation (indirect-only).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Destination Image mencakup Cognitive Image dan Affective Image terhadap peningkatan Revisit Intention dengan Memorable Tourism Experience (MTE) sebagai variabel intervening pada wisatawan Generasi Millenial dan Gen Z. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Objek Wisata Banten Lama. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 150 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil menunjukan bahwa MTE mampu memediasi hubungan Cognitive Image dan Affective Image terhadap Revisit Intention. Dengan kedudukan variabel mediasi full mediation. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Cognitive Image dan Affective Image memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu pengelola destinasi dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan pembentukan MTE agar wisatawan Generasi Millenial dan Gen Z bersedia untuk mengunjungi kembali destinasi Banten Lama.Kata Kunci: Destination Image; Cognitive Image; Affective Image; Memorable Tourism Experience (MTE); Revisit Intention.

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, organizational culture, and reward system on the performance of commitment-making officials (PPK) in the KPPN Ambon environment, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach with data analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) via SmartPLS4 software. The results indicate that competence and reward systems significantly and positively affect PPK performance, while organizational culture does not have a significant impact. Furthermore, organizational commitment mediates the relationship between competence and the reward system with PPK performance. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing competence and implementing an effective reward system to improve the performance of commitment-making officials in the KPPN Ambon work unit.

The company cannot run its business properly without the trust of customers and the public. This study aims to determine the influence of company reputation and CRM on customer trust through satisfaction as an intervention that impacts repurchase customers of PT Anexco Mitra Abadi. The research method uses a quantitative approach with the type of survey research. The study was conducted on PT Anexco Mitra Abadi's customers with a total sample of 96 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. Based on the results of data analysis using SEM-PLS, this study shows that only six hypotheses are accepted, while one is rejected. This study concluded that the company's reputation positively and significantly affects customer trust and satisfaction. CRM was found to positively and significantly affect satisfaction and repurchase. Customer satisfaction only has a positive and significant effect on trust, but does not affect repurchases
