Abstract

This research aims to explore factors that can influence innovative work culture and knowledge-sharing culture in public services, and this is interesting to study, considering that the direction from the Ministry of Finance is that institutions under this ministry must be able to have a spirit of innovation. The literature adopted in this research includes literature related to the variables studied. This research approach refers to a quantitative approach involving 198 respondents, with analysis techniques referring to the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling approach. The results obtained showed that two of the four hypotheses were not supported. The results of this research reflect an opportunity to explore further the factors that can encourage the realization of innovative work behavior and knowledge-sharing culture among employees who have worked for more than ten years, men and aged between 31-40.

Abstract

Proper management of livestock waste is essential in maintaining environmental balance, public health, and ecosystem sustainability, especially in rural areas that often rely on local resources. Unmanaged cow dung can be a source of soil, water, and air pollution, as well as pose health risks. Therefore, this community service aims to empower the community of Lamseunong Village, Kuta Baro, Aceh Besar, Aceh Province, by applying the Asset-Based Community-Driven Development (ABCD) method to convert cow dung waste into biogas. This program is implemented as an effort to increase local energy independence while reducing the environmental impact of livestock waste that has not been optimally managed. The method used involves active community participation in all stages, from problem analysis, planning, and construction of biogas installations to implementation and evaluation. The results of the activity show that the use of biogas not only provides a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative energy source but also increases public awareness of the importance of waste management and environmental sustainability. Within three weeks after the biogas installation became operational, the volume of biogas produced reached an average of one cubic meter per day. This volume is sufficient to meet the cooking energy needs of one household in the village and can reduce LPG consumption by up to 70%, thus providing direct economic benefits to the community. This article concludes that the ABCD method is effective in empowering communities, increasing energy independence, and producing sustainable solutions at the village level. Pengelolaan limbah ternak yang tepat sangat penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan, kesehatan masyarakat, serta keberlanjutan ekosistem, terutama di wilayah pedesaan yang sering bergantung pada sumber daya lokal. Limbah kotoran sapi yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menjadi sumber pencemaran tanah, air, dan udara, serta menimbulkan risiko kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Lamseunong, Kuta Baro, Aceh Besar, Provinsi Aceh, melalui penerapan metode Asset-Based Community-Driven Development (ABCD) dalam pemanfaatan limbah kotoran sapi menjadi biogas. Program ini diimplementasikan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kemandirian energi lokal sekaligus mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari limbah ternak yang selama ini tidak dikelola dengan optimal. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam seluruh tahapan, mulai dari analisis masalah, perencanaan, pembangunan instalasi biogas, hingga implementasi dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan biogas tidak hanya menyediakan energi alternatif yang berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan limbah dan kelestarian lingkungan. Dalam kurun waktu tiga minggu setelah instalasi biogas beroperasi, volume biogas yang dihasilkan mencapai rata-rata satu meter kubik per hari. Volume ini cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi memasak bagi satu rumah tangga di desa dan dapat mengurangi konsumsi LPG hingga 70%, sehingga memberikan manfaat ekonomi langsung bagi masyarakat. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode ABCD efektif dalam memberdayakan masyarakat, meningkatkan kemandirian energi, serta menghasilkan solusi yang berkelanjutan di tingkat desa.

Abstract

In governmental and private institutions, meticulous planning is paramount, given its pivotal role in affording a grace period for deliberation spanning years to hours. Forecasting is an indispensable tool in enhancing the efficacy and efficiency of such planning endeavors by projecting future occurrences through the meticulous analysis of historical data and its extrapolation into future contexts. Notably, forecasting provides a solid foundation for informed decision-making within economic planning. This study aims to address the following inquiries: 1) How is the liquidity ratio forecasting model developed using the ARIMA Box-Jenkins method at Bank Syariah Mandiri? 2) Based on the optimal forecasting model, What are the forecasted outcomes of the liquidity ratio utilizing the ARIMA Box-Jenkins method at Bank Syariah Mandiri for the forthcoming year? As a quantitative approach, the study utilizes secondary data from Bank Syariah Mandiri’s financial statements from January 2017 to November 2020, comprising 47 data points. Subsequently, forecasting is conducted for the period December 2020 to November 2021, encompassing one year. The findings reveal that the optimal forecasting model for the liquidity ratio at Bank Syariah Mandiri is the ARIMA (11,1,1) model for the Cash Ratio, projecting a liquidity capability of 130%. This outcome underscores the robust health of Bank Syariah Mandiri’s liquidity position. Moreover, the ARIMA (1,1,8) model for the financing-to-deposit ratio forecasts a liquidity capability of 77.4%, indicative of a healthy liquidity status. Finally, the ARIMA (3,1,3) model for the Loan to Asset Ratio forecasts a liquidity capability of 68.8%, affirming the institution’s sound liquidity position.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to examine the effect of proactive orientation and risk-taking orientation on marketing performance and the role of business network as a mediating variable in Micro MSMEs of bakery products in Serang City. Methodology– This study used quantitative methods, instrument testing using SPSS-26, inferential testing, and hypothesis testing using SEM-PLS. The population in this study was 1,075, and the sample used in this study was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 98 samples that met the criteria. Findings – It was found that proactive orientation and risk-taking orientation have positive significant to marketing performance and business network, business network has positive insignificant effect on marketing performance and business network does not mediate the relationship between proactive orientation to marketing performance, and business network does not mediate the relationship between risk-taking orientation to marketing performance. Novelty – The novelty in this research is the involvement of business network as mediators in MSMEs in the food sector, especially dry bakeries in Serang City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training effectiveness on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable. The research method employs a quantitative approach, utilizing the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to all 44 employees of KPKNL Medan and analyzed using SmartPLS with bootstrapping tests. The results showed that training effectiveness, as measured by the Kirkpatrick Model, had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (b = 0.356; p < 0.001) and on motivation based on Self-Determination Theory (b = 0.843; p < 0.000). Motivation was also shown to have a significant effect on performance (b =0.613; p<0.000) and mediated the relationship between training effectiveness and performance with a greater indirect effect (b =0.517) than the direct effect. These findings confirm that motivation is an important mechanism that explains how effective training can have a real impact on performance improvement. This research provides theoretical contributions by integrating the Kirkpatrick model and Self-Determination Theory, as well as practical implications for management at KPKNL Medan in designing training programs that not only improve technical competence but also increase employee work motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh abusive supervision, stres kerja, kelelahan emosional, dan cyberloafing terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Sumatera Selatan. Tujuan utama penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara abusive supervision dengan stres kerja, kelelahan emosional, cyberloafing, serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 72 pegawai ASN di BPS Sumatera Selatan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa abusive supervision secara signifikan mempengaruhi stres kerja dan kelelahan emosional, tetapi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap cyberloafing. Stres kerja dan kelelahan emosional terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap cyberloafing, yang pada gilirannya berdampak negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting mengenai bagaimana abusive supervision dapat memicu stres dan kelelahan emosional yang mengarah pada peningkatan cyberloafing dan penurunan kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam merumuskan strategi manajerial untuk mengurangi dampak negatif abusive supervision dan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah berlangsung lebih dari setahun dan masih belum menunjukkan tanda-tanda akan segera berakhir. Dampaknya sangat luas dan mempengaruhi berbagai sektor, termasuk UKM. Para pelaku usaha tersebut secara langsung mengalami penurunan omzet bahkan menutup usahanya. Sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi atau mengatasi dampak pandemi di sektor UKM, kampus bisa menjadi motor penggerak. Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat tidak ketinggalan juga berkontribusi, namun dengan mempertimbangkan situasi pandemi dan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat secara langsung dengan jangkauan yang luas dan untuk memutus penyebaran Covid-19 maka digunakan strategi webinar online, yaitu peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UKM di Indonesia. di tengah pandemi yang memberikan solusi terbaik.
