Abstract

Penggunaan gadget yang tidak tepat pada anak-anak di Indonesia berpotensi menurunkan budaya literasi, mengingat rendahnya peringkat literasi negara ini. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi mobile interaktif untuk anak-anak di TK Baitul Hikmah, Bandung. Aplikasi ini menawarkan buku cerita bilingual dengan fitur suara yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan minat baca anak usia dini. Dengan menggunakan teknologi Unity, aplikasi ini menyediakan cerita dalam dua bahasa (Indonesia dan Inggris) lengkap dengan gambar menarik dan fitur audio yang mendukung pengembangan keterampilan membaca dan mendengar. Aplikasi ini juga dapat diakses secara offline, memudahkan penggunaannya dalam berbagai kondisi. Hasil pengujian black box menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berfungsi sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran dapat efektif dalam meningkatkan minat baca dan kualitas pendidikan anak-anak di Indonesia. Inappropriate use of gadgets among children in Indonesia poses a risk to literacy culture, given the country's low literacy ranking. To address this issue, this study develops an interactive mobile application for children at TK Baitul Hikmah, Bandung. The application features bilingual storybooks with audio features designed to enhance early childhood reading interest. Utilizing Unity technology, the app offers stories in both Indonesian and English, complete with engaging visuals and audio support for developing reading and listening skills. The application is also available offline, facilitating its use under various conditions. Black box testing results indicate that the application functions as expected. This research demonstrates that integrating technology into education can effectively improve reading interest and educational quality for children in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang pesat telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk sistem pelaporan tamu wajib lapor. Di Kp. Pasir Peundeuy, proses pelaporan tamu masih dilakukan secara manual, yang sering kali menimbulkan keterlambatan, kesalahan pencatatan, dan ketidaknyamanan bagi warga serta petugas keamanan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi tamu wajib lapor berbasis mobile yang dirancang khusus untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pelaporan. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Agile, sebuah pendekatan iteratif yang memungkinkan tim pengembang untuk melakukan penyesuaian secara cepat dan berkelanjutan berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna. Melalui serangkaian sprint, fitur-fitur aplikasi seperti pendaftaran tamu, verifikasi identitas, serta notifikasi otomatis kepada pihak berwenang berhasil diimplementasikan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam proses pelaporan tamu di Kp. Pasir Peundeuy. Dengan adopsi aplikasi ini, diharapkan desa-desa lain yang menghadapi masalah serupa dapat menerapkan teknologi serupa untuk memperbaiki sistem pelaporan mereka, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan terorganisir.The rapid advancement of technology has significantly impacted various fields, including the guest reporting system. In Kp. Pasir Peundeuy, the guest reporting process is still conducted manually, often leading to delays, recording errors, and inconvenience for residents and security personnel. To address these issues, this study aims to design and develop a mobile-based mandatory guest reporting application specifically designed to simplify and expedite the reporting process. The application was developed using the Agile methodology, an iterative approach that allows the development team to quickly and continuously adjust based on user feedback. Through a series of sprints, features such as guest registration, identity verification, and automated notifications to authorities were successfully implemented. Testing results showed that this application significantly improved efficiency and accuracy in the guest reporting process in Kp. Pasir Peundeuy. With the adoption of this application, it is hoped that other villages facing similar challenges can implement similar technology to enhance their reporting systems, thereby creating a safer and more organized environment.

Abstract

Understanding computer hardware is an important skill for the younger generation in facing the technology-based world of work. This PkM activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Cimahi in assembling computer components. Based on initial observations, seventh-grade students have not learned about computer assembly, so the team initiated this training program. The implementation method used a practical training and demonstration approach that included material on the function and role of computer hardware such as the motherboard, central processing unit, memory, hard drive, graphics card, power supply unit, system bus, and co-processor, as well as hands-on computer assembly. Evaluation was conducted through question-and-answer sessions and interactive discussions. This training provides a strong foundation for participants in understanding computer hardware and is expected to improve student competence in the field of information and communication technology.

Abstract

The Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) of Cimahi City manages various digital public services that require high availability. However, the manual monitoring process of these websites is inefficient and prone to delays in detecting downtime. This study aims to implement an automated monitoring system using Uptime Kuma hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) and integrated with a Telegram Bot for real-time notifications. The research method involves configuring Uptime Kuma to monitor 25 government websites via HTTP/HTTPS protocols with a 60-second check interval. The results demonstrate that the system successfully visualizes the status of all websites on a centralized dashboard. Furthermore, the Telegram integration provides instant alerts to the technical team when disruptions occur, significantly reducing the response time and ensuring the reliability of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE).
