Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand engagement on brand awareness and brand image partially. To determine the effect of brand engagement, brand awareness and brand image on brand equity partially. To determine the effect of brand engagement on brand equity through brand awareness and brand image at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Medan. The population in this study was 100 and all of them were sampled using the saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that brand engagement had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, brand engagement had a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand engagement had no effect on brand equity, brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on brand equity, brand image had a positive and significant effect on brand equity, there is no effect of brand engagement on brand awareness and its impact on brand equity and there is no effect of brand engagement on brand image and its impact on brand equity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internet marketing on word of mouth, the effect of internet marketing on advertising effectiveness, the effect of word of mouth on brand awareness, the effect of advertising effectiveness on brand awareness, the influence of internet marketing on brand awareness, the influence of internet marketing on brand awareness through word of mouth. of mouth and the influence of internet marketing on brand awareness through advertising effectiveness. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work training and work experience on employee performance with the work environment as a moderating variable at PT. North Sumatra Bank Medan Head Office. This type of research uses quantitative methods, with a sample of 219 employees, the data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 219 employees, and the statistical analysis technique used is the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique using Smartpls 4. From the research results This shows that job training on employee performance has a significant positive influence, work experience on employee performance has a significant positive influence, the work environment on employee performance has a significant positive influence, the work environment as a moderating variable on the influence of job training on employee performance is insignificantly negative and the environment work as a moderating variable on the influence of work experience on employee performance is positive and significant.

Abstract

Indikator utama yang membuat UMKM mengalami banyak kerugian hingga terjadi kebangkrutan, diantaranya permintaan konsumen terhadap produk tersebutu semakin berkurang, kemudian adanya peraturan dan kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah tidak memberikan manfaat langsung dalam mengembangkan UMKM sehingg tidak ada dirasakan langsung oleh masyarakat, terutama pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang harus tutup dengan waktu yang cukup lama. Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji dan menganalisis Srategi Pemasaran Online dan Jaminan Perbankan dalam Mengurangi Kebangkrutan Pelaku UMKM di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Informativeness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jaminan perbankan. Jaminan perbankan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Jaminan perbankan sebagai variabel intervening memberikan dampak signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengaruh Informativeness terhadap volume penjualan. Kata Kunci: Informativeness, jaminan perbankan dan volume penjualan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource development, work stress, and job promotion on employee performance at PT. Bank Sumut Pusat Medan. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with an associative design, which aims to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population in this study consisted of 400 employees, and the sample taken was 80 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS to test reliability and multiple linear regression. The results showed that human resource development had a negative effect on employee performance, while work stress and job promotion had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings provide important insights for management in designing more effective human resource development strategies to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi bisnis saat ini internet mendominasi kehidupan sehari-hari, promosi digital menjadi kunci bagi perusahaan dan individu untuk mencapai konsumen secara efektif. Pelaku UMKM bisa menjangkau konsumen dimanapun berada menggunakan berbagai sarana yang ada. Pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Sudirejo I Kecamatan Medan Kota sangat terbuka dengan adanya pelatihan menyangkut tentang digital marketing karena manfaatnya dapat digunakan untuk meluaskan pemasaran, meningkatkan kemampuan bisnis, mengendalikan biaya produksi, dan meningkatkan penjualan tanpa dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu. Secara garis besar penggunaan digital marketing yang dilakukan oleh Pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Sudirejo I Kecamatan Medan Kota dapat menjadikan strategi kompetitif yang memaksimalkan kemampuan bersaing UMKM. Keadaan ini dilihat dengan cakupan promosi penjualan UMKM diwilayah di luar kota Medan sudah dilakukan. Serta promosi melalui digital marketing menjadikan UMKM berkembang dan mempunyai jangkauan pasar yang sangat luas

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship development on increasing household economic literacy, to determine the effect of community empowerment on increasing household economic literacy, to find out whether the ABG-C strategy moderates the effect of entrepreneurship development on increasing household economic literacy and to determine whether the ABG-C strategy moderates the effect of community empowerment on increasing household economic literacy. The total population in the study was 110 people, so the saturated sampling technique was used. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and MRA.The resultsshowed that the development of entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on increasing household economic literacy, community empowerment has a positive and significant effect on increasing household economic literacy, the ABG-C strategy does not moderate the effect of entrepreneurship development on increasing household economic literacy, the ABG-C strategy does not moderate the effect of entrepreneurship development on increasing household economic literacy. ABG-C strategy does not moderates the effect of community empowerment on increasing household economic literacy.

Abstract

This research is associative in nature and uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study consisted of 400 respondents, with a sample of 80 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. The respondents were employees from Mitra Medika Medan Hospital. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, with a contribution of 0.427. This means that work discipline plays an important role and can increase work productivity by 42.70%. Leader–member exchange also has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, with a contribution of 0.151, indicating that good leader–member relationships can improve work productivity by 15.10%.In addition, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, with a contribution of 0.333, meaning that work motivation can enhance productivity by 33.30%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social support, entrepreneurship training dan causes learning difficulties berpengaruh signifikan terhadap readiness of entrepreneurship baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Harapan. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang dan dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Social support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap readiness of entrepreneurship pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Harapan. Entrepreneurship training tidak berpengaruh terhadap readiness of entrepreneurship pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Harapan. Causes learning difficulties berpengaruh signifikan terhadap readiness of entrepreneurship pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Harapan. Social support, entrepreneurship training dan causes learning difficulties berpengaruh signifikan terhadap readiness of entrepreneurship pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Harapan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job embeddedness and work family conflict on turnover intention at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Medan which is moderated by organizational commitment partially. The design of this study is multiple linear regression analysis and MRA is used as an analysis tool to determine how the influence of independent variables on the moderated dependent variable. This study uses an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The population and sample used in this study were 170 employees. The results of this study indicate that the significance variable of job embeddedness is 0.035 <0.05, this indicates that job embeddedness has a significant effect on turnover intention, so accept Ha and reject H0. From the t count obtained 6.034 and t table 1.974, which means that the job embeddedness variable has a positive effect on turnover intention. The significance of work family conflict is 0.000 <0.05, this shows that work family conflict has a significant effect on turnover intention, so accept Ha and reject H0. From tcount obtained 2.127 and ttable 1.974, which means that the work family conflict variable has a positive effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment moderates the relationship between job embeddedness and turnover intention. Organizational commitment moderates the relationship between work family conflict and turnover intention.
