Abstract

Facebook is widely used across various segments of society and offers significant potential as a marketing tool due to its diverse content and communication features. This study aims to forecast visits to the Facebook website for the period of March 2023 to February 2024 using two forecasting methods: the Facebook Prophet and SARIMA models. We analyzed 167 data points representing the percentage of visits to the Facebook website from April 2009 to February 2023, sourced from Statcounter. Our forecasting results indicate that the Facebook Prophet model yielded a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 22.3% and a Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of 16.2%. In comparison, the SARIMA model achieved a MAPE of 6.31% and an RMSE of 5.02%. Based on these accuracy metrics, the SARIMA model is determined to be more suitable for forecasting the percentage of visits to the Facebook social media website in Indonesia. This finding underscores the importance of selecting appropriate forecasting models for accurate predictions in social media analytics

Abstract

Nilpotent graph of ring integer modulo is one of the graph representations in algebraic structures. This study aims to find out the shape and properties of a nilpotent graph of ring prime numbers modulo which is then generalized to a ring of integers modulo with arbitrary prime power. The method used in this research is a literature study. In the ring of integer modulo, we get the shape of a nilpotent graph as a star graph. Then, the characteristic of a nilpotent graph on a ring integer modulo with arbitrary prime power is that it contains a complete subgraph and contains a number of as a star subgraph.

Abstract

Indeks Wiener adalah salah satu indeks topologi yang memainkan peran penting dalam kimia matematika. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk untuk merangkum, menyederhanakan dan menganalisis metode serta temuan terbaru terkait Indeks Wiener dalam konteks graf aljabar. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan meninjau literatur secara sistematis terhadap jurnal-jurnal yang relevan, seluruh sumber yang didapatkan dari artikel ini adalah artikel yang diterbitkan dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir, memastikan relevansi dan kebaruan informasi. Kriteria inklusi mencakup artikel yang fokus pada teori dan aplikasi Indeks Wiener dalam konteks graf aljabar serta menyediakan rumus umum atau temuan signifikan, sedangkan kriteria eksklusi menghilangkan artikel tanpa peer-review, tanpa bukti matematis yang mendalam, atau yang fokus pada aplikasi non-aljabar. Artikel ini memuat informasi tentang Indeks Wiener dari graf pangkat dari grup dihedral 2n (Gamma^{D_2n}) , Indeks Wiener dari graf ideal prima dari ring bilangan bulat modulo (Gamma_p(Z_n)) dan Indeks Wiener dari graf identitas dari grup siklis (Gamma_G), dimana G dilambangkan sebagai grup siklis dan berorde n untuk n elemen N.

Abstract

Online gambling promotions on social media have become a serious concern in Indonesia, where perpetrators use ambiguous and disguised language to evade detection. This study compares two transformer-based models, DistilBERT and DeBERTa, in detecting such content within Indonesian YouTube comments. Using a balanced dataset of 6,350 comments, both models were fine-tuned with optimized hyperparameters (learning rate 1e-5, batch size 32, 5 epochs) and evaluated through five-fold cross-validation. Results show that DeBERTa achieves superior performance with 99.84% accuracy and perfect recall, while DistilBERT achieves 99.29% accuracy. Error and linguistic analyses indicate that DeBERTa’s disentangled attention and Byte-Pair Encoding provide better understanding of non-standard and ambiguous language. Despite requiring higher computational cost, DeBERTa is ideal for high-accuracy applications, whereas DistilBERT remains suitable for real-time and resource-limited environments.
