Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the form of stress experienced by New Islamic Guidance and Counseling Students who still live at Ma'had Al Jami'ah IAIN Pontianak. The type of research used is case study qualitative research using a descriptive approach to obtain data. Data collection using interview and observation instruments. The subjects of this study were 4 new students of Islamic Guidance and Counseling class of 2022 who still live at Ma'had Al Jami'ah. The results of the study found that there were several factors that caused Islamic Guidance and Counseling students to experience stress, one of which was the factor from the Ma'had environment because, when carrying out an activity they looked less enthusiastic and easily tired in carrying out their respective assignments, this can be seen from the observation results when they participate in activities in the organization, these students seem to be more quiet and only play their cellphones.

Abstract

This research aims to solve problems regarding transportation costs in distributing Pak Yusril's Bread Business by using the minimum cell cost method, where this method is used to allocate bread to distribution areas with the minimum possible transportation costs. Pak Yusril's bakery business operates in several areas, namely: Medan Tembung, Medan Denai, Medan Area and East Medan. This research methodology includes primary and secondary data collection and analysis using a transportation model with a minimum cell cost method approach. The results of the method findings mean that the minimum cell cost that Mr. Yusril must pay is IDR. 163,500 with delivery of 150 baskets of bread every week. This research shows that the application of the minimum cell cost method is effective in optimizing transportation costs and increasing distribution efficiency.

Abstract

Okra plants are not widely known by Indonesians, because it is a type of vegetable plant that does not come from Indonesia, therefore the price is still quite expensive when compared to other vegetables, okra enthusiasts are also still small because many do not understand the nutrition and benefits. To determine the effect of the combination of various planting media compositions and the best concentration of Eco Enzyme on the growth and yield of Okra plants. This study used factorial Group Randomized Design (RAK) with treatment of various compositions of growing media (H) and concentration of eco enzyme (E). The results showed that there was an interaction on the weight of the fruit per 3rd harvest crop and the quality of vitamin C. Separately, the treatment of various compositiozs of planting media had an influence on the weight loss variable.
