Abstract

In carrying out the task of completing community reports, the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia is not only known for providing recommendations but also the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia has the final product of completing the report, namely the Final Report of the Examination Results. Therefore, this study aims to: explain the legal review of the Final Report of the Examination Results as part of the series of examinations of community reports that have a relationship with providing recommendations if corrective actions in the Final Report of the Examination Results are not implemented by the Public Service Provider in the findings of mal-administration. The method used in this study is the normative juridical method. The results showed that the Final Report of the Examination Results is a whole series of processes for receiving and verifying reports with formal and material requirements which will then be followed up in the examination process, the product of the Ombudsman's supervision service is the Final Report of the Examination Results. So the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia does not just provide recommendations, because of the position of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia as a state institution that exerts influence in a persuasive approach in handling community reports related to mal-administration. One of the main concerns of this study is that the Final Report on the Results of the Examination has not been included in the Ombudsman Law of the Republic of Indonesia so that hierarchically the power of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia is in the recommendations. However, the existence of the Final Report of the Examination Results as an effort by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia to encourage the improvement and improvement of public services at the encouragement of independent public service providers

Abstract

Policymakers have grappled with issues arising from disparities in monetary, fiscal, and trade activities. Macroeconomists and policymakers employ fiscal and monetary policies as primary instruments to tackle these challenges. This study aims to describe how is the monetary and fiscal policy related to international trade. It is a descriptive qualitative research with a literature study method. Interest rates and money stand out as pivotal variables, garnering significant attention from Bank Indonesia due to their strong interaction with the government budget. The fiscal policy multiplier tends to be low in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study is to analyze how monetary and fiscal policies contribute to trade performance in Indonesia. The specific target of this study is to analyze the contribution and influence of variables such as exchange rate, inflation, trade balance, government expenditure, Tax, and investment in the short, medium and long term in Indonesia. So that it can show how much the contribution and influence of monetary and fiscal variables on trade performance in Indonesia. The results of this study explain that the largest contribution to the trade balance is the government expenditure and investment in the previous period, the largest contribution to inflation is the government expenditure and investment in the previous period, the largest contribution to government expenditure is the exchange rate and government expenditure itself in the previous period, the largest contribution to investment is government expenditure and investment itself in the previous period, the largest contribution to the exchange rate is the exchange rate itself and investment in the previous period, the largest contribution to Tax is government expenditure and exchange rate in the previous period.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat di era digital ini secara signifikan mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan mempersiapkan generasi muda menghadapi tantangan teknologi masa depan. Namun, banyak guru, terutama di tingkat sekolah dasar, belum siap menghadapi perubahan ini karena kurangnya pelatihan dan pemahaman tentang teknologi pendidikan modern. Proyek pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kesenjangan tersebut dengan mengadakan seminar "Introduction AI: Membangun Kesiapan Guru Menghadapi Pembaharuan Teknologi Pendidikan" di SDN 15 Cakranegara pada tanggal 25 Mei 2024. Seminar ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi AI dalam pendidikan. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru tentang konsep AI dan aplikasinya dalam pendidikan, dengan 90% peserta merasa lebih siap mengintegrasikan teknologi AI dalam proses pembelajaran. Tantangan yang diidentifikasi termasuk kebutuhan akan pelatihan lanjutan dan peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi di sekolah. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan teknologi pendidikan yang berkelanjutan dan peningkatan infrastruktur di sekolah dasar untuk memastikan integrasi AI yang efektif dan berkelanjutan, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract: : Child education is the main foundation in shaping a generation of noble character. The family, as the smallest unit in society, plays a crucial role in this educational process. The Qur'an and Hadith, as the primary sources of Islamic teachings, provide comprehensive guidance on the principles of child education. This research aims to examine effective strategies in instilling Quranic and Hadith values in children within the context of Muslim families. Through a qualitative approach with literature study, this research analyzes relevant verses of the Qur'an and Hadith regarding child education, as well as explores best practices in their implementation. The research results show that the internalization of Quranic and Hadith values can be achieved through parental role modeling, positive behavior habituation, and creating an Islamic family environment. This research contributes to the development of a holistic and sustainable model of Islamic family education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate how digital literacy influences students' motivation and Fiqh academic achievement at MA Badrul Islam Gulung. A quantitative descriptive correlational approach was employed, with a sample of 23 purposively selected twelfth-grade students. Data were collected using questionnaires to assess digital literacy and motivation, semester exam scores for academic achievement, and observations on the use of technology in learning. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression. The results revealed a significant positive correlation between digital literacy and both learning motivation (r = 0.652, p < 0.05) and academic achievement in Fiqh (r = 0.718, p < 0.05). Digital literacy accounted for 42.5% of the variance in learning motivation and 51.5% of the variance in academic achievement. These findings suggest that students with higher levels of digital literacy are more motivated and perform better academically, particularly in Fiqh. The study concludes that digital literacy plays a critical role in enhancing students' motivation and academic success. It emphasizes the need for integrating digital literacy into the educational curriculum, particularly in Islamic education, to foster better learning outcomes and equip students with the necessary skills for success in a technology-driven world. This highlights the importance of digital literacy as an essential component of modern educational practices.

Abstract

Perhitungan integral merupakan salah satu konsep penting dalam matematika yang sering digunakan untuk menentukan luas area di bawah kurva. Namun, tidak semua fungsi dapat diintegralkan secara analitik karena kompleksitas bentuknya. Oleh karena itu, metode numerik seperti metode Simpson 3/8 dan metode Boole diperlukan sebagai pendekatan untuk memperoleh nilai hampiran dari integral tentu. Kedua metode ini memiliki kelebihan masing-masing dalam hal akurasi dan efisiensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas metode integral numerik Simpson 3/8 dan metode Boole dalam menentukan luas area di bawah kurva melalui implementasi dalam bahasa pemrograman PHP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen murni dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma kedua metode ke dalam aplikasi berbasis web. Pengujian dilakukan pada berbagai jenis fungsi polinomial, transenden, dan trigonometri—dengan membandingkan hasil pendekatan terhadap nilai eksak. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan dua aspek utama, yaitu efektivitas (dilihat dari akurasi) dan efisiensi (dilihat dari waktu komputasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Boole memiliki tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan metode Simpson 3/8. Rata-rata galat yang dihasilkan oleh metode Boole untuk fungsi polinomial, transenden, dan trigonometri masing-masing adalah , , dan . Sebaliknya, metode Simpson 3/8 mencatat galat rata-rata sebesar , , dan 8 pada fungsi-fungsi yang sama. Di sisi lain, metode Simpson 3/8 lebih efisien dalam hal waktu eksekusi, dengan rentang waktu antara 0,49200 ms hingga 0,605625 ms, dibandingkan metode Boole yang membutuhkan waktu antara 0,475125 ms hingga 0,776625 ms. Selisih waktu ini, meskipun kecil, menunjukkan bahwa Simpson 3/8 lebih cocok digunakan pada sistem yang memerlukan kecepatan respons tinggi.
