In addition, MOL is also a decomposer material to replace EM-4 or MA-11. Making MOL is very easy to obtain from household waste such as vegetables, fruits and rice that are not utilised as an effort to maintain a sustainable environment and reduce the production costs of making organic fertiliser. The evaluation system used in making MOL is to prepare the media and mix it with EM-4 mixture and let it sit for one month. In addition, institutional strengthening of the Gubuk Timuk Youth KUBE is also a concern. The objectives of this service activity are: Utilisation of household waste as an alternative to making MOL as a decomposer and training in simple financial management at the Gubuk Timuk Youth KUBE, Sukadana Village, East Lombok Regency. The service method uses social engineering where all activity participants actively participate with the service team and the KUBE group. The results of the service showed that 80 per cent of KUBE had a good understanding of the process of making moles. Indicators of success achieved by partners in making MOL are in terms of production results, the community is satisfied with the products made so that many orders from the community, most members of the youth group gubuk timuk understand how to produce MOL well, the existence of MOL production that has been done. That farmers feel satisfied with the results obtained so that farmers want to continue to order MOL products. Thus the MOL production programme for the youth of gubuk timuk Sukadana Village has a significant contribution in changing the community paradigm about household waste.

Abstract

The Tontong Suit Farmers Group is a group of farmers formed based on shared interests and a shared understanding of the group's business development. Located in Bagik Papan Village, Pringgabaya District, East Lombok Regency, the group has abundant local raw material resources, including corn cob waste and goat manure. Partners' main challenges include underutilization of abundant agricultural waste, rising prices of non- subsidized chemical fertilizers, and low technical knowledge and skills related to the use of high-quality trichoderma biodecomposers. Therefore, the purpose of the community service is to improve the understanding and skills of farmer group members using agricultural waste-based trichoderma biodecomposers. The implementation stages of community service activities include observation, problem identification, developing action plans, evaluation and follow-up. The results obtained are an increase in knowledge and technical skills of farmer group members utilizing agricultural waste-based trichoderma biodecomposers. The enthusiasm and feedback from participants are important points that are useful for the program's follow-up, namely mentoring the provision of compost fertilizer with trichoderma biodecomposers to each member of the Tontong Suit farmer group, with the hope that farmers can apply trichokompos in their farming activities, thereby increasing production and farmer income.
