Abstract

ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini terfokus pada mata kuliah Penulisan Naskah AUD yang dilakukan lewat daring vinesa. Vinesa adalah singkatan dari Virtual LearningUniversitas Negeri Surabaya. Vinesa merupakan situs resmi pembelajaran daring yang dikembangkan oleh Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti perkuliahan secara daring, terutama terkait efektif dan efesiensi mata kuliah daring serta tanggung jawab mahasiswa dalam mengerjakan tugas melalui daring. Pelaksanan kegiatan daring ini hanya dilakukan selama 4 x pertemuan dan 12 x pertemuan dilakukan secara tatap muka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angketgoogle formdan dilanjutkan dengan analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Diperoleh hasil bahwa bahwapembelajaran daring cukup efektif dan efesien untuk menggantikan perkuliahan secara tatap muka. Pembelajaran daring meningkatkan semangat dan tanggung jawab dalam mengerjakan tugas secara on time pada mata kuliah penulisan naskah AUD. Pembelajaran daring dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan efektif dan efesiensi pertemuan antara dosen dengan mahasiswa. ABSTRACT : This research is focused on the AUD Script Writing course which is conducted online on vinesa. Vinesa is an abbreviation of Virtual Learning at Surabaya State University and Vinesa is an official online learning site developed by Surabaya State University. The purpose of this study is to determine the response of students before and after attending lectures online, especially related to the effectiveness and efficiency of online courses and the responsibilities of students in doing assignments online. This online activity is only carried out for 4 x meetings and 12 x meetings conducted face to face. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through a Google form questionnaire and continued with quantitative descriptive data analysis. From the results of the data and discussion obtained findings that online learning is quite effective and efficient to replace lectures face to face. In addition online learning increases the enthusiasm and responsibility of doing assignments on time. Online learning can be used as an alternative to overcome the effective and efficient problems of meetings between lecturers and students.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to improve students' basic literacy skills through a hamlet literacy program using four techniques to determine the level of reading ability of elementary school students in Jenggala Village in 2024. The research method used in this community service is qualitative descriptive. The subjects guided by KKN STKIP Hamzar students in Jenggala Village were 15 elementary school students. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the community service show that the basic literacy skills of 15 elementary school students in Jenggala Village have increased, where the 15 children are able to read letters, words, stories and paragraphs. This success is due to the routine of KKN STKIP Hamzar students in guiding and precisely the tools used through the hamlet literacy program that is implemented.

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas efek gaya kepemimpinan pemerintah terhadap kinerja organisasi dan partisipasi masyarakat, dengan fokus pada pentingnya penerapan prinsip good governance dalam konteks reformasi publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis bagaimana berbagai gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi motivasi dan kinerja pegawai dalam organisasi sektor publik, serta dampaknya terhadap keterlibatan masyarakat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang inklusif dan partisipatif tidak hanya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, tetapi juga mendorong partisipasi masyarakat yang lebih besar, yang pada gilirannya memperkuat legitimasi dan efektivitas kebijakan publik. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif, termasuk resistensi terhadap perubahan dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang pentingnya partisipasi masyarakat. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk meningkatkan pelatihan kepemimpinan dan memperkuat mekanisme partisipasi masyarakat, guna menciptakan birokrasi yang lebih responsif dan akuntabel dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dan berkeadilan sosial

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of dance in the Islamic at TK of Mulsim Madani Integration and to describe the role of teachers in supporting the success of extracurricular dance activities in children. In addition, this study aims to analyze the characteristics of dance movements that are most effective in encouraging children's gross motor development at the Madani Muslim Integration Islamic Kindergarten in the 2024/2025 academic year.This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach, the data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The information collected came from the person in charge of extracurricular dance and the principal. With the research model from Milles and Hubberman. The data analysis technique used in this research is through several stages including 1) Data condensation. 2) Data Display, and 3) Drawing Conclusions.The results of this study reveal that dance extracurricular activities at Madani Muslim Integration Islamic Kindergarten are carried out once a week (Friday, at 10.00) With participants free to choose extracurricular activities according to their preferences. The teaching methods include visual (imitating the spectacle) and visual (imitating the spectacle). Teaching methods include visual (imitating the spectacle), repetition (repetitive movements), and motion exploration (monitored freedom). The teacher serves as a motivator (providing support and rewards) and facilitator (preparing facilities, comfortable environment). Dance movements are designed according to children's gross motor abilities, with modifications. Some of the effective movements taught include dynamic movements, pattern variations, nature/animal imitation, and social interaction, which significantly promote children's gross motor development.
