Abstract

ABSTRAKPengawasan adalah suatu upaya yang sistematik untuk menetapkan kinerja standar pada perencanaan untuk merancang sistem umpan balik informasi, untuk membandingkan kinerja aktual dengan standar yang telah ditentukan, untuk menetapkan apakah telah terjadi suatu penyimpangan tersebut, serta untuk mengambil tindakan perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk menjamin bahwa semua sumber daya telah digunakan seefektif dan seefisien mungkin guna mencapai tujuan instansi pemerintah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengawasan keuangan daerah antara lain kompetensi, independensi dan motivasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, independensi dan motivasi terhadap kualitas pengawasan keuangan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. .Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Pengawasan Keuangan Pada Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Sulut, secara parsial Independensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Pengawasan Keuangan Pada Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Sulut, secara parsial Motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Pengawasan Keuangan Pada Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Sulut dan secara simultan Kompetensi, Independensi dan Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Pengawasan Keuangan Pada Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Sulut. Kata kunci : kualitas pengawasan keuangan, kompetensi, independensi, motivasiABSTRACTSupervision is a systematic attempt in order to establish the default performance of  a predetermined plan to design feedback of information system, to compare the actual performance to the default standard, in order to know whether there has been a deviation, as well to take a repair action which needed to ensure that all the resources of the fund have been used effectively and efficiently in accomplishing government goals. Factors that may affect the regional financial supervision are Competences, Independences and Motivation. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Competence, Independence and Motivation toward the Quality of Regional Financial Supervision either partially or simultaneously. The results of this research showed that partially, Competence and Motivation have no significant influence to the Quality of Financial Supervision at Dinas Pariwisata of North Sulawesi province, while partially in Independence variable, it has a significant influence to the Quality of Financial Supervision at Dinas Pariwisata of North Sulawesi Province. Simultaneously, Competence, Independence and Motivation are significantly influence the Quality of Financial Supervision at Dinas Pariwisata of North Sulawesi Province. Keywords: financial supervision quality, competence, independence, motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPentingnya peran sektor pertanian dalam pembangunan nasional diantaranya sebagai penyerap tenaga kerja, menyumbang Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) serta pendorong bergeraknya sektor-sektor ekonomi lainnya. Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara adalah salah satu kabupaten yang yang di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara dengan sektor ekonomi yang memberikan kontribusi yang tinggi untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi ialah sektor pertanian dengan berbagai produk pertanian yang ada dan salah satu produk pertanian yang unggul di Kabupaten  Minahasa Tenggara ialah produk pertanian cengkih dan kelapa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah  untuk mengetahui apakah produktivitas cengkih, produktivitas kelapa berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa produktivitas cengkih berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga. Produktivitas kelapa berpengaruh posifif signifikan terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga dan Pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga.Kata Kunci : Produktivitas Cengkih, Produktivitas Kelapa, Pendidikan dan Pendapatan Rumah tanggaABSTRACTThe important role of the agricultural sector in national development include absorbing labor, contributing to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and driving the movement of other economic sectors. Southeast Minahasa Regency is one of the regencies in North Sulawesi with an economic sector that provides a high contribution to economic growth is the agricultural sector with a variety of existing agricultural products and one of the superior agricultural products in Southeast Minahasa Regency is clove and coconut agricultural products . The purpose of this study was to determine whether clove productivity, coconut productivity affect household income. The research method used is multiple regression. The results showed that clove productivity had a significant positive effect on household income. Coconut productivity has a significant positive effect on household income and Education has a significant positive effect on household income. Keyword          : Clove Productivity, Coconut Productivity, Education and Household Income

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, modal, pengaruh luas lahan dan pengaruh pendidikan terhadap pendapatan usaha petani salak di Kecamatan Ratahan Timur.Harga adalah satu-satunya elemen yang menghasilkan pendapatan semua elemen lainnya yang hanya mewakili harga. Secara teoritis harga berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan., Modal berpengaruh terhadap tingkat produksi yang dihasilkan, dan luas lahan berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas yang dihasilkan, serta tingkat pendidikan yang tinggi akan memberikan pendapatan yang tinggi pula.Metode analisis yang di gunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan data primer yang di peroleh dari tanya jawab dengan petani yang meliputi data tentang harga, modal, luas lahan, pendidikan petani serta pendapatan yang di terima satu kali musim panen, kepada petani salak sebanyak 50 orang.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa harga berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan, modal berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan, luas lahan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan usaha tani salak di Kecamatan Ratahan Timur.Jika pendapatan meningkat maka tingkat kesejahteraan petani salak juga mengalami peningkatan yang didukung oleh kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam mendukung pendapatan petani salak lewat cara pengemasan produk yang lebih menarik bagi pembeli. Kata Kunci :         Harga, Modal, Luas Lahan, Pendidikan, Pendapatan Usaha Tani Salak. ABSTRACT               The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price, capital, the effect of land area and the effect of education on the business income of salak farmers in East Ratahan District.Price is the only income generating element all the other elements represent only price. Theoretically, prices affect income, capital affects the level of production produced, and land area affects the resulting productivity, and high levels of education will also provide high income.The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using primary data obtained from questions and answers with farmers which includes data on prices, capital, land area, farmer education and income received once the harvest season, to 50 salak farmers. .The results showed that the price had an effect on income, capital had an effect on income, land area had an effect on income and the level of education had an effect on salak farming income in Ratahan Timur District.If the income increases, the welfare level of salak farmers will also increase, which is supported by local government policies to support the income of salak farmers by packaging the product that is more attractive to buyers. Keywords: Price, Capital, Land Size, Education, Salak Farmers' Business Income.
