Abstract

Abstrak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh media sosial Instagram, khususnya akun @Pinterpolitik, terhadap partisipasi politik mahasiswa dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Media sosial, sebagai platform komunikasi digital, telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk dalam konteks politik. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada pengaruh akun Instagram @Pinterpolitik sebagai sumber informasi politik bagi mahasiswa dan sejauh mana akun tersebut mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi politik mereka dengan menggunakan 5 dimensi yaitu konten, informasi, interaksi, berbagi, dan koneksi. Penelitian ini diklasifikasikan dengan pendekan koantitatif dengan paradigma positivism. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan data pendukung dari studi kepustakaan. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat nilai sigifikansi 0,395 < 0,05 dan perolehan R Square 39,5% yang menunjukkan bahwa akun tersebut hanya menjelaskan sebagian kecil dari variasi tingkat partisipasi politik mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, meskipun akun @Pinterpolitik berkontribusi terhadap partisipasi politik mahasiswa, kontribusinya tidak terlalu besar. Abstract. This article aims to investigate the influence of Instagram social media, particularly the @Pinterpolitik account, on students' political participation using quantitative methods. Social media, as a digital communication platform, has become an integral part of everyday life, including in the political context. This research focuses on the influence of the @Pinterpolitik Instagram account as a source of political information for students and the extent to which the account affects their level of political participation using Five dimensions namely content, information, interaction, sharing, and connection. This research is classified with a quantitative approach with a positivism paradigm. Data collection using questionnaires and supporting data from literature studies. The results show that there is a significance value of 0.395 <0.05 and the acquisition of R Square 39.5% which indicates that the account only explains a small part of the variation in the level of student political participation. Thus, although the @Pinterpolitik account contributes to student political participation, the contribution is not too large.

Abstract

Advances in science and technology, require all humans in the world to adapt to the situation. Likewise in the field of education in schools. Almost all students in Indonesia use mobile phones as their social media, including students at SMP Negeri 1 Jatinangor Sumedang. Based on observations of students in Civics lessons, it appears that the attitudes of students lack social intelligence, such as lacking problem solving skills, communicating, expressing opinions, and listening to other people's opinions. This study aims to determine how the application of the Community Science Technology Model in growing the social intelligence of students in class VII-1 SMP Negeri 1 Jatinangor Sumedang. The research approach used is qualitative with Classroom Action Research methods. The results showed that there was a growth in the social intelligence of students from cycles I, II, and III. The problem solving skills of students grew from 14 people (cycle I), to 22 people (cycle II), and 24 people (cycle III). The ability to communicate grew from 11 people (cycle I) to 18 people (cycle II), and became 20 people in cycle III. Likewise, students' ability to listen to others grew from 14 people (cycle I) to 19 people (cycle II), and became 20 people in cycle III.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed how students interact and participate in dakwah activities, particularly through social media. This study aims to analyze how media literacy supports the involvement of SMK YPC Tasikmalaya students in digital religious dakwah movements and how pesantren-based education enhances these capabilities. Using qualitative methods and a case study approach, this research collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation of students' digital dakwah activities. The findings indicate that the media literacy program at SMK YPC Tasikmalaya not only equips students with technical skills to access and disseminate information but also instills religious moderation values to counter radicalism and intolerance in digital dakwah. Media literacy developed through the pesantren approach encourages students to become creators of inclusive, peaceful, and relevant dakwah content tailored to digital audiences. The implications of this research highlight the importance of integrating media literacy into religious education curricula to prepare young generations as productive and moderate digital preachers. With these skills, students can actively disseminate tolerant dakwah messages and foster a harmonious digital community rooted in religious values.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, media social tidak lagi hanya digunakan untuk bersosialisasi saja, kini media social banyak dimanfaatkan untuk marketing atau pemasaran secara online. Membuat para pelaku usaha berbondong – bonding untuk membuat akun media social mereka guna memasarkan produk yang mereka miliki.  Digitalisasi Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) menjadi salah satu masalah UMKM di Indonesia termasuk pada UMKM Desa Sindangmandi Kecamatan Baros Kabupaten Serang Banten. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Banten dan berkerjasama dengan Bank Woori Saudara (BWS) guna memperkenalkan digitalisasi UMKM penggunaan aplikasi penjualan online dan strategi promosi di social media untuk meningkatkan pemasaran dan penjualan secara online. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan pelatihan mulai dari memilih platform yang sesuai dan cara pengaplikasiannya. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan ini adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pemasaran secara online atau digital marketing. Selain itu, setiap pelaku UMKM yang mengikuti sosialisasi dapat membuat akun media sosialnya untuk menjual produk mereka, serta dapat mengidentifikasi kebutuhan konsumen atau pasar, menentukan target konsumen atau pasar, mengenali pesaing, menyiapkan sarana untuk bersaing, dan memanfaatkan media elektronik untuk pemasaran.
