Abstract

Yogyakarta is cultural heritage tourism destination in Indonesia. There are many traditional food as part of gastronomic tourism heritage was not being known by tourist. There is research gap was found to developing Goat Brongkos such as the lack of Goat Brongkos producers who are concerned about the Brongkos Kambing business, Limited market coverage, Business management is still conventional. This research conduct to developing tourist attraction while preserving culture based on traditional which is existed in Gunung (Mount) Kidul.  Based on preliminary survey, there is finding that Brongkos Kambing is a typical food of Nglipar Regency that needs to be preserved because it is authentic food taste, easy processing, and ask-to-find ingredients. Also the taste is very authentic, distinctive flavor with a dominant sweet, and savory.   The method using descriptive analytic approach using gastronomic tourism component, and also deep interviewed to nine stakeholders (nona helix). There is a result that Brongkos Kambing has the value of philosophy, history. The raw material was can be found in local area, the process is interesting because first the spices were only mixed into the pot to the boiling goat bones or in the local language brongkos. The taste and serving experience have educational, nutrition and ethic value. This food has the potential to be developed as comprehensive tour package and become a gastronomic tourism attraction.

Abstract

Pembentukan Akhlakul Karimah memiliki maksud yang wajib tergapai, maka terperlukan taktik yang sesuai, agar maksud yang terkehendaki dan sasaran yang sudah tertetapkan bisa tergapai dengan bagus, dan santri dapat memiliki karakter yang kokoh. Oleh karena itu pembentukan akhlakul santri merupakan wujud ikhtiar dalam memberikan keringanan dan keberhasilan seseorang dalam pembentukan akhlakul karimah. Studi ini mengaplikasikan teknik pemaparan dengan sudut pandang mutu, teknik penghimpunan keterangan lewat tanya jawab, pengamatan, dan penulisan, riset ini terlaksana di tempat pelajar Al-Qurro Bandar Lampung, penelitian ini difokuskan pada santri,wali santri,ustadz,ustadzah dan pimpinan pondok pesantren Al-Qurro Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan dalam pembentukan akhlakul karimah pelajar asrama akan meniru sesuatu yang terdengar dan terlihat. Karena itu, budi pekerti yang berkualitas perlu terbentuk dan dibina sejak anak usia kecil sebab masa ini merupakan saat kritis bagi pembentukan budi pekerti seseorang. Di antara sekian banyak metode, dan yang diusulkan oleh pimpinan pondok pondok pelajar dalam rangka membentuk tabiat murid adalah lewat pengbiasaan dan Melalui Ibrah (Mengambil Hikmah). Dalam hal ini peneliti mengambil kesimpulan bahwa pembentukan akhlakul karimah santri di pondok pesantren sangat baik dari mulai pimpinan ustadz, ustadzah serta wali santri memberikan Pendidikan perilaku melalui praktik dan pembiasaan serta santri terbentuk karakter yang baik.

Abstract

Character building based on Pancasila values is important as a foundation for creating a young generation that is not only academically intelligent but also has strong moral integrity, ethics, and social awareness. This character education is not only a supplement but is the core of developing a complete and quality Indonesian human resource. Community service aims to apply Pancasila values to elementary school students through environment-based education. The implementation of community service is carried out in elementary schools in Pelambua Village, Pomalaa District, and Kolaka Regency, namely SDN 1 Pelambua, SLB Negeri 2 Kolaka, and the local community. The implementation period is from July 14 to August 23, 2025. The implementation method uses a qualitative case study. The community service program implemented by students includes education on gadget use, education on violence and sexual thoughts, anti-bullying education, education on healthy living, education on love-pride-and-understanding the rupiah, motivational education through a lively Indonesian Independence Day competition, education on waste resilience, education on family medicinal plant cultivation, and counseling on pest and pesticide control. Evaluation of community service results shows the understanding and skills of students and the community in carrying out daily activities based on Pancasila values, such as participating in religious activities, protecting the environment, cultivating a healthy lifestyle, and other activities that reflect Pancasila character values.
