Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the character values of the Bajo tribe through the values of Pancasila as reinforcing character building in Bajo ethnic children, elementary school students. This type of qualitative research uses an ethnographic approach accompanied by data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used the Spradley model. The findings of the research show that elementary school students on Masudu Island, most of whom have native Bajo ethnic backgrounds, have religious values, independence, discipline, social care, national spirit, mutual cooperation, and responsibility, as the implementation of Pancasila values and in accordance with character values. a nation that is seen in the daily lives of the children of the Bajo tribe who participate in studying at school, even though the school is located on one of the islands (in the sea).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai pendidikan yang terdapat dalam  ritual kabasano kampanaha di Desa Lianosa, Kabupaten Muna, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif studi etnografi, yaitu dengan pengamatan yang mendalam, wawancara serta dokumentasi yang terkait dengan pelaksanaannya. Ritual kabasano kampanaha di mulai dengan penetapan waktu serta penyediaan sarana prosesi ritualnya. Pada tahap pelaksanaan (prosesi) ritual tersebut terdapat beberapa nilai pendidikan di antaranya yaitu:  religius, budaya,  etika dan moral, dan gotong royong. Apa dan bagaimana muatan pendidikan yang terdapat dalam ritual kabasano kampanaha?, hal ini dapat dilihat  dari beberapa tahapan prosesi pelaksanaannya, diawali dengan keterlibatan warga sampai kepada tata cara mandi keluarga. Dengan demikian, ritual kabasano kampanaha, didalamnya sarat dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan.Kata kunci: Ritual, Nilai, Kabasano Kampanaha.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui alternatif pendekatan pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan oleh guru (maupun calon guru) dalam membangun karakter peserta didik melalui keteladanan nilai, pendekatan perkembangan pengetahuan karakter, pendekatan analisis nilai, pendekatan klarifikasi nilai, dan pendekatan pembelajaran berbuat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif secara deskriptif dengan menerapkan studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Pada pembahasan karya ilmiah ini, penulis mengkombain nilai-nilai karakter yang teraktualisasi dari olah pikir, olah hati, olahraga, serta olah rasa dan karsa seseorang atau sekelompok orang. Hasil penelitian yang merupakan tahap implementasi, adalah pengalaman belajar dan proses belajar mengajar yang arahnya pada pembentukan nilai-nilai karakter. Proses ini dilakukan dalam tiga lingkungan yaitu pendidikan formal (sekolah), informal (keluarga) dan nonformal (masyarakat). Adapun sebagai kesimpulan dalam upaya yang dapat ditempuh adalah dengan membangun karakter melalui sistem pendidikan yang tercerminkan dalam bentuk yang lebih luas, di mulai dari tahap implementasi melalui pengalaman belajar maupun dalam bentuk lebih kecil, yaitu berupa pengembangan nilai/karakter.Kata Kunci: Membangun karakter, pkn, moral kognitif

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the development of students during the pandemic on the impact of using smartphones through the role of parents in managing their children at home. This research is a type of quantitative research through an experimental approach. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis. The sample of this study was 6th-grade elementary school students with a population of 75 students. The sampling technique in this study is a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that students who took part in learning during the pandemic using smartphones without the role of their parents resulted in negative behaviors, such as addiction to online games, playing more than studying, and uttering bad words from their mouths. Meanwhile, students who take part in learning during the pandemic using smartphones through the role of parents have a good impact on student development, such as the use of smartphones for learning needs, and the lack of dirty words. The novelty of this study is the importance of the role of parents in educating students about the use of smartphones during the pandemic. The reason is that the learning process is mostly done online due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstract: Education as a management tool in shaping the development of the human person plays an important role in dealing with situations and conditions of life. Through education, a person is able to manage, live, face and overcome life's problems. Teachers and parents must play an active role in the learning process. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers and parents are expected to be able to provide online learning assistance to students. Good and correct assistance can minimize the occurrence of violence against children, the student's workload is minimal, and it is not too heavy for parents to support their children. This type of research is qualitative through field studies involving teachers and parents of elementary school students. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The findings of the study, teachers are not ready and do not understand online learning, especially in using online learning applications, parents do not support the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic or new life adaptations. This is due to the economic burden of the family, a lack of understanding of online learning applications, emotions during learning, indifference, and feelings of being overwhelmed by children's assignments given by the teacher. Keywords: Role teacher; parent; pandemic era Abstrak: Pendidikan sebagai sarana manajemen dalam pembentukan perkembangan pribadi manusia berperan penting dalam menghadapi situasi dan kondisi kehidupan. Melalui pendidikan, seseorang mampu mengelola, menjalani, menghadapi, dan mengatasi permasalahan kehidupan. Guru dan orang tua harus berperan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Terutama pada masa pandemi covid-19, guru dan orang tua sangat diharapkan dalam melakukan pendampingan pembelajaran online pada siswa. Pendampingan yang baik dan benar dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kekerasan pada anak, kurangnya beban tugas siswa, dan tidak terlalu berat orang tua mendampingi anaknya. Penelitian ini jenis kualitatif melalui studi lapangan yang melibatkan guru dan orang tua siswa SD. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Temuan penelitian, guru belum siap dan kurang memahami pembelajaran online terutama dalam menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran online, orang tua kurang mendukung proses pembelajaran online pada masa pandemi covid-19 maupun adaptasi kehidupan baru. Hal tersebut diakibatkan oleh beban ekonomi keluarga, kurang paham aplikasi pembelajaran online, emosi saat pembelajaran berlangsung, bersikap acuh, dan merasa terbebani dengan tugas anak yang diberikan oleh guru. Kata kunci: Peran guru; orang tua; masa pandemi

Abstract

Islamic learning in emphasizing the formation of character in each individual is the mission of the chosen human messenger ordered by God to improve human behavior. The purpose of this study was to find out the results of tadarus habituation (reading, studying, and understanding) of the Al-Qur’an for students which were carried out at the beginning of class learning. Is this habit also carried out at home? The method used in this study is a type of qualitative exploration. The source of the data is the results of student interviews regarding the habit of reciting the Koran applied in class, and whether it is also used at home. The results showed that many students did not practice reading the Koran as a habit in class when they were going to do learning. The value of character education in the habit of reading the Koran includes religious values, discipline, independence, communication, peace-loving, fondness of reading, and responsibility. These values function as the management of human resources in the framework of forming cultured human beings with a national character.

Abstract

Pernikahan dini adalah pernikahan pada remaja dibawah usia 20 tahun yang seharusnya belum siap untuk melaksanakan pernikahan atau sedang mengikuti pendidikan di sekolah menengah atas. Kesehatan reproduksi adalah suatu keadaan sejahtera fisik, mental dan sosial secara utuh, tidak semata-mata bebas dari penyakit atau kecacatan dalam semua hal yang berkaitan dengan sistem reproduksi, serta fungsi dan prosesnya. Adapun tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan remaja putri tentang dampak pernikahan dini terhadap kesehatan reproduksi di SMAN 2 Kolaka. Variabel dependent yaitu pengetahuan tentang dampak pernikahan, variabel independent yaitu tingkat pendidikan orang tua (ibu) dan sumber informasi. Dengan jumlah populasi 60 siswi, sehinggal sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 38 siswi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan survey deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel aksidental sampling. Hasil penelitian diperoleh pengetahuan remaja putri SMAN 2 Kolaka tentang dampak pernikahan dini sebanyak 8 responden (21%) berpengetahuan baik, 18 responden (47%) berpengetahuan cukup, serta 12 responden (32%) berpengetahuan kurang. Pendidikan terakhir ibu terbanyak yaitu SMA 19 (50%) dan yang paling sedikit pendidikan terakhir S1 2 (5,3%). Serta sumber informasi yang paling banyak digunakan responden yaitu media online sebanyak 18 (47%) sedangkan sumber informasi yang tidak didapatkan responden yaitu penyuluhan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan remaja putri masih tergolong kurang. Oleh sebab itu, diharapkan responden mencari informasi lebih banyak lagi tentang pernikahan dini serta mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakulikuler kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja (KRR) yang diadakan sekolah untuk menambah wawasan dan pengalaman.

Abstract

This study described the legal consequences of work agreements between companies and workers and problems in making and implementing work agreements. This study used a qualitative research approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques were observation and documentation—sources of data obtained from primary and secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed by categorizing and classifying techniques. The study results showed that the legal consequences of a work agreement between the company and the employee had implications for the content of the agreement, which had legal force so that it might be obeyed by all parties and did not conflict with the rule of law. On the other hand, problems in making and implementing work agreements, namely the clauses in the agreement were not under the laws and regulations, so there was a misperception of the company's basic wages, and there was no clarity about the protection of workers whose employment relationship was terminated unilaterally, and the lack of transparency or good faith from the company to the company. In addition, the Department of Manpower and Transmigration was related to its ability to run the company's wheels.

Abstract

Islam is a religion that highly upholds noble character, and this is affirmed in the hadith of the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam (SAW) stating that the main purpose of his being sent to the human race is to perfect commendable character. Students as critical intellectuals who are characteristic of academics, need to have a commitment to the teachings of religion (Islam) and morality, which of course is supported by policies implemented by the campus. This study discusses the policies carried out by the Director of the Kolaka Nursing Academy in Islamic Student Moral Development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the policies applied by the Kolaka Nursing Academy Director in the Islamic Student Moral Development, supporting and inhibiting factors in Islamic Moral Development students at Kolaka Nursing Academy, Effective solutions to increase students' importance on the value of diversity on campus and life daily. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. From this study, it was produced that the policy in developing the Islamic character of Kolaka Nursing Academy students was carried out through 3 (three) stages, namely first, agenda-setting. second, the implementation of the quality target program as a manifestation of the policy implementation of the Kolaka Nursing Academy Director to foster students' Islamic behavior, and the third evaluation of supporting factors for the development of Islamic students, including environmental (campus, and community) factors.
