Abstract

In this paper, we report the benchmarking results of Hyperledger,  a Distributed Ledger, which is the derivation Blockchain Technology.  Method to evaluate Hyperledger in a limited infrastructure is developed. Themeasured infrastructure consists of 8 nodes with a load of up to 20000 transactions/second. Hyperledger consistently runs all evaluation, namely, for 20,000 transactions, the run time 74.30s, latency 73.40ms latency, and 257 tps. The benchmarking of Hyperledger shows better than a database system in a high workload scenario. We found that the maximum size data volume in one transaction on the Hyperledger network is around ten (10) times of MySQL. Also, the time spent on processing a single transaction in the blockchain network is 80-200 times faster than MySQL. This initial analysis can provide an overview for practitioners in making decisions about the adoption of blockchain technology in their IT systems.

Abstract

The management of documentation for the publication of student writings at the IBI Darmajaya library has several problems. These problems include: the accumulation of files that must be inputted within a certain period of time, slow processing, and frequent data inconsistencies. Meanwhile, the publication of student scientific works is a valuable asset of the University and the academic community. So that scientific work that is managed and well documented is very much needed in a university. This study aims to build an independent upload repository for student scientific work publications. The research was conducted in several stages, namely: planning and needs analysis, design, system development and testing. The research produces outputs that facilitate the process of independent uploading of student papers. The independent upload process is carried out in several stages, starting from creating an account, uploading papers and validation from the editor.

Abstract

Coronavirus Diseases (Covid-19) was reported the first time in Wuhan, Hubeu Province, China 2019. On March 11 th 2021 World Health Organization (WHO) declared covid-19 as a world pandemic. To reduce the number of deathsand the number of the transmission of covid-19 is by the vaccination. Several vaccines have been evaluated by WHO to against covid-19, Indonesian Government officially announced the use of Sinovac Vaccine produced by Sinovac Life ScienceCo, China. This vaccination topic becomes one of the massive topics discussed by the Indonesian people and various responses on social media such as Twitter. The technique used, is crawling tweets from Twitter users worldwide using theEnglish language from May 24 th 2021 – August 31 2021 with the keyword “sinovac vaccine”. This study aims to analyze public sentiment regarding the usage of sinovac vaccine in Indonesia. The method used is Naïve Bayes because it has a simple algorithm with high accuracy. The result shows the classification accuracy rate is 80.99% and majorities’ responds are neutral and positive. However, the preprocessing data has the rule to get excellent result for the accuracy. Future studycan also classify the tweets into different queries and other classification methods can be applied such as Super Vector Machine and KNN. Keywords— Covid-19, Sinovac Vaccine, Sentiment Analysis, Naïve Bayes
