Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is the main sector supporting the economy,therefore the sustainability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is veryimportant. This study aims to find out how the woven sarong business is sustainablein Samarinda by looking at how innovation is, as well as the obstacles encounteredwhile running the business. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, bycollecting data through interviews with craftsmen or business owners of Samarindawoven sarongs. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, anddrawing and verifying conclusions. Based on the results of interviews, it is knownthat the innovation of woven sarong craftsmen in the city of Samarinda is minimal.Products are only based on customer orders, especially in the production of clothing types. Product innovation is also influenced by circumstances such as the creation of woven masks. The most prominent innovation is related to design innovation, where craftsmen use trending young colors, this gets a positive response from customers. The constraints faced by craftsmen related to the production process are labor, health, time and weather and threads that often break. Barriers in terms of marketing are relatively minimal due to the lack of understanding of the craftsmen about the importance of marketing and the background of the existence of regular customers or resellers so that the craftsmen cannot be deceived. Craftsmen are expected to be even more innovative in terms of product design and novelty so that their businesses can grow and absorb labor and utilize technology as a marketingmedium.Keywords: Innovation, Marketing, SME, Weaving Sarong Craftsmen.

Abstract

This research aims to know to know wheter there are effectiviness and the difference bettween using video based learning media and not using media with conventional learning riviewed from student economic concepts understanding. This research is a quantitative research type of quasi-experimental, research with research subjects namely students of class X A as many as 31 people as experimental class and class X B as many as 32 people as control class. Data collection is done by using the test technique. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, the average for the experimental class increased by 17,75% while the average value for the control class experienced a slight decrease of 0,82%. Throught the results of hypotesis testing, the sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) t-test for Equality of Means is 0,001 so that the significance value is <0,05, which means that H0 is a rejected or Ha is accepted. So, it can be cloncluded the results research showed that there the difference between video based learning media with conventional learning toward student economic concept understanding.

Abstract

This research aims to develop Android-based learning media, assess its feasibility, and evaluate student responses. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) methodology with the ADDIE development model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Data were collected through unstructured interviews with 6 students from classes VIII B and VIII D at MTs Al-Azhar Samarinda. The research results indicate that the material expert validation test yielded 97%, media expert validation test resulted in 85%, instructional expert validation test recorded 86%, small group trial obtained 91%, and large group trial scored 95%. Overall, the Android-based learning media for Integrated Social Studies (IPS) in Grade VIII at MTs Al-Azhar Samarinda scored 91%, indicating its "Highly Feasible" suitability for use in the learning process.

Abstract

Salah satu hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yaitu uang, maka dari itu proses pendidikan ekonomi dalam keluarga bisanya dititik beratkan pada pemahaman nilai uang. Proses pembelajaran ekonomi dalam keluarga dapat lebih berarti jika anak diberi kesempatan untuk mempraktikkannya. Perlu untuk memberi tahu anak bagaimana orang tua menghasilkan uang, bagaimana sulitnya dan bagaimana usahanya. penelitian ini urgen dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk mengetahui bagaimana intensitas pendidikan ekonomi yang diterapkan di lingkungan keluarga pada guru SMA Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan pada pengamatan yang dilakukan peneliti bahwa tingkat pemahaman ekonomi yang dimiliki guru SMA terutama guru matapelajaran ekonomi belum diterapkan secara maksimal dilingkungan keluarga. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini yaitu rancangan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena-fenomena yang ada, baik fenomena alamiah maupun fenomena buatan manusia. Seseorang dikatakan cocok menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini jika responden merupakan guru matapelajaran ekonomi yang berada di Samarinda. Penelitian dilakukan pada guru ekonomi Kota Samarinda sebanyak 60 orang. Tingkat intensitas Pendidikan ekonomi keluarga guru mata pelajaran ekonomi di Kota Samarinda dapat diketahui dengan menganalisis lembar angket yang telah diisi oleh guru. Indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 1) Pendidikan pengelolaan uang, 2) Keteladanan, 3) Penjelasan verbal, 4) Tuntutan perilaku yang relevan, 5) Diskusi atas kasus-kasus yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penjelasan verbal memiliki nilai mean yang paling tinggi dengan nilai 15,57 dan tuntutan perilaku yang relevan memili nilai mean yang rendah sebesar 14,43. Maka disimpulkan bahwa penjelasan verbal merupakan indikator yang paling dominan intens dilakukan dalam keluarga untuk membentuk perilaku ekonomi keluarga.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether financial literacy influences financial management behavior, whether family financial education influences financial management behavior, and whether financial literacy and family financial education simultaneously influence financial management behavior among Economic Education students in Samarinda. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of research being explanatory research. The population in this study were all students of the Economic Education Study Program at Mulawarman University class of 2021 and all students of the Economic Education Study Program at the PGRI Kaltim Teacher Training and Education Institute class of 2021. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample with a total sample of 134. Collection technique data carried out using tests and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing used the t test, F test and determination test (R2) while to analyze the data using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 program. The results showed financial literacy variable partially has a positive and significant influence on students' financial management behavior. The family financial education variable partially has a positive and significant influence on financial management behavior student. Simultaneously, financial literacy and family financial education have a significant effect on students' financial management behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether economic literacy affects economic decisions in PT KPC employees, whether neuroeconomics affects economic decisions in PT KPC employees and whether economic literacy and neuroeconomics simultaneously affect the economic decisions of PT KPC employees. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. The population in this study is employees of PT KPC. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 95 people. The data collection technique carried out is a questionnaire. Test the hypothesis using t test, F test and determination test (R2) while to analyze the data used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program version 26. The results of the study obtained using the t test and F test show that partially economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on economic decisions, neuroeconomics has a positive and significant effect on economic decisions, and simultaneously economic literacy and neuroeconomics have a positive and significant effect on economic decisions. In the coefficient of determination (R2) test, data results of 55.5% were obtained which could be explained by economic literacy and neuroeconomics variables, while the remaining 44.5% were influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

Kurangnya pemahaman siswa tentang materi pelajaran ekonomi dan lemahnya daya ingat maka berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini menjadi fokus permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, sehingga untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan tindakan dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran PQ4R. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan metode pembelajaran PQ4R serta peningkatan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X setelah menggunakan metode pembelajaran PQ4R. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X MIPA & IPS 5 SMAN 2 Balikpapan tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh proses yang dilakukan dengan metode pembelajaran PQ4R ini yaitu preview (melihat sekilas), question (bertanya), read (membaca), reflect (melihat kembali), recite (mengingat kembali), dan review (menyimpulkan atau mengkaji ulang) ternyata dapat membantu siswa yang memiliki daya paham dan ingat yang lemah menjadi kuat, sehingga hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X dapat meningkat. Hasil belajar siswa dari siklus pertama diperoleh ketuntasan belajar yang dicapai yaitu sebanyak 84,99 % dan siklus kedua sebanyak 89,83 %. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan efektif dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X dapat meningkat melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran PQ4R. Penelitian ini diharapkan guru dapat menerapkan metode pembelajaran PQ4R pada proses pembelajaran supaya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the role of social capital in improving the economic welfare of women processing salted fish in Bangun City. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection uses interviews and observations. The informants in this study consisted of 10 people, namely, 1 person who owns a salted fish processing business, 2 fishermen who sell the fish they get and 7 women who process salted fish in Bangun City. The results of this research show that women's involvement in salted fish processing activities and the economic impact obtained from their collaboration. Women who process salted fish carry out this work to help improve the economic welfare of their families so that women who process salted fish fill their free time by working as fish processors. Satly. Social capital in the group of women processing salted fish is trust, formed from daily behavior in always being honest and not committing fraud, having social norms in the form of etiquette or polite behavior in daily life and a social network between women processing fish. salted fish with family ties between women processing salted fish, friendships and the community environment.

Abstract

Online customer review dianggap merupakan salah satu faktor yang cukup penting dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh online customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian di Marketplace Shopee. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 74 mahasiswa dari Pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2021. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan uji asumsi klasik sebagai uji prasyarat yang diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS.. Berdasarkan hasil peneliti diketahui bahwa nilai signifikan (0,000) < α (0,05), dan nilai thitung sebesar (23.339) > ttabel (1.29310) maka secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan. Dari hasil pengujian dan analisis tersebut dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yaitu online customer review berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

Interest in learning is a desire and willingness accompanied by deliberate attention and activity and ultimately gives rise to a feeling of enjoyment in the subject, in changes in behavior in the form of knowledge, attitudes and skills. Student interest in learning in the Economics subject of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi is considered to be still far from what is expected. One of the contributing factors is that the school environment is less supportive, apart from that the students' self-concept is also still lacking. This research is a type of Ex Post Facto research that examines events that have occurred and determines the causal factors. With a population of 126 people with a sample of 86 people. Data was collected through an instrument questionnaire with a total of 37 school environment items, 27 self-concept items, and 27 items of student interest in learning. The results of the research show that from the answer to the first hypothesis, the influence of the school environment (X1) on interest in learning (Y) has a significant influence, while the answer to the second hypothesis, the influence of self-concept (X2) on students' interest in learning (Y) has a significant influence, Next, to answer the third hypothesis, testing was carried out jointly, namely the influence of the school environment (X1) and self-concept (X2) on interest in learning (Y). There was a significant influence on the value (Fcount = 174.052>Ftable = 3.11) and R square of 0.807 or 80.7%.
