Abstract: The objective of the research was to find out the empirical information of the effect of intention, motivation, and teacher understanding on the implementation of inclusive education. The research used path analysis techniques. It conducted the elementary-school-teacher in East Jakarta, Indonesia. The simple random sampling technique is applied, which 50 teachers involved as the research sample. Empirical findings of the research revealed that: 1) There is no direct a positive effect of intention to the implementation of inclusive education; 2) There is no direct a positive effect of motivation to the implementation of inclusive education; 3) There is no direct a positive effect of teacher understanding to the implementation of inclusive education; 4) There is no direct positive effect of intention to the teacher understanding; 5) There is direct positive effectof motivation to the teacher understanding; 6) There is direct positive effect of intention to the motivation. Keywords: implementation of inclusive education, intention, motivation, teacher understanding, children with special needs. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari informasi empiris tentang pengaruh intensi, motivasi, dan pemahaman guru terhadap implementasi pendidikan inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Penelitian ini mengukur perilaku guru SD di Jakarta Timur, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan melibatkan 50 guru. Temuan empiris mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif langsung intensi terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 2) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif motivasi terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 3) Tidak ada pengaruh langsung positif pemahaman guru terhadap pendidikan inklusif; 4) Tidak ada pengaruh positif langsung intensi terhadap pemahaman guru; 5) Ada pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap pemahaman guru; 6) Ada pengaruh langsung intensi terhadap motivasi. Distribution of Leadership in Higher Institution; A Case Study at Tribakti University, Kediri. This study focuses on the distribution of leadership in Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School, Kediri City, to the scope of UIT Kediri. Charismatic leadership shows modern leadership, which certainly impacts the shift from the pesantren culture to the academic culture (campus). This study uses a qualitative-phenomenological method, extracting data from interviews with key informants and documenting studies according to focus and documentation. The data obtained were compiled and analyzed according to the research focus. The results of this study indicate that since the establishment of the Tribakti Islamic University (UIT), the practice of distribution of leadership at UIT Kediri is a reflection of the courage of PP Lirboyo's caregivers in carrying out leadership transformation. The impact is the creation of academic culture in the UIT Kediri environment by not eliminating the treasures of the pesantren. It can be concluded that the practice of leadership transformation and distribution of leadership at UIT Kediri is not total or total. For example, in developing and accepting human resources at UIT Kediri, the Lirboyo community must involve the Lirboyo community and determine the formation of leaders

This service is carried out on the basis of statistics which is considered a difficult science because there are many formulas that require accuracy and precision in their calculations. As well as the many problems of students' inability to access data processing software caused by the low level of literacy in students. This service is a training activity for data processing research based on statistical software that aims to improve the quality of human resources through the ability of students to process research data. The partners of this service are universities around BODETABEK with a focus on training activities on statistical software-based data analysis techniques such as SPSS and JASP for final year students at BODETABEK. The methods used in this training activity include lectures, discussions, questions and answers, direct demonstrations and assignments. These methods were developed according to the current situation and conditions. The target to be achieved in the implementation of this activity is to improve the ability of students to carry out data analysis with the help of software such as SPSS and JASP. In addition, as an output, coaching participants are expected to be able to use SPSS and JASP software in thesis and research which can then be uploaded

The objectives of this study are to: 1) ascertain the level of YouTube Kids viewing in the Karawang Barat district; 2) ascertain the evolution of the speech abilities of children aged 5 to 6; and 3) ascertain the impact of YouTube Kids viewing intensity on the speaking abilities of children aged 5 to 6 in the Karawang Barat districts. Ex Post Facto was the qualitative method employed in the study, and 237 respondents were chosen by random sample procedures. We use an online tool to gather data. Analysis of research data: SPSS Version 23.0 for Windows is used in this study to do basic linear regression analysis. Based on the study's findings, it was determined that children in the Karawang Barat district watch YouTube Kids at a medium intensity, scoring a 57% presentation score, and that their speaking abilities develop at a preset rate of 59.9%, which is in line with expectations. A linear regression test yields a significance result (Sig) of 0.001<0.05, indicating a significant relationship (R square score of 4.2% ) between the amount of time children aged 5–6 watch YouTube Kids (X) and their capacity to speak.

This study aims to see how the use of word stick puzzle media can affect the ability of children aged 4-5 years to recognize letters. The focus of this study is to compile a word stick puzzle containing pictures and letter descriptions, mention and point to letters, match letters, and sort letters using word stick puzzle media. This research was carried out because there was a problem with the ability of class A children to recognize letters. This study uses a quantitative method with an experimental design. This is a type of study in which only one group is tested, without comparing it with another group. Before and after the experiment, there will be measurements taken. This study involved 16 children. In this study, the method of collecting data was carried out by observation, and to analyze the data, a simple paired t-test was used. The results of this study show that using word stick puzzle media can help children recognize letters.

Several factors that hinder early childhood learning, including the lack of facilities available in schools, the lack of teachers' ability to organize interesting lessons and the lack of use of natural media in the learning process are the background to this research. This is because teachers prefer to use practical media such as books, worksheets, pictures and paper, so children often feel bored when studying. One of the learning media that can be used by teachers is natural material media. This media is not only interesting, but is also considered effective and cheap. Thus, this research aims to explain how to implement natural media in early childhood learning, especially children aged five to six years. There are several techniques used, namely literature review and data collection techniques which involve collecting and reviewing relevant sources such as books, articles and journals.

Anak usia dini merupakan kelompok paling rentan terhadap dampak kerusakan lingkungan, namun kelompok ini juga merupakan kelompok usia strategis yang dapat membawa perubahan pada kondisi lingkungan. Desa Tegalurung, kecamatan Cilamaya Kulon memiliki beberapa masalah lingkungan diantaranya banyaknya pencemaran yang diakibatkan oleh pengolahan sampah yang tidak tepat. Rantai kebiasaan tersebut harus dipotong agar anak tidak meniru perilaku merusak lingkungan yang dilakukan oleh orang tua mereka. Namun masih banyak guru dan orang tua yang belum peduli terhadap pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan pada anak. Hal tersebut karena masih banyak orangtua yang belum memahami pentingnya penanaman perilaku hidup hijau pada anak melalui proses pembelajaran baik di rumah maupun di satuan PAUD. Dengan demikian guna meningkatkan pengetahuan guru dan orangtua dalam membiasakan perilaku peduli lingkungan pada anak usia dini maka diperlukan kegiatan workshop pembiasaan perilaku hidup hijau di PAUD. Program abdimas dilakukan melalui kegiatan workshop di PAUD Miftahul Ballagh yang diikuti oleh guru dan orangtua siswa PAUD Miftahul Ballagh sebanyak 22 orang. Alur dalam kegiatan ini yaitu peserta mengisi pretest, kemudian menyimak pemaparan dari dua pemateri yang dilanjutkan dengan diskusi, kemudian peserta mengisi posttest. Data dalam kegiatan ini dianalisis secara deskriptif dan menggunakan paired T Test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan skor pengetahuan dan persepsi guru dan orangtua tentang pembiasaan perilaku hidup hijau sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan workshop. Artinya kegiatan workshop ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan persepsi guru dan orangtua tentang pembiasaan perilaku hidup hijau anak usia dini. Dengan demikian kegiatan workshop ini, guru dan orangtua semakin memahami dan menyadari pentingnya pembiasaan perilaku hidup hijau untuk anak usia dini, baik di rumah maupun di sekolah.

This research aims to provide an overview of the implementation of activities and results of the Workshop on Preparing Elementary School Teaching Materials using the Technology Integration Planning (T.I.P.) Model in Cintalanggeng Village, Tegalwaru District, Karawang Regency, the method used This section explains the methods used to complete the implementation of community service. It contains information related to service targets, activity locations, activity materials, and activity evaluations, including complete information for readers if they want to do the same thing. The origin and quantity of the materials used must be explained. How data works, and analysis must be written clearly and concisely. Modifications and working methods that have been published mention the source and explain the modified part. When using a statistical test, write the method, for example, RCBD. In this section, one type of method or a combination of several methods can be used. Increasing digital literacy skills in Cintalanggeng Village requires a systematic and inclusive approach. This workshop is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the Technology Integration Planning (T.I.P.) model and provide practical training for educators. The Workshop on Preparing Elementary School Teaching Materials using Technology Integration Planning (T.I.P.) The model in Cintalanggeng Village significantly contributes to increasing teacher competency in using technology for teaching. By adopting a relevant theory-based approach, this workshop helps teachers develop more interesting and effective teaching materials and encourages continuous professional development and collaboration between teachers. The results of this workshop will positively impact the quality of education in the village, improve students' technology skills, and prepare them to face future challenges.

Many factors can affect children's school readiness, one of which is the family as their closest environment. This research aimed to analyze the effect of family socioeconomic status, family stress, and parental involvement on children's school readiness. This research involves 113 parents and students of group B Kindergarten in the Integrated Waste Processing Site (TPST) in Bantargebang District, Bekasi City, West Java Province. This sample was obtained using the multistage random sampling technique. This study uses path analysis techniques. This study indicates that socioeconomic status, family stress, and parental involvement do not directly affect Children’s school readiness. However, family socioeconomic status has a negative direct effect on family stress, and family stress can also have a negative direct effect on parental involvement in children's education. These findings imply that it is important to create a warm and supportive family environment to optimally carry out their roles and functions in children's education.
