Abstract

One of the increasing developmental disorders in Indonesia is Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disorder characterized by difficulties to conduct verbal and non-verbal communication and social interaction. This disorder cannot be tolerated and requires early treatment to reduce its development. However, ASD treatments required ineffective treatment costs and waiting times diagnosis were lengthly. One effective alternative diagnosis isto use the screening technology to determine the early symptoms of ASD disorders. The rapid development of the number of ASD cases around the world required researchers to determine a dataset with behavioral properties to update the screening process. Thus, the purpose of this study is to predict the success of screening performed on adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using the researchers’ results dataset, so that the dataset could be used as a benchmark for the success of the ASD screening process. The method used is machine learning neural network method with 100 training cycle, learning rate 0,01 and momentum 0,9 resulted in a classification accuracy of 96.00%

Abstract

Dalam era digitalisasi, peran teknologi informasi menjadi krusial dalam meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen dari Universitas Nusa Mandiri di wilayah RW 013 Cipinang Melayu Jakarta Timur. Fokus utama pada penelitian ini adalah perancangan website layanan administrasi berbasis desain UI-UX yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan administrasi dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam proses lokal. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan melibatkan partisipasi aktif dosen dan masyarakat setempat dalam proses perancangan website. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menggali kebutuhan masyarakat dan memastikan bahwa website yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan konteks local. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan pandangan yang mendalam tentang perancangan website administrasi di tingkat RW, menggabungkan konsep-konsep UI-UX terkini dan menawarkan solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan partisipasi masyarakat. Dengan melibatkan dosen dan masyarakat setempat, diharapkan implementasi website ini dapat memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan dalam pengelolaan administrasi lokal di RW 013 Cipinang Melayu Jakarta Timur.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has posed unparalleled difficulties, encompassing substantial repercussions on the emotional well-being of students. This study utilises machine learning methodologies to forecast the mental health condition of students during and following the pandemic. The dataset consists of 11 distinct attributes and a total of 101 data points, which have been gathered from multiple sources. The preprocessing stage encompasses the removal of unnecessary characteristics, handling missing data, and partitioning the dataset into separate subsets for training and validation purposes. This study utilises three machine learning algorithms, namely RF, KNN, and NB, in order to make predictions regarding the potential need for psychiatric support among students. These algorithms are carefully optimised to enhance their predictive capabilities. Evaluation metrics commonly used in several fields of study. The findings suggest that the KNN and RF algorithms had outstanding performance, but the Naïve Bayes algorithm exhibited satisfactory accuracy and a balanced trade-off between precision and recall. The optimised models have practical consequences that may be applied at educational institutions and inform policymakers. These implications include the ability to provide tailored interventions and support services specifically designed for students who are facing mental health difficulties as a result of the epidemic. Future research endeavours encompass the need for additional improvement of existing models and the fostering of interdisciplinary collaboration. This study provides significant contributions to the field by examining the utilisation of machine learning techniques in addressing the mental health needs of students both during and after the epidemic.

Abstract

Telemarketing is a promotion that is considered effective for promoting a product to consumers by telephone, other than that telemarketing is easier to accept because of its direct nature of offering products to consumers. Telemarketing is also considered to help increase a company's revenue. The problem of predicting the success of a bank's telemarketing data must be done using machine learning techniques. Machine learning used in the available historical data is a bank dataset of 45211 instances at 17 features using the multilayer perceptron algorithm (MLP) with resampling. The use of resampling aims to balance the unbalanced data resulting in an accuracy value of 90.18% and a ROC of 0.89%. Meanwhile, if the data resampling is not used in the multilayer perceptron (MLP) algorithm, the accuracy value is 88.6 and ROC is 0.88%. The use of resampling data becomes more effective and results in higher accuracy values.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi tantangan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang terbatas selama pandemi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana WhatsApp Business dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan partisipasi dalam 13 jenis ekstrakurikuler yang ada di SMK AL-Falah Tanjungjaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode DeLone & McLean, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data dari 260 responden melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi kuantitatif mengenai pengalaman pengguna, kepuasan, dan persepsi terhadap WhatsApp Business sebagai alat promosi. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan untuk memahami konteks dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pengguna WhatsApp Business dalam konteks promosi ekstrakurikuler. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WhatsApp Business memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi ekstrakurikuler di sekolah. Pengguna mengungkapkan kepuasan terhadap platform ini sebagai sarana promosi yang efektif, namun juga mengidentifikasi beberapa kendala yang perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang potensi dan kendala WhatsApp Business sebagai alat promosi ekstrakurikuler di masa pasca-pandemi, memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan strategi promosi yang lebih efektif di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

Rukun Warga Cipinang Melayu Jakarta Timur telah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) untuk mendukung dan memfasilitasi kegiatan administratif bagi masyarakat. Pengelolaan arsip masih dilakukan secara konvensional melalui pencatatan di buku besar, yang mengurangi efektivitas dan memperpanjang proses administrasi. Diperlukan perancangan prototipe Aplikasi Layanan Administrasi dengan User Interface dan User Experience (UI/UX) yang baik agar pengguna mudah mengoperasikannya dan mendapatkan pengalaman yang memuaskan. Pelatihan desain menggunakan aplikasi Figma, yang dapat diakses secara gratis melalui web, akan diadakan untuk membuat desain antarmuka. Kegiatan ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi ilmu dan keterampilan kepada peserta untuk mengimplementasikan desain aplikasi yang dinamis, interaktif, dan user-friendly sebelum membangun Aplikasi Layanan Administrasi, sehingga dapat membantu petugas arsip dalam mengelola data yang akan menjadi nilai penting bagi pihak yang berkepentingan.

Abstract

The management of State-Owned Assets (BMN) within the Secretariat General of the National Resilience Council faces challenges in recording and reporting damaged assets. The current manual process leads to delays, data inaccuracies, and hinders effective asset maintenance. This study aims to design and develop the Labarus (Laporan Barang Rusak) application as a digital solution to support faster and more accurate recording and monitoring of damaged BMN assets. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was used to accelerate the application development process through an iterative approach that allows for prototyping and immediate validation by users. Application testing was conducted using Katalon to ensure functional compliance with requirements and compatibility across various devices. The outcome of this research is a web-based application that enables users to report damaged goods online, track the status of repairs, and automatically generate damage and repair reports. This application reduce recording errors, speed up the repair process, and support the ongoing digital transformation in Setjen Wantannas. This research contributes by developing a web-based application called LABARUS (Laporan Barang Rusak) to replace the slow and error-prone manual processes, thereby enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of asset management in the Setjen Wantannas.

Abstract

Skin diseases such as dermatitis, psoriasis, and tinea often exhibit similar visual characteristics, which can lead to frequent errors in early diagnosis. Accurate diagnosis is critical, as each disease requires different treatment approaches. This study aims to develop an automated classification model for these three skin diseases using a deep learning approach based on the DenseNet-121 architecture, which consists of 121 layers designed to facilitate efficient feature reuse and gradient flow. The dataset consists of 300 labeled images, evenly distributed among the three disease classes. To enhance model generalization, preprocessing steps were applied, including data normalization and augmentation techniques such as image rotation (±20°), horizontal and vertical flipping, random zooming (range 0.8-1.2×), and brightness adjustment (±20%). The model was trained and validated using a stratified 5-fold cross-validation strategy. Experimental results demonstrated an overall classification accuracy of 94.59%, with high precision and recall scores across all classes. These results indicate the potential of using DenseNet-based deep learning models as decision support tools for early skin disease diagnosis. Further validation with larger datasets and clinical input from dermatologists is recommended to ensure reliability in real-world healthcare settings. Visual comparison through Grad-CAM heatmaps was also conducted to enhance interpretability and validate model focus on relevant skin features.

Abstract

Perancangan desain User Unterface (UI) dan er Experience (UX) pada aplikasi D’Laundry dilakukan pada penelitian ini, yang bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi transaksi antara masyarakat dengan toko laundry pakaian terdekat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Design Thinking, yang melibatkan serangkaian tahap dari emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Tahap awal penelitian, emphatize, memungkinkan untuk memahami dengan mendalam tantangan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat, seperti kesulitan dalam mengakses toko laundry dan kurangnya transparansi dalam proses transaksi, termasuk ketidakjelasan tentang kapan pakaian akan selesai dicuci. Tahap define kemudian mengidentifikasi permasalahan utama yang harus diselesaikan melalui desain UI/UX. Dari situ, melalui tahap ideate, berbagai solusi kreatif dihasilkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut. Desain UI/UX yang dihasilkan kemudian dikembangkan melalui prototype dan diujikan kepada 100 responden sebagai evaluasi akhir dengan pertanyaan kuisioner, yang menghasilkan 93 responden menerima dan terbantu dengan desain UI/UX yang diujikan.hasil penelitian ini dapat diterima dengan baik oleh user yang akan menggunakan aplikasi D’Laundry. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan aplikasi D’Laundry yang lebih efektif dan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat.  The design of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for the application named D’Laundry was carried out in this research, which aims to facilitate transactions between the public and nearby clothing laundry shops. The method used in this research is Design Thinking, which involves a series of stages from emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The initial phase of the research, emphatize, enabled researchers to understand in depth the challenges faced by the community, such as difficulties in accessing laundry shops and a lack of transparency in the transaction process, including uncertainty about when clothes will be washed. The define stage then identifies the main problems that must be resolved through UI/UX design. From there, through the ideate stage, various creative solutions are produced to overcome these problems. The resulting UI/UX design was then developed through a prototype and tested on 100 respondents as a final evaluation with questionnaire questionswhich resulted in 93 respondents accepting and being helped by the UI/UX design being tested. The results of this research can be well received by users who will use the D'Laundry application.This research is expected to make an important contribution in developing D’Laundry applications that are more effective and meet community needs.
