Abstract

Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) is a center of community activities where the community can simultaneously obtain family planning and health services including nutrition, immunization, Maternal and Child Health (MCH), and diarrhea prevention. Posyandu services are greatly supported by the role of cadres. Therefore, the role of cadres is needed to accelerate the reduction in maternal and infant mortality rates. The purpose of conducting this research is to find the role of posyandu cadres in health posyandu services. This study was qualitative research. Research respondents are informants were divided into two, namely the main informant consisting of 6 informants (as posyandu cadres) and 1 supporting informant (as health worker). Data collection techniques used by Focus Group Discussion. Posyandu cadres have implemented the principle of 5 tables when posyandu activities are taking place. In addition, the cadres also routinely attend training on the roles and duties of cadres in carrying out posyandu, so the cadres are able to provide basic health services, in order to accelerate the reduction in maternal and infant mortality rates. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the 6 aspects of the role of posyandu cadres has been well implemented in the Posyandu of Jembayan Village.

Abstract

This research is aimed to describe the mathematical problem solving abilities with Polya steps to the high school student grade XI based on Honey-Mumford's learning style. This research was qualitative research with descriptive method. Questionnaires, mathematical problem solving ability test, and interview were used as data collection techniques. The research instruments that used here were researcher, Honey-Mumford model learning style questionnaires (LSQ questionnaire), questions for mathematical problem solving ability test, and interview guidelines. The source of the data for this research were students of class XI IPA at SMA Muhamadiyah Singaparna in the academic year 2018/2019. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing were used as the data analysis techniques. The results showed that students with activist learning style were able to take steps to understanding the problem, devising a plan, carring out the plan, and then looking back for the question number 1. Meanwhile, Students with reflector learning style were able to take steps to understanding the problem, devising a plan, carring out the plan, and then looking back for the question number 1, and also able to take steps to understanding the problem and carring out the plan for the steps in mathematical problem solving abilities for question number 2. In the other side, students with pragmatic type of learning style were able to take steps to understanding the problem, devising a plan, carring out the plan, looking back for the question number 1, and then carry out the solution plan for question number 2. Other than that, students with theorist learning style were able to take steps to understanding the problem, devising a plan, carring out the plan, and then looking back for the question number 1

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth and development index on poverty level in the provinc of North Sumatera. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (CSA). The analysis method used in this study is Vector Autoregression (VAR) to identify the relationship between independent variables, namely economic growth and development index on poverty levels. The results of the study indicate that economic growth has a significant negative effect on poverty, whilw the development index has a significant positive effect on poverty. This study concludes that the combination of economic growth and development index can be an effective strategy to reduce poverty rates. Therefore, the government and lawmakers are expected to prioritize development that is oriented towards community welfare.

Abstract

The research aims to improve the learning outcomes of Civics by using cooperative learning model co-op co-op type in class V SDN 11 Koto Marapak Kec.Pariaman Timur. The type of research is PTK, using a quantitative and qualitative approach. The result of research of RPP of cycle I average 72% increase in cycle II to 84%. In the teacher cycle aspect I average 72% increase in cycle II to 90%. In the student aspect, the first cycle I is 71% increase in cycle II to 82%. Student learning outcomes cycle I average 74, and on the second cycle increased to 85. KeyWords : results of study;Civics; cooperative learning model co-op co-op type

Abstract

Ijarah Muntahiya Bittamlik (IMBT) merupakan salah satu akad dalam perbankan syariah yang menggabungkan akad sewa (ijarah) dengan janji pemindahan kepemilikan (tamlik) di akhir masa sewa. Akad ini menjadi alternatif pembiayaan yang digunakan oleh perbankan syariah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kepemilikan aset oleh nasabah, seperti kendaraan, properti, atau alat produksi, dengan tetap berlandaskan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Artikel ini membahas konsep dasar IMBT, mekanisme pelaksanaannya di perbankan syariah, serta analisis kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip fiqh muamalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis melalui studi pustaka terhadap fatwa DSN-MUI, literatur fikih kontemporer, dan praktik yang diterapkan oleh lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa IMBT merupakan akad yang diperbolehkan dalam syariah selama memenuhi rukun dan syarat ijarah serta menjunjung tinggi asas transparansi dan keadilan dalam kontrak. Implementasi IMBT di perbankan syariah Indonesia telah sesuai dengan ketentuan syariah, namun masih diperlukan peningkatan pemahaman dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat agar pemanfaatannya lebih optimal.
