Abstract

This article uses a review of the literature on medieval Arab professor/ economic thought Syamsuddin Abdullah Muhammad bin Abi Bakr Al Zar'i or known as Ibn Qayyim. An approach that focuses on explaining how the concept of usury is in the view of Ibn al-Qayyim al-jawziyyah. as a master of theology and translator of Islamic scriptures, he was one of the leading jurists from the Hambali school in four schools of Islamic law that emerged between the eighth and fourteenth centuries (after the other three, Hanafi, Maliki and Syafii, respectively, the names were pioneers ) There are economic ideas discussed, namely: Islamic economic philosophy, comparison and difference between wealth and poverty, economic interests of zakat, interest in usury al-fadl and riba al-nasi'ah, market mechanisms and the need for public sector intervention.

Abstract

Pengupahan buruh panen padi di sebagian besar masyarakat pedesaan masih didasarkan pada kebiasaan turun temurun. Praktik ini dilakukan secara terus menerus sehingga seakan-akan menjadi kebenaran dalam praktik pengupahan dengan kondisi masyarakat yang belum memahami secara utuh aturan pengupahan menurut Islam. Keadaan tersebut sebagaimana yang terjadi pada beberapa dusun di Desa Pegayud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau praktik upah buruh panen padi di beberapa dusun tersebut dalam perspektif hukum Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deksriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian dilakukan kepada penebas dan buruh panen padi yang mempraktikkan pengupahan pertanian padi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik tersebut dalam perspektif akad sudah terpenuhi rukun-rukunnya. Dalam perspektif pembagian, upah yang diterima buruh adalah bawon gabah dengan sistem perbandingan 13 : 1 dan 14 : 1 dari hasil panen dalam satuan kilogram. Upah tersebut tergolong ajrul misli karena banyak sedikitnya tergantung pada kecepatan buruh dalam memanen. Pengupahan dilaksanakan setiap kali ada pekerjaan menanen atau ditabung terlebih dahulu kepada penebas. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan ketentuan penerimaan upah dalam hukum Islam yang harus ditunaikan segera setelah selesai bekerja atau sesuai kesepakatan. Dilihat dari kesesuaiannya terhadap hukum Islam dalam perspektif prinsip pengupahan, praktik upah tersebut sudah memenuhi unsur kelayakan dan kebajikan, hanya saja perlu diperhatikan mengenai unsur keadilan berupa transparansi pembagian upahnya dalam penimbangan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management and distribution of productive zakat and to find solutions to improving the mustahik economy. This research uses library research, namely research carried out by searching literature (library) in journals, notes, and reports on research results from previous studies. The results of this study are that the distribution method of zakat productive consists of two forms: First, zakat is submitted directly to mustahik for development. It means 'ayn al-zakah, which is attached to mustahik, so zakat becomes the full property of mustahik. This kind of distribution is also called the distribution of zakat productive as non-investment or traditional productive. Second, the distribution of zakat productive in the form of investment, namely zakat, is not directly handed over to mustahik or termed creative productive. Productive zakat funds are intended for business capital or additional business capital. So, the funds given do not just run out; the funds will be managed into a business and generate income. This income will meet life's needs and prosper the mustahik family's economy. Mustahik, who manages productive zakat funds used as a business, will generate additional income to increase the income.

Abstract

Perekonomian di Indonesia semakin berkembang dengan ditandai munculnya ragam lembaga keuangan. Lembaga keuangan memiliki peran yang strategis dalam perkembangan serta tumbuhnya perekonomian masyarakat dan industri. Lembaga keuangan mikro syariah (LKMS) merupakan bentuk lembaga salah satu dalam kegiataannya yakni menghimpun dan menyalurkan dana. Salah satu Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Syariah (LKMS) yang berkembang saat ini yaitu Bank Wakaf Mikro atau biasa di kenal dengan singkatan BWM, dalam pendiriannya atas izin Otoritas yang berdiri di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren. Penelitian ini bertitik tolak pada penggalian, pemaparan, penjelasan, penafsiran, dan estimasi terhadap gejala-gejala sosial dan fenomena empiris seperti: Kontribusi Bank Wakaf Mikro Terhadap UMKM Dalam Mengembangkan Industri Halal, dengan objek kajian Bank Wakaf Mikro di Sumatera Selatan. Bank Wakaf Mikro Nurul Huda hanya dalam posisi menyalurkan pembiayaan (financing) kepada nasabahnya dan tidak melakukan kegiatan menghimpun dana (finding). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas juga dapat dilihat bahwa beberapa produk telah mengantongi izin sertifikat halal maka kehadiran Bank Wakaf Mikro memiliki pengaruh terhadap UMKM dalam mengembangkan industri halal.

Abstract

The research entitled The Influence of Security, Knowledge, and Convenience on Customer Loyalty in Using E-banking Products at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Palembang Through Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of security, knowledge, and convenience on customer loyalty in using M-banking at the Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Palembang bank with satisfaction as the intervening variable. In this study the population used was all customers at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Palembang who were registered as BSB Mobile users. The research sample was taken as many as 100 people with the Random Sampling technique using the Hair et al formula. In this study a quantitative approach was used using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaire data. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 26.0 software tools. The results of this research variable Security has no effect on Customer Loyalty, Knowledge has no effect on Customer Loyalty, Convenience has an effect on Customer Loyalty, Satisfaction has an effect on Customer Loyalty, Security has no effect on Satisfaction, Knowledge has no effect on Satisfaction, Convenience has no effect on Satisfaction, Security has an effect on Customer Loyalty with Satisfaction as a mediating variable, Knowledge has an effect on Customer Loyalty with Satisfaction as a mediating variable, Convenience has an effect on Customer Loyalty with Satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This community service outreach activity discusses the mechanisms and management of cash waqf. This socialization was carried out because of the increasing distribution of cash waqf among the community and the many questions from the Al Muchtar Mutual Cooperation III Mosque recitation women regarding cash waqf procedures made the author interested in studying and holding outreach regarding cash waqf procedures. The aim of this socialization activity is to provide an understanding of cash waqf to recitation mothers with the hope that socialization participants can understand in detail about cash waqf. The methods used in this service are lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. The results of this service show that cash waqf management in Indonesia is grouped into two, namely cash waqf managed by sharia banks and private institutions. In practicing cash waqf, there are at least three things that must be considered. First, the method of collecting funds (fundraising), Second, managing the funds that have been successfully collected. Third, distribution of the results that can be created to the beneficiaries. Waqf money is jawaz (permissible) and is only allowed to be distributed to things that do not conflict with sharia. The principal value of waqf assets in the form of money must be guaranteed to be preserved, and cannot be sold, given away, and/or inherited

Abstract

This reseach article uses a quantitative approach to analyze how literacy about usury, social factors and personal factors affect customer decisions in choosing sharia banking services at BSI KCP Sungai Lilin. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to BSI KCP Sungai Lilin customers with a total sample of 275 customers through accidental sampling techniques. Data analysis of this reseach article used multiple linear analysis with the help of IMB SPSS 26 data processing software. The results of data analysis of reseach articles show that literacy about usury doesn’t affect customers decisions in using sharia Banking services. While social factors and personal factors affect customer decisions in using sharia banking services. Simultaneously literacy about usury, social factors and personal factors influence customer decicions to use sharia banking services at BSI KCP Sungai Lilin.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity, education level, and income on the intention to donate waqf through Cash Waqf Linked Deposit (CWLD). CWLD is an Islamic waqf innovation that places waqf funds in Islamic bank deposits, where the returns are utilized for social activities such as public facilities development, education, and healthcare. This research employs a quantitative method with purposive sampling, involving 80 respondents from Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) who have participated in CWLD. Data was collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that religiosity does not significantly affect the intention to donate waqf (p = 0.726), while education level (p = 0.000) and income (p = 0.018) have significant influences. This suggests that individuals with higher education and income levels are more likely to participate in CWLD. In conclusion, increasing waqf literacy, expanding socialization, and implementing inclusive policies are necessary to enhance CWLD accessibility, allowing it to contribute more effectively to Indonesia's social and economic development.

Abstract

This thesis research began with the songket business which marketed its products in terms of relatively low prices, but only a small number of devotees. As for the songket business which continuously promotes its consumers, there has been no increase. Then in other songket businesses, seen through the price offered is higher but still in demand by consumers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the SWOT of Islamic marketing (Islamic marketing) in the songket woven business in the city of Palembang. This type of research is field research with primary and secondary data sources. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out qualitatively descriptive using the SWOT method. The results of this study state that 1) the marketing strategy for songket businesses in Palembang city applies a marketing mix such as product, price, place, promotion, human resources, process, physical evidence, promises, patience, prioritizing consumer needs (customer centric). 2) Palembang's songket business applies four characteristics of Islamic marketing according to the study of Islamic figures Hermawan Kertajaya and Muhammad Syakir Sula namely rabbaniyah (spiritual or divine), ahlaqiyyah (ethical), al-waqi'iyyah (realistic), and insaniyyah (humanistic). 3) In the application of SWOT analysis, the songket woven fabric business in terms of strength has guaranteed quality products, more competitive prices than competitors, distribution avoids tyranny, promotions via the internet and social media. Weaknesses such as limited production capacity, promotions that have not been maximized, and limited marketing. Opportunities in the form of people's purchasing power tend to be consumptive, growth in the community's economic level, high demand for products. As well as threats in the form of inflation, the emergence of similar products made of machines, and business strategies that are easy to imitate.
