Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat membaca dengan kemandirian belajar siswa SMPN 1 Ladongi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMPN 1 Ladongi  yang berjumlah 385 siswa.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling sebanyak 20%, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) mayoritas minat membaca  siswa berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu 44 (59%). 2) mayoritas kemandirian belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu 45 (60%). 3) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara minat membaca dengan kemandirian belajar siswa SMPN 1 Ladongi. Hal ini berdasarkan nilai koefisien korelasi (rxy) = 0,705 Kata Kunci: Minat Membaca, Kemandirian Belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Sarolangun dalam membantu pelaksanaan administrasi fungsi anggota dewan perwakilan rakyat daerah Kabupaten Sarolangun, dengan analisis SWOT. Pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil Analisa menunjukkan posisi Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Sarolangun berada di kuadra I diagram caresius, artinya posisi mantap dalam pengembangan kinerjanya hasil analisis pada matrik SWOT di peroleh dalam menerapkan strategi pelayanan terhadap Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah meliputi, memanfaatkan teknologi informasi secara tepat dan benar, memaksimalkan pengelolaan angaran, penyediakan sarana dan prasarana perlengakapan kerja, melaksanakan pola karir sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan meningkatkan kerjsama baik internal organisasi mapun kepada ekternal organisasi terkait tugas pokok dan fungsi Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Sarolangun.

Abstract

Manajemen  keuangan pribadi adalah seni dan ilmu mengelola sumber daya (money) dari unit individual/ rumah tangga. Siswa/i harus mampu memanfaatkan uang untuk kehidupan yang menyadarkan diri bahwa pola kehidupan yang sederhana dan tidak boros. Pemborosan akan mengurangi kemampuan untuk memberdayakan potensi. Wirausaha dalam membantu peningkatan keuangan pribadi wirausaha juga akan menciptakan dampak negatif dalam usahanya. Semakin seorang wirausaha mampu memberdayakan potensi dirinya bersama sumber daya keuangan wirausaha, maka semakin lancar dan kuat usahanya.Mengelola keuangan pribadi tidaklah mudah diaplikasikan karena terdapat beberapa langkah sistematis yang harus diikuti. Namun, mengetahui manajemen keuangan pribadi, merupakan langkah awal untuk aplikasi yang tepat ketika mengelola uang pribadi. Manajemen  keuangan pribadi menuntut adanya pola hidup yang memiliki prioritas. Prinsip kekuatan   dari  prioritas   berpengaruh   juga  pada   tingkat   kedisiplinan   seseorang   ketika mengelola.Prioritas akan mendorong wirausaha untuk membahas tentang kedisiplinan yang merupakan  kesadaran  diri untuk mematuhi  aturan  serta kemampuan  diri untuk menyesuaikan dirinya dengan perubahan, maka secara eksplisit telah menyentuh kontrol diri (self control). Kata Kunci: Manajeme keuangann; Siswa Siswi SMK; Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat

Abstract

Funding institutions are currently growing rapidly, leading to increased competition in the financial sector. To remain competitive, companies must ensure that employees can contribute effectively and achieve organizational targets. This study aims to examine the effect of leadership, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPRS AlSalaam Amal Salman. The research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The population in this study consists of 81 employees, all of whom were selected using a census sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms through WhatsApp. The instrument used a Likert scale with five answer options. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The research involved descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that leadership, motivation, and work environment each have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, when tested simultaneously, these three variables reinforce each other in improving employee performance. The findings imply that organizations should focus on adopting effective leadership styles, fostering both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and creating a supportive work environment to enhance employee productivity and performance in a sustainable way.

Abstract

The Indonesian telecommunications sector is highly competitive and one of the fastest growing industries. Mobile operators have shifted from competing on rates or network coverage to focusing on service quality. A company's ability to provide superior and satisfying services is key to business sustainability and customer loyalty. Quantitative methods were used in this study to test and analyze the effect of the service quality of Indosat Ooredoo Mini Outlets on the satisfaction of Indosat Ooredoo customers in Karangasem Regency. Using five dimensions, variable X measures service quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. On the other hand, variable Y, or customer satisfaction, is measured through metrics such as conformity with expectations, interest in repurchasing, and recommendations from others. In this study, all Indosat Ooredoo customers in Karangasem Regency who had used the Customer Service at Mini Gerai were the subjects. The purposive sampling method was used to collect samples, and the total number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire was thirty. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the data to validate the hypothesis and determine how significant the influence of the independent variables was on the dependent variable. Quantitative research results show that the quality of Indosat Ooredoo Mini Outlet Customer Service, which consists of tangibles, reliability, response, assurance, and empathy elements, greatly affects Indosat Ooredoo customer satisfaction in Karangasem Regency. The results show that maintaining and improving service quality in all aspects is very important to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction in the Karangasem Regency area.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service Program (PKM) is to implement one of the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi) and to strengthen the role of universities in providing real contributions to the development and application of knowledge within society. This program was carried out at SMK ATTAUFIQIYYAH Baros with a focus on Career Planning and Development Socialization as an Effort to Increase Students’ Motivation in Pursuing Higher Education and Entrepreneurship. The background of this program lies in the low learning motivation, lack of self-confidence, and limited creativity and career insights among students. These conditions are further exacerbated by external factors, such as entrepreneurship learning that remains theoretical and the lack of family support in encouraging students to continue their education or to develop entrepreneurial initiatives. The methods used in this program were expository, namely verbal material delivery, and inquiry, which emphasizes critical and analytical thinking. These approaches were implemented through lectures, interactive discussions, case studies, entrepreneurship simulations, and practical exercises in career planning. The program targeted 30 students of SMK ATTAUFIQIYYAH and was conducted on October 15–16, 2025. The materials delivered included the importance of career planning, personal potential development, strategies to achieve short- and long-term goals, as well as insights into entrepreneurial opportunities in the digital era. The expected outcomes of this program include an increased understanding among students about the importance of early career planning, higher motivation to pursue tertiary education, and greater confidence in developing simple business ideas. Furthermore, this activity is expected to strengthen the school’s role in producing graduates who are more independent, creative, and competitive in both the workforce and the entrepreneurial sector. Thus, this PKM not only benefits the students but also contributes to the improvement of human resource quality within the school environment and the broader community.
