Abstract

Penelitian dibuat agar kita semua bisa memahami sejauh mana pengaruh dan hubungan antara Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Lokasi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di KFC Duta Garden. Baik hubungan secara satu persatu atau disebut dengan parsial atau secara bersamaan yaiut simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian di KFC Duta Garden dengan menggunakan metode deskriptfif dengan cara melakukan pendekatan kuantitatif dan melakukan yang dinamakann teknik analisis SPSS. Metode kuantitatif adalah salah satu dari banyak metode yang menggunakan system pengambilan suatu sampel dari beberapa populasi. Dari uji ANOVA dibisa Fhitung ialah 7.820 dengan signifikan 0,000 yang sdmn angka 0,000 < 0,05 lalu Fhitung > Ftabel atau 7.820 > 3,09. jadi Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terbisa koneksi linear dari variabel Kuaalitas Produk, Kualitas pelayanan, dan Lokasi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Maka model tersebut sudah bisa layak, dan tepat guna memprediksi Kualitas Produk, Kualitas pelayanan, dan Lokasi.

Abstract

Nilai uang saat ini nilainya akan menurun karena adanya faktor inflasi, untuk itulah kita perlu berinvestasi kedalam suatu aset investasi, dalam penelitian ini, instrumen investasi yang diteliti adalah saham, menggunakan rasio keuangan untuk menyatakan apakah rasio keuangan memiliki korelasi terhadap harga saham sehingga bisa mencari perusahaan yang dapat memberikan keuntungan berupa capital gain, objek penelitian ini menggunakan rasio keuangan antara lain : earning per share, total asset turnover, return on equity, dan debt to asset ratio. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar indeks LQ45. Dengan menggunakan bantuan program Eviews versi 10 sebagai aplikasi dalam melakukan pengolahan data yang digunakan.

Abstract

Berorganisasi merupakan salah satu kemampuan penting dalam membangun kerjasama dengan orang lain. Suatu jenis tugas atau pekerjaan dengan tujuan tertentu dapat dilakukan secara bersama-sama secara lebih mudah dalam kelompok yang terorganisir, dibandingkan hanya dilakukan seorang diri. Pengembangan organisasi merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan dalam setiap organisasi. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kesiapan dan kemampuan tersendiri untuk dapat terlibat dalam suatu proyek pekerjaan yang terjalin dalam organisasi tersendiri. Terlebih di masa pandemi yang masih terus berlanjut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan pelatihan secara tatap muka dengan protocol Kesehatan selama pandemic 19 dengan metode partisipatori dengan peserta sebanyak 35 pemuda pemudi kecamatan Benda Tangerang. Dari pelatihan yang telah dilakukan para pemuda termotivasi untuk menjadi bagian dari solusi atas krisis yang sedang terjadi dengan aktif berorganisasi dengan tetap memperhatikan kesehatan dan menjalankan anjuran pemerintah terkait pembatas sosial dan pencegahan penularan Covid19

Abstract

Currently, awareness of the importance of environmental sustainability is a trend that is carried out by many countries in the world with the term Go Green. Awareness of Importance protecting the environment is currently supported by the publication of public policies related to this matter. So that the SRI Kehati Index was formed in 2009. This study focuses on the object of research the influence of world oil prices, silver prices, USD exchange rate, the Dow Jones Industrial Index on the SRI Kehati Stock Price Index in the period January 2021 to December 2021, and obtained a total of 247 data. The method chosen for this research is the Ordinary Least Square method with classical assumption test, f test, t test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination test. The test results conclude that partially oil prices, silver prices, the Dow Jones index and the USD exchange rate have a significant influence. Simultaneously. Oil prices, silver prices, the Dow Jones index and the USD exchange rate were tested together against the Y variable, namely the SRI Kehati Index. With adjusted results 0.424210 or 42.42% while the rest is shown in the variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Due to the inflation factor, for that we need to invest in an investment asset, the current value of money will decrease. The investment instrument studied in this study were shares, using financial ratios to establish whether financial ratios are correlated with stock prices so that we can search for companies that can provide benefits in the form of capital gains, the object of this research uses ratios, among others: earnings per share, total asset turnover, return on equity, and debt/asset ratio. This research, using the help of the Eviews version 10 program as an application to process the data used, was carried out on companies listed on the lq45 index. In this study, the purposive sampling method was used as the sampling method. The number of samples used were 23 companies with research data carried out from 2017 to 2021, so 115 observation data were obtained. From the results of this study it is known that: (1) Earnings per share has a significant positive effect on share prices, this is evidenced with a significance of 0.0000 and a t value of 11.35574, so H1 is accepted; (2) The Turnover of Total Assets has a significant positive effect on stock prices, this is evidenced by the significance of 0.0156 and the value of the arithmetic t (2.456378) for which H2 is accepted; (3) Return on Equity has a significant positive effect on share prices, this is evidenced by a significance of 0.0010 and a t-count value of 3.368250, so H3 is accepted; (4) The debt to asset ratio has a significant negative effect on share prices, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.1872 and a t-count value of (1.327267) so H4 is rejected; (5) Obtained Simultaneous Test Results Arithmetic results F of 33.50263 with probability 0.000000 can be concluded if simultaneously all variables have a significant influence on stock prices. The results of the regression analysis show the adjusted value (r^2) of 0.532807, which means that variations in Earnings per Share, Total Asset Turnover, Return on Equity, and Debt to Assets Ratio can explain the 53.28 % of changes in stock price. While the remaining 46.72% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The value of the money is going to decrease because of inflation, so we have to invest in an investment asset. The investment tool explored in this research is c-stock which uses financial ratios to determine whether financial ratios are correlated with stock prices in order to identify capital intensive companies. This research uses ratios such as EPS TATO ROE and asset or debt ratio to provide profitability. This study has been carried out in the case of manufacturing companies listed on IDX, using Eviews version 10 as a data processing tool. The primary sampling method was applied in this study, as it is the standard of sampling. From 2019 to 2022 the samples were six companies with research data and therefore 32 observation reports have been collected. Because of the review, it is known that (1) Profit per share emphatically affects stock costs. The meaning of 00154 demonstrates this so H1 is acknowledged. ( 2) The complete resource turnover rate essentially affects the stock cost as confirmed by the meaning of 01040 so H2 is dismissed. ( 3) Return on value emphatically affects stock cost ( ) which is demonstrated at the importance level 00390 so H3 is acknowledged. ( 4) The obligation to resource rate affects share costs, this is validated by a critical worth of0.0719 so H4 is dismissed;( 5) accomplished contemporaneous Experimental outcomes calculation results F of3.103040 with probability0.031819 can be closed in the event that all factors have a huge impact contemporaneously on costs of stock. The aftereffects of the retrogression examination show the adjusted worth( r2) of0.213441, implies that varieties in Profit per Offer, Advancement of All out Resource, Return on Value, and Obligation to implies rate can make sense of the21.34 of changes in stock value, the remaining78.66 is made sense of not analyzed by different factors in this review.

Abstract

With the development of information technology nowadays, it has not been optimized to penetrate the business through expanding marketing through E-Commerce The potential for developing and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit to the younger generation in RW 15, Kampung Sejahtera Mandiri Teras Pancasila, Tangerang City is very large. One of the reasons for its strategic location as the entrance route to the west of Jakarta. However, product marketing activities have not been optimally implemented. The purpose of this training is to improve MSME Management Management, which is expected to increase its business in marketing products and using E-Commerce optimally. In this training, the on the spot method to the business field is used, the method of observation and interviews, the method of discussion and question and answer, as well as the provision of materials and practices for improving business planning management Marketing management management (ECommerce). Several participants were also asked to explain the results of their business plans. The hope is that the results of the evaluation of 25 training participants generally show an increase in knowledge and understanding after being given Marketing and E-commerce materials to improve the management of MSME management in RW15 Kampung Teras Pancasila Tangerang

Abstract

The technological developments that are happening nowadays are growing rapidly. All aspects of human life in their activities use information technology as a tool to facilitate and accelerate activities carried out. On the other hand, competition in the economic sector is also getting tougher. All producers are competing in marketing their products to consumers. The era of information technology using internet networks makes the distortion of time and space meaningless. Marketing is an important aspect of economic activity. The combination of good marketing concepts with technology makes producers more reliable in maintaining their existence. The growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is flourishing in Indonesia. According to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2016, MSMEs contributed 60.34% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and 89.2 percent of labor absorption. Many home industry MSMEs are growing and have a contribution to the economy. However, the contribution of MSMEs to the value of Indonesian exports has only reached 14.17% of the total exports. This data shows that the role of MSMEs in the Indonesian economy is very large. However, with the current development of information technology, it has not been optimized for business penetration through expanding marketing through digital media

Abstract

Dewasa ini koperasi terus mengembangkan sayap dibidang usahanya untuk mengikuti perkembangan kebutuhan manusia yang tak terbatas. Salah satu produk usaha koperasi yang dirasakan kian hari semakin dibutuhkan masyarakat adalah produk simpan pinjam. Koperasi Kita Maju Bersama memiliki produk kegiatan simpan pinjam. Dalam mengelola produk ini diperlukan manajemen resiko kredit, terutama dalam mengelola kredit bermasalah yang menjadi kredit macet. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan untuk mengatasi kredit macet pada koperasi yang dihadiri 23 orang dalam kegiatan ini. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan yakni adanya pemaparan yang bersifat teoritis yang dilakukan secara online. Manfaat yang dihasilkan pada program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah para anggota koperasi memperoleh pemahaman yang semakin baik terhadap penilaian kelayakan pemberian kredit. Penyelesaian saat kredit bermasalah melalui mekanisme pemanggilan kepada kreditur tersebut dengan memberikan solusi memperpanjang tenor waktu cicilan agar memperkecil nilai cicilan saat pembayaran

Abstract

Pemidanaan adalah upaya untuk menyadarkan warga binaan agar menyesali perbuatannya, dan mengembalikannya menjadi warga masyarakat yang baik, taat kepada hukum, menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai moral, sosial dan keagamaan, sehingga tercapai kehidupan masyarakat yang aman, tertib dan damai. Sistem pemasyarakatan merupakan suatu rangkaian kesatuan penegakan hukum pidana. Sistem pemasyarakatan disamping bertujuan untuk mengembalikan Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan sebagai warga yang baik juga bertujuan untuk melindungi masyarakat terhadap kemungkinan diulanginya tindak pidana oleh Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan, serta merupakan penerapan dan bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari nilai – nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan yakni adanya pemaparan yang bersifat teoritis yang dilakukan secara tatap muka mengenai konsep berwirausaha dan berbisnis termasuk mengelola keuangan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan warga binaan dengan menggunakan aplikasi buku kas. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini dilakukan pada tanggal 02 Oktober 2021 dengan mengambil lokasi di Lapas Pemuda Kelas IIA Tangerang. Minimnya modal dan terbatasnya akses menjadi kendala utama warga binaan selepas bebas dan kembali kemasyarakat, disisi lain kebutuhan hidup terus berjalan dan tidak mungkin hanya mengandalkan orang lain, sehingga harus berwirausaha sendiri. Dengan permasalahan tersebut Universitas Buddhi Dharma menawarkan program pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan bagi usaha yang baru mulai dirintis secara mudah.
