Writing is part of the language skills used to communicate and is considered to be one of the easiest aspects so that errors in descriptive writing are often found. This happens because descriptive writing requires an object that can be described because it requires a learning media that can help these problems. As for the problem of this research is whether through the Picture and Picture model can improve learning outcomes English aspects of writing descriptive texts in class VIII SMPN 2 Peureulak Barat. The purpose of the study was to improve the learning outcomes of English in the aspect of writing descriptive texts through the Picture and Picture model in class VIII of Peureulak Barat Middle School 2. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques. The sample of the eighth grade students of Peureulak West Junior High School 2 research was 20 students. Data collection techniques in this study are Student Worksheets and observation sheets. learning outcomes in cycle 1 are still unsatisfactory from 20 students, who completed only 12 students (60%) while the average score was only 67 and in cycle II 18 of the 20 students had completed their learning outcomes (90%) with an average score Student test scores reach 82.25. The results of this study indicate the application of the Picture and Picture Model can improve the learning outcomes of English aspects of descriptive text writing in Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Peureulak Barat.

Background: Free sex has become more familiar to teenagers in today's life. This phenomenon occurs within many teenagers in junior and senior high schools, in big cities as well as in remote villages. Free sex may result in unwanted pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections, and social disruption in the society. Objective: This study aimed to determine the level of knowledge about free sex in adolescents. Methods: This research was conducted in April 2014, at SMA 11 Yogyakarta. The subjects were all students of class XI, consisted of 270 students. This study used a questionnaire as a measuring tool. Data analysis was performed with a univariate analysis. Results: Results showed that most respondents had adequate level of knowledge (81%), 17% had moderate level of knowledge and 2% have low level of knowledge about free sex. Conclusion: The level of knowledge about free sex in SMA Negeri 11 Yogyakarta students was majority adequate. Keywords: Knowledge Level, Teens, Free Sex

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pertidaksamaan linear satu variabel di kelas VII SMPN 12 Palu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Rancangan penelitian ini mengacu pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMPN 12 Palu yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan data hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pertidaksamaan linear satu variabel di kelas VII SMPN 12 Palu yaitu dengan mengikuti fase-fase sebagai berikut: 1) fase penyampaian tujuan dan pemotivasian siswa, 2) fase penyajian informasi, 3) fase pengorganisasian kelompok belajar dan penomoran, 4) fase pengajuan pertanyaan atau masalah, 5) fase berpikir bersama, 6) fase pemberian jawaban, 7) fase pemberian penghargaan. Kata Kunci: Numbered Head’s Togther, hasil belajar, pertidaksamaan linear satu variabel. Abstract: This research aim to obtain a description about implementation of applying Cooperative Learning Type Numbered Head’s Together that can improve student’s learning out comes on linier inequality with one variable material in Class VII SMPN 12 Palu. Kind of this research is classroom action research. The design of this research refers to research design and Mc. Kemmis Taggart. The subject were students of class VIIA SMPN 12 Palu totaling twenty students. This research was conducted in two cycles. Data of this research was collected through observation sheet, interview, note fields, and data of student’s learning outcomes. The results of the research showed that the application of Cooperative Learning Type NHT can improve student’s learning outcomes on linier inequality with one variable material in Class VII SMPN 12 Palu. it follow the phases: 1) conveying the learning objective and motivating, 2) presenting information, 3) organizing study group and numbering, 4) questioning or probleming, 5) heads together, 6) answering, 7) giving appreciation. Background: Discovered over 200 million children below five years is not developing according to age. Bantul districtin the year 2008 there is still early detection of growth that have not reached 100%, based on data from at thePHC Imogiri I 78,88%, PHC Imogiri II82,06%. While the number of babies who are given exclusive breast feedingat the PHC Imogiri I 45,75% and PHC Imogiri II19,59%. In the area of PHC Imogiri I, found delays in the developmentof age-appropriate or not is in the village of Wukirsari 6 of 284 infants, in the village of Girirejo 2 of 50 infants,in the village of Karangtalun 3 of 7 infants, and in the village of Imogiri 1 of 42 such infants and there 5 infants whoexperience age-appropriate development was not on fine motor development.Objective: To determine the correlation grant of age complementary feeding with interference trend growth finemotor in the area of work Public Health Center Imogiri I, Bantul, Yogyakarta.Method: The study was an analytical survey with cross sectional approach. The subjects were 0-12 month-old babyat the PHC Imogiri I sample as many as 413 infants with 133 infants using a quota sampling technique. This is achecklist of research instruments and sheet DDST II. Analysis of data using multivariate statistical test that is chisquare with significancy 0,05 level.Results: The proportion of infants who were given complementary feeding before the age of 6 months was 26,3%,infants who experienced fine motor development according to age as much as 73,3%. The magnitude of risk infantsexperiencing fine motor developmental delay infants who were given complementary feeding before the age of 6months was 31,4% and the risk of infants experiencing fine motor developmental delay infants given complementaryfeeding 6 months starting from the age of 6,1%.Conclusion: The administration of the complementary feeding before the age of 6 months are risk factors of theoccurrence of fine motor development disorders in infants.Keywords: Giving Complementary Feeding, Fine Motor Development

Accuracy in filling out nursing care documentation is important in nursing services, because it will provide legal protection for both the giver and the recipient. Nursing care will reflect the quality of nursing care. The accuracy of filling nursing care documentation is influenced by motivation. From the results of the study the standards of nursing care applied were taken from 30 patient statuses. Can be taken the result of 61.5%. Who performs the standard nursing care that is applied. This study aims to determine the relationship between the work motivation of nurses and the accuracy of documentation of nursing care in the living health care installation at the Sundari Hospital in Medan. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional approach. Samples for the motivation of nurses were taken from 4 living medical care units with a total sample of 30 respondents, and for the accuracy of filling out nursing care documentation, quota sampling was taken. Data was taken using a questionnaire, for the accuracy of filling out nursing care documentation using the ASAK instrument from the Ministry of Health 1997. To determine the relationship between two variables, the Product Moment Correlation Test was carried out with the results of rxy = 0.474 and p = 0.008, which means that there is a significant relationship between nurses' work motivation. with the accuracy of filling out nursing care documentation in the inpatient room at Sundari Hospital Medan.

The delivery process often causes injuries and trauma to the uterine and vaginal areas. Especially those who do vaginal delivery. This wound can cause uncomfortable feelings and also quite severe pain when giving birth to pregnant women. And in order to reduce or overcome this pain, of course there are several ways that can be done to help pregnant women who are in labor so that pain can be overcome during labor. The purpose of this study was to find out and also obtain information and data on how the effect of holding finger relaxation can overcome and become the management of perineal wound pain in postpartum mothers for respondents or informants who control and deliver the process at the Sundari General Hospital. This study used pre and post test systems based on control of groups of respondents or informants in Sundari Public Hospital. In this study, there were 50 postpartum mothers who experienced perineal injuries. From this population the experimental group consisted of 25 people, while the control group also consisted of 25 respondents. For sampling using a purposive sampling technique where the research instrument will use an observation sheet with the NRS pain scale or Numerical Ra Scale as the data to be collected. The data collection will be analyzed using the Mann-Whitney system. And the effect of finger grip relaxation on perineal wound pain in postpartum mothers carried out at Sundari General Hospital can be an application process for mothers who are about to give birth to reduce pain.

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Distress and Liquidity on Audit Report Lag. The sample used in this study is the Property and Real Estate that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and published Financial Statements successively in the 2019-2021 period with 46 sample companies. The independent variables of this research are Financial Distress measured by the Z Score (Dummy) and Liquidity measured by the Current Ratio. The dependent variable of this study is the Audit Report Lag as measured by Dummy. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling method with certain criteria, during the research period. The analytical method used is Logistic Regression which is called Report Lag. processed using SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that Financial Distress does not affect Audit Report Lag while Liquidity has a negative and significant effect on Audit Report Lag.
