Abstract

Community service activities through socialization aim to provide knowledge and skills of simple accounting bookkeeping for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Leran Village, Manyar District, Gresik Regency. The limited understanding of accounting, which is considered complicated, has resulted in the community as business actors being still minimal in compiling financial reports. The socialization activity of simple accounting bookkeeping was held as a means to help solve problems faced by MSME business actors due to their lack of understanding of accounting and financial reports. The form of activities carried out is by holding education through socialization, publication of financial statements, as well as question and answer discussions about simple accounting bookkeeping. This activity was given by students of the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik to provide information and increase knowledge about good and correct accounting records and preparation of financial reports. Financial reports can be used as information for decision making by various stakeholders, so this is very important to be applied even by MSME actors because it can realize sustainable business growth. Bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu dengan mengadakan edukasi melalui sosialisasi, publikasi bentuk laporan keuangan, serta diskusi tanya jawab seputar pembukuan akuntansi sederhana. Kegiatan ini diberikan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik guna sebagai bekal informasi dan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencatatan akuntansi dan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang baik dan benar. Laporan keuangan dapat menjadi sebuah informasi dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh berbagai pemangku kepentingan maka hal ini sangat penting untuk diterapkan meski oleh pelaku UMKM karena dapat mewujudkan pertumbuhan usaha secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Daphnia sp is a small aquatic organism that is rich in nutrients and is generally used as a potential natural food because of its high nutritional content. Challenges in fish farming arise because the availability of Daphnia sp is not always stable. As an alternative solution, tofu dregs and ginger extract are used as a source of protein and nutrition for Daphnia sp. Tofu dregs contain protein from soybean starch, while ginger extract contains immunostimulants. This study aims to evaluate the population density and growth rate of Daphnia sp by using media with tofu dregs and ginger extract with certain variations in composition. This research was carried out in Gopaan Sembunganyar Dukun-Gresik Hamlet in April-May 2024. The research method used was an experimental approach with a Completely Randomized Design (RAL), consisting of 3 treatments which were repeated 3 times, so that a total of 9 experimental units were obtained. Each treatment used a water volume of 8 liters with a Daphnia density of 20 individuals per liter. The parameters observed were temperature, pH, amonia, protein, fat and carbohydrate concentrations. The research results showed that the activity of providing Tofu Dregs and Ginger Extract had a significant influence on population density and growth of Daphnia sp. Treatment P2 showed the highest results with a density reaching 2653 ind.Lˉ¹, growth rate of 33.17%, protein content of 33.17%, fat content of 8.99%, and carbohydrate content of 53.36%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi dan nilai tukar terhadap kinerja keuangan. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sengan sampel sebanyak 114 laporan keuangan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa inflasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan nilai tukar berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Lead is a kind of non-essential heavy metals included in the metal causing environmental pollution with persistent properties that might harm the consumers. This study aimed to determine the best method for reducing the lead level on the freshwater snail Filopaludina javanica using three various water treatment models. Soaking water treatment (6h, 12h, 18h, 24h), flowing water treatment (6h, 12h, 18h, 24h), and refreshing water treatment (6h, 12h, 24h). The lead level assay in both samples used Atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS), and the physical and chemical parameters were measured, such as temperature, pH, and Dissolved Oxygen (DO). The lowest value of lead content on freshwater’s soft body snail and water sample respectively were soaking water treatment at 6h (0.64 ± 0.02 mg L-1) and 24h (0.0045 ± 0.0015 mg L-1); flowing water treatment at 24h (0.04 ± 0.007 mg L-1) and 18h (0.0036 ± 0.0009 mg L-1) and; refreshing water treatment at 24h (0.150 ± 0.011) and 12h (0.007 ± 0.001), with control 0.072 ± 0.00 mg L-1 and 0.067 ± 0.00 mg L-1. Therefore, the most effective model to reduce the lead content was flowing water treatment within 24h in the freshwater soft body snail and 18h in the water sample.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green accounting terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan kinerja lingkungan sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor barang konsumen primer yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2021-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif, dengan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 36 perusahaan dengan jumlah data yang digunakan sebanyak 108 data yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan (annual report) atau laporan keberlanjutan (sustainability report) pada masing-masing perusahaan. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu uji analisis jalur dengan program SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa green accounting berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan, green accounting berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja lingkungan, kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan kinerja lingkungan memediasi sebagian (partial mediation) pengaruh green accounting terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Generation Z or students' interaction with the internet world is very active; since they were little, they have lived and been used to playing with gadgets. On average, students can access 7-10 hours/day. Activities can have positive value if the interaction is directed at positive activities. On the other hand, if it is not directed, the tendency is negative. Glagah District is rich in aquaculture products, capture fisheries, and even processing of fishery products. However, this potential has yet to be optimized as a business opportunity. Few people still sell fishery products online despite the significant business opportunities and broad market access. Its existence is essential to run; the business will remain in place without it—students with all their potential need to be directed to take advantage of these business opportunities. Through internal community empowerment activities at the Muhammadiyah University of Gresik, students will be given meaningful stimulus and education to be empowered when they graduate. This activity is carried out using lecture and practice methods. The result is that students grow in their entrepreneurial spirit, understand the region's potential, understand the characteristics of online buying and selling, and can brand various fishery products online.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan inovasi warga desa Rayunggumuk, Kecamatan Glagah, Kabupaten Lamongan khususnya kelompok Bina Sejahtera dalam mengolah seluruh bagian ikan nila menjadi produk olahan yang bernilai ekonomis. Metode yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan inovasi warga dilakukan melalui sosialisasi, transfer ilmu, demonstrasi langsung dan monitoring. Sedangkan metode pendekatan menggunakan pendekatan PRA (Partisipatory Rural Appraisal). Kegitan demonstrasi langsung dan bimbingan teknis meliputi 2 kegiatan inti yaitu pembuatan olahan abon ikan nila dan keripik kulit ikan nila dilanjutkan cara pemanfaatan limbah olahan ikan menjadi makanan ternak. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di kelompok Bina Sejahtera terbukti dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan inovasi warga desa khususnya kelompok mitra Bina Sejahtera dalam memanfaatkan melimpahnya hasil panen ikan nila dengan menjadikan olahan makanan berupa abon ikan nila dan keripik ikan nila dengan kemasan yang menarik serta memanfaatkan limbah hasil olahan ikan menjadi makanan ternak.

Abstract

  Pendampingan manajemen kewirausahaan bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Bawangan, Kecamatan Ploso, Kabupaten Jombang, merupakan bagian dari program pengabdian masyarakat STIE PGRI Dewantara Jombang, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kapasitas dan daya saing bisnis lokal, terutama dalam hal efisiensi dan produktivitas UMKM. Metode pendampingan melibatkan observasi, sosialisasi, dan pendampingan langsung kepada pelaku UMKM, dengan indikator keberhasilan berupa partisipasi aktif, peningkatan pemahaman dan penerapan manajemen kewirausahaan, serta peningkatan kualitas produk dan layanan. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman manajemen kewirausahaan, strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif, dan peningkatan kualitas produk. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti kendala branding produk dan keterbatasan sumber daya tetap ada. Kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan dan masyarakat dapat memberikan solusi, seperti merancang label produk untuk meningkatkan daya tarik pasar. Rekomendasi untuk masa depan mencakup pelatihan tambahan dalam manajemen kewirausahaan dan dukungan berkelanjutan untuk pertumbuhan UMKM di Desa Bawangan.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of feeding different brands of animal feed, namely Fengli and Kaiohji, on the survival of vanami shrimp seeds during the ponding process. The methods used included observation of water quality (pH, salinity, temperature) and calculation of shrimp seed survival in ponds with a size of 10 m x 6 m and a stocking density of 500,000 fish/field. Feeding was done routinely at the rate of 500 grams per day for 8 days with different treatment patterns in each pond. The results showed that feeding with Fengli brand gave a higher survival rate of shrimp seeds than Kaiohji brand. During eight days of nursery, the water pH naturally decreased from 7.5–7.6 to 7.1–7.2 due to the accumulation of metabolite residues, feed, and microorganism activity. Despite the decrease, the pH remained within the optimal limits (7.0–8.5) for whiteleg shrimp seeds. The water temperature was stable at 29–30°C, supporting the growth and metabolism of larvae. The highest survival rate was obtained in treatment A1 (Fengli) at 70%, while the highest from Kaiohji was B3 with 61% survival. This study provides recommendations for the selection of appropriate feed to improve the survival of vanami shrimp seeds in the ponding process.
