Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of education and per capita income on the poverty rate in Aceh Province during the period 2010 to 2023. The level of education is measured through average years of schooling, while per capita income reflects the economic welfare condition of the community. Secondary data in this study were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and analyzed using multiple linear regression method. The results show that education has a negative and significant influence on poverty, while per capita income shows a positive but insignificant influence. Overall, these two variables have a significant influence on poverty in Aceh Province. This shows the importance of increasing access to education and improving income distribution to reduce poverty. However, increasing per capita income alone is not effective enough if it is not accompanied by equal distribution and improved quality of education. The coefficient of determination (R²) for the variables of education and per capita income on poverty in Aceh Province is 92.41%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the variables of this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the right and competitive business strategy in maintaining and developing the Rega Bakery and Cake bakery business in Langsa City. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by interviews and document studies. Source determination using purposive sampling technique. Data validity was tested by source triangulation. The data analysis method used is an analysis of the company's internal and external environment which is the basis for conducting a SWOT analysis. The results of the study are that Rega Bakery and Cake is in quadrant II and the strategy that must be implemented is a diversification strategy through market penetration by expanding market share through marketing/promotion efforts, market development by expanding market share geographically is a new area and product development by modifying the product . It is recommended that this business always improve service quality with the concept of Customer Oriented. Provide good facilities for customers. Carry out marketing activities on a regular basis with accuracy and precision and neatness to increase revenue.

Abstract

Indonesia's coastal resources provide livelihoods for many communities, including Langsa City in Aceh Province, known for its shrimp paste production. Terasi Awaina, a local shrimp paste business, faces challenges with outdated packaging and limited marketing reach. This community service project aimed to optimize Terasi Awaina's packaging and marketing strategies. Conducted over six months, the project involved surveys, practical training, outreach, and mentoring to enhance the business's operations and market appeal. Training focused on modern packaging techniques and establishing an official business website. The results showed significant improvements in participants' knowledge and skills, increased production efficiency, and expanded market reach. Modern packaging and a professional online presence boosted sales and competitiveness. This project demonstrates the potential for technological and digital solutions to drive sustainable development in traditional industries, contributing to economic growth and improved livelihoods in rural communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh infrastruktur jalan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, pengaruh infrastruktur listrik terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengaruh infrastruktur jalan dan listrik terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini menggunaan penelitian kuantitatif. enelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dalam bentuk jadi dan telah diolah oleh pihak lainnya yang biasanya dalam bentuk publikasi. Jenis data yang digunakan berupa data Time Series (runtun waktu). Sumber data diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan mengenai pengaruh infrastruktur terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Aceh, dalam penelitian dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa Variabel infrastruktur jalan yang terdapat nilai probabilitasnya yaitu sebesar 0.1804 > 0.05 sehinngga dapat disimpulkan bahwa infrastruktur jalan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Variabel infrastruktur listrik yang terdapat nilai probabilitasnya yaitu sebesar 0.0220 < 0.05 sehinngga dapat disimpulkan bahwa infrastruktur listrik berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kata kunci: Pusat Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Infrastruktur Jalan, Infrastruktur Listrik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja (TPAK) dan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Provinsi Aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari BPS Aceh periode 2005-2024 dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui Eviews. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial TPAK berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan TPT juga menunjukan hubungan yang negatif namun signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Aceh. Secara simultan kedua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Aceh meskipun kontribusi sebesar 51,12%.

Abstract

This study analyzes monetary variables and ZIS on poverty in Aceh Province through economic growth. The data used are secondary data sourced from Baitul Mal Aceh and the Central Statistics Agency, using path analysis. The results of the study indicate that inflation does not directly have a significant effect on economic growth in Aceh Province, while interest rates and ZIS have a direct significant effect on economic growth in Aceh Province. Inflation and economic growth do not directly have a significant effect on poverty in Aceh Province, while interest rates and ZIS have a significant effect on poverty in Aceh Province. However, inflation does not indirectly have a significant effect on poverty in Aceh Province through economic growth. Interest rates and ZIS have an indirect significant effect on poverty in Aceh Province through economic growth. These findings underscore the importance of evaluating ZIS management and distribution strategies by the government and related institutions, so that programs do not only focus on increasing economic growth, but also ensure that the benefits are felt directly by the poor. This study contributes to the literature on population economics by revealing the role of a combination of monetary policy and Islamic social financial instruments in poverty alleviation efforts in Aceh

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat Pendidikan, upah minimum dan migrasi masuk terhadap pengangguran di Provinsi Aceh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder time series selama periode 2013-2023 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Aceh. Metode analisis yang digunakan Adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pengangguran di Provinsi Aceh, Variabel upah minimum berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap pengangguran di Provinsi Aceh, Variabel migrasi masuk berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pengangguran di Provinsi Aceh. Secara simultan variabel tingkat pendidikan, upah minimum dan migrasi masuk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran di Provinsi Aceh.
