Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk, metode penjualan, penguasaan teknologi, pangsa pasar, terhadap keberlangsungan UMKM produk makanan pada masa pandemi di Kabupaten Bireuen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 87 UMKM produk makanan. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan variable Inovasi Produk paling dominan (signifikan) mempengaruhi keberlangsungan UMKM, SedangkanĀ  variable metode penjualan, penguasaan teknologi dan pangsa pasar berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Koefisien determinasi R2 menunjukkan kemampuan mempengaruhi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 21.89%, sedangkan 78.11% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel di luar penelitian ini. Adapun implikasi dari adanya penelitian ini adalah ditemukannya solusi mengatasi permasalahan keberlangsungan UMKM di Kabupaten Bireuen. sedangkan Keterbatasan penelitian ini pada pengambilan data yang didasarkan pada data dari dinas perindustrian, padahal kondisi sebenarnya sangat banyak ditemukan UMKM yang belum terdata dan belum memiliki ijin usaha.Kata Kunci : keberlangsungan, inovasi, metode penjualan, teknologi, pangsa pasarĀ AbstrackThis study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation, sales methods, technological mastery, market share, on the sustainability of MSMEs in food products during the pandemic in Bireuen Regency. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis method. Respondents in this study were 87 SMEs of food products. The results of the study partially show that the Product Innovation variable is the most dominant (significantly) influencing the sustainability of MSMEs, while the sales method, technology mastery and market share variables have a positive but not significant effect. The coefficient of determination R2 shows the ability to influence the independent variable on the dependent variable by 21.89%, while the other 78.11% is influenced by variables outside this study. The implication of this research is finding a solution to overcome the problem of the sustainability of MSMEs in Bireuen Regency. While the limitations of this research are data collection which is based on data on MSMEs that have been registered with the industry office, even though the actual conditions are very many MSMEs that have not been registered and do not have a business license.Keyword : sustainability, innovation, sales methods, technology, market share
