Pesatnya perkembangan industri digital saat ini memberikan pengaruh besar pada kemajuan terhadap industri global di Indonesia. Tentu banyak pihak yang terlibat dalam industri digital tersebut. Manfaat internet saat ini dirasakan hampir di setiap segmen aktifitas manusia. Salah satu aktifitas bisnis masyarakat yang berkembang saat ini adalah perdagangan online, atau populer disebut dengan Electronic Commerce.Untuk mendukung aktifitas e-commerce diperlukan adanya suatu sistem pembayaran berbasis internet (internet payment system). Saat ini yang berkembang di beberapa Marketplace telah menggunakan metode/sistem QR-Code (Quick Response Code) sebagai metode pembayarannya. Metode tersebut terbukti efisien dalam efektifitas transaksi e-commerce. Namun muncul juga polemik dalam masyarakat mengenai metode QR-Code. Untuk melakukan pembayaran dengan metode QR-Code masyarakat harus melek teknologi dan mengerti tentang penerapan dan fungsinya. Saat ini masyarakat terlena dengan kemudahan yang ditawarkan perusahaan e-commerce dengan metode pembayaran QR-Code tanpa mengerti dan memahami keamanan/perlindungan hukum tentang metode QR-Code yang jelas.Dengan adanya suatu kajian tentang perlindungan terhadap sistem pembayaran elektronik berbasis QR-Code diharapkan konsumen e-commerce dan masyarakat Indonesia pada umumnya mengerti bagaimana penerapan metode pembayaran tersebut dan keamanan metode pembayaran tersebut dalam memberi perlindungan bagi konsumen e-commerce.

Digital media is currently utilized by the entire community because it has provided its own space digitally for its users to move in terms of communication and various activities. Especially in terms of communication today people prefer digital media / platforms in sending short messages for information or data delivery activities. The ability to send fast, easy and equipped with service features as per the needs of its users becomes an effective choice for the public in using digital short message platforms. The use of digital messaging platforms today also makes people begin to realize the importance of security in data transmission. The high activity of people who send personal data through digital platforms must also be balanced with the level of security and confidentiality of data on the platform. This research aims to find out the legal protection arrangements in the delivery of data through digital messaging platforms so that the wider community understands security and data protection. This research uses normative juridical research methods using the legal sources of literature. The wider community today sees the number of cases of data violations / misuse through digital messaging platforms is clear evidence that personal data is a human right of digital platform users that must be protected. Therefore, it is necessary to have legal tools that can accommodate the form of laws to ensure the security and protection of personal data.
Improvement of English Grammar Understanding Using ERWRT For STMIK STIKOM Indonesia’s Students

This study aims to improve English grammar understanding using ERWRT for STMIK STIKOM Indonesia’s students. The approach in this research is action research using Classroom Action research (CAR). The data are collected by using observation, interview and literary research. The results of this study showed that the implementation of ERWRT has improved students’ level of understanding on English grammar that can be seen through pre-implementation, Middle Test (Cycle I) and Final Test (Cycle II). The results of pre–implementation show that out of 38 students, there were 28 students did not get the lowest score 55 as the passing score of the college. Middle Test (Cycle I) tested 6 topics those are (1) subject pronouns; (2) preposition of place; (3) simple present tense; (4) agreement of subject and verb; (5) agreement of numbers and nouns dan (6) simple past tense. The results of the test show that out of 36 students only 18 students get the score above 55. Final Test (Cycle II) there is 15 numbers tested with 6 previous topics and 6 new topics; those are (1) article; (2) object pronouns; (3) time division (AM/PM); (4) telling time and (5) modal verbs. The results of Cycle II show that 35 students can score above 55. In conclusion, ERWRT can be applied to improve students’ level of understanding on English grammar and writing skills. This test also can be used to analyze grammar error through reading but cannot be used for listening and speaking skills.

As the ideology of Indonesia, the existence of Pancasila is not without any challenges. In the development of science and technology, the existence of Pancasila is full of struggles. One of the challenges is the rapid social development that have happened nowadays has brought some changes in social activities. These social changes are marked by the development of the generation based on the needs for science and technology. Generation Z nowadays is known as the most active in their activities that depends on the technology devices and for this reasons generation Z needs strong guidelines in utilizing it. The implementation Pancasila value for Generation Z must be in accordance with the needs of Generation Z that are vulnerable for the ethics and morality. The knowledge of Pancasila value with dynamic ways for Generation Z is important so the moral value in Pancasila can be reflected in the personality of Generation Z. The research aims to implement the value of Pancasila that is important for the development of generation Z in the rapid progress of technology nowadays. This research used qualitative method. The implementation of moral science and characters based on Pancasila for Generation Z should be dynamics in accordance with the development of technological era. The implementation of Pancasila value based on their needs and characters of Generation Z is an anticipative way so the value of believe in God, humanity, unity, democracy and social justice still exist and create young generation that have the moral value of Pancasila.

This social engagement is done in order to improve understanding and performance of the teachers of Taman Rama Jimbaran Junior High School (TRJ-JHS) where there is no teachers that have the background study in Informatics and Technology. There are only 5 classes n TRJ-JHS. This small numbers of classes has caused less number of teaching periods. The solution to solve this problem is by assigning the teachers to teach other subjects that were not their background of study before. Based on the regulation of Educational Ministry Number 15 Year 2018, verse 4 poin 3 stated that “The implementation of learning process is 24 period per week as the minimum total and 40 periods per week as the maximum total. This lack of knowledge has made teachers found difficulties especially regarding the topics about Algorithm and programs. Purposes of study are to improve the level of knowledge and performances also it will enable the teachers to teach the students appropriately based on the competency gained. Method used was online conference through Ms Team. Main findings of this social engagement are: the eagerness of the Principal and teachers of TRJ-JHS to improve level of knowledge and performances by giving feedback through practices. There were 2 times evaluations after 3rd and 4th meetings by reconsidering difficulties on the process. The teachers are able to understand the topics especially on Algorithm and the skills in making and editing the learning videos. The results of pre-test and post-test has shown the improvement where at the pre-test out of 20 participants, 16 failed while 4 passed the passing score 76 and the results of post-test was all participants can get the scored 76 and above. Finally, this improvement is expected to be applied properly and appropriately for students especially for the subject Informatics and technology.

Development of technology globally, the needs of the community, especially the younger generation, for technological devices in daily activities are important. As a result of these developments, technology has gradually changed the behavior of society and human civilization globally. The development of internet technology has also caused the world to become borderless and caused significant changes in human behavior. Cyberbullying among the young generation today is an important issue that cannot be underestimated at this time. This problem can occur in any country regardless of the level of socio-economic development of a region. Cyberbullying has a negative impact on the psychological condition of victims of bullying. This research is a literature review that discusses library materials and legal materials related to cyberbullying. This study aims to determine the legal aspects related to cyber bullying behavior so that every level of society, especially the younger generation, understands and understands legal aspects such as the impact / consequences of cyber bullying behavior. This study uses a normative juridical research method using library law sources. The fact that there are many cases of cyber bullying involving students is evidence that the public's understanding of the negative impact of cyber bullying behavior is low. Every victim of bullying also deserves a sense of security and legal protection. The existence of socialization of the legal impact of cyber bullying behavior is very necessary, none other than so that cyber bullying behavior can be prevented or minimized.

Kegiatan Pengadbian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dengan judul “Pelatihan Editing Video Pembelajaran Menggunakan Apiikasi Filmora bagi Guru SMA Taman Rama Jimbaran” ini dilakukan sebagai kelanjutan dari kegiatan PKM sebelumnya tentang pelatihan komputer yang dilakukan tahun lalu. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kinerja guru SMA Taman Rama Jimbaran dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar secara daring sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki. Metode yang digunakan dala pelatihan in adalah pelatihan daring menggunakan aplikasi Zoom yang dilaksanakan selama 2 hari. Pelaksanaan PKM ini dapat dilakukan karena adanya kemauan yang tinggi dari Kepala Sekolah dan guru SMA Taman Rama Jimbaran untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kinerja dengan cara memberikan masukan dan melakukan praktik. Guru memahami mampu topik yang diberikan terkait editing video yang telah dimiliki sebelumnya berupa video pembelajaran direkam menggunakan Zoom atau video pembelajaran sederhana yang drekam menggunakan kamera. Hasil dari PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa guru mampu meningkatkan keterampilan dalam melakukan editing video pembelajaran dibandingkan dengan pelatihan sebelumnya. Akhirnya, peningkatana pemahaman ini diharapkan dapat dipalikasikan dengan baik dan benar kepada siswa khusunya pada mata pelajaran yang diampu oleh guru yang bersangkutan daam melakukan pembelajaran daring.

This social engagement is done in order to improve understanding of students Senior High School of Taman Rama Jimbaran about cyber bullying. This socialization is important to be implemented considering that students nowadays are really attached to their gadgets/devices. Besides, social media is also one of the media that mostly used by students to express their ideas or anything they have in their mind. This socialization is important because sometimes students considering that what they wrote or posted in social media is just something good. However, due to some extend it can be an unpleasing or humiliating others. Method in this social engagement is used was online conference through Zoom. Main findings of this social engagement are: the eagerness of the students to know the information about cyber bullying and the enthusiasm of principle and teachers as a form of their attention about cyber bullying and how to prevent it. The students were able to grasp the information by asking questions needed. There were 35 participants in this activity, those were Principle, teachers and students. Finally, the information about how to prevent cyber bullying, the impact for the victims and law implementation for those who did cyber bullying. Finally, it is expected that cyber bullying preventions are able to be applied properly and appropriately by students and parties involved in it.

The current utilization of digital content platforms has a serious impact on Intellectual Property Rights. Platforms that display digital copyright works are indeed much in demand by netizens today because it is practical and efficient but not only the perceived benefits of digital content platforms but there is a moral responsibility that must be known by all parties both content lovers and content creators. In today's digital era, copyrighted works in the form of digital content are widely misused by various parties, the occurrence of violations of their main rights moral rights is less realized by various parties. It is the duty of all parties to create the protection of moral rights because rights are elements that must be protected in a digital copyright work. This research aims to find out the regulation of aspects of moral rights in Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright. This research uses normative juridical research methods using the legal sources of literature. The protection of moral rights is an important issue in the protection of intellectual property. National regulations are expected to protect the moral rights of copyright creators/owners, especially digital copyright works.

This Community Service Activity aimed to improve English language mastery skills, especially the acquisition of vocabulary and grammar and continued with the Grammarly application to enhance grammar to a more advanced level. This activity was carried out at Tat Twam Asi-Denpasar Orphanage and was attended by 22 participants who were children from the orphanage who were middle and high school students. The Duolingo and Grammarly applications were chosen because these two applications are quite easy to use and can be downloaded and installed on cell phones and personal computers. This activity can be carried out on the spot because of the stable internet network at PKM partners. This activity was carried out for 2 days, where the first day was the Duolingo application activity and the second day was the Grammarly application. The results of this activity show that the participants have enthusiasm for learning vocabulary and grammar which the participants need at school and will then use when the participants have jobs in the future.
