The rapid development in the field of technology has brought various positive and negative impacts. There are many typical crimes that occur, one of which is cyberbullying. These crimes take the form of oppression, insults, psychological violence or intimidation in cyberspace which is carried out repeatedly which is intended to embarrass, spread ugliness and hatred, intimidation which is directed directly or openly through digital devices and platforms such as social media, email, messaging applications, and gaming sites exist. Apart from that, there are several fundamental factors that form the background to the perpetrator's behavior and the impacts it causes. Cyberbullying cases are considered a violation of the 2nd and 5th principles of Pancasila. In responding to the problem of cyberbullying, Indonesia has sufficient laws and regulations to crack down on this criminal act of cyberbullying, one of which is Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE). By applying Pancasila values ??and understanding applicable laws, efforts to prevent and handle cyberbullying can be improved, creating a safer and more positive social media environment, especially for the nation's next generation. This research aims to determine the meaning, impact and ways to overcome it that are useful for provide knowledge to everyone. This research is research that uses a descriptive method in the type of literature study by describing, illustrating, explaining and analyzing the situation and conditions of the problem object from the researcher's perspective based on the results of the literature review.

Pesatnya perkembangan industri digital saat ini memberikan pengaruh besar pada kemajuan terhadap industri global di Indonesia. Tentu banyak pihak yang terlibat dalam industri digital tersebut. Manfaat internet saat ini dirasakan hampir di setiap segmen aktifitas manusia. Salah satu aktifitas bisnis masyarakat yang berkembang saat ini adalah perdagangan online, atau populer disebut dengan Electronic Commerce.Untuk mendukung aktifitas e-commerce diperlukan adanya suatu sistem pembayaran berbasis internet (internet payment system). Saat ini yang berkembang di beberapa Marketplace telah menggunakan metode/sistem QR-Code (Quick Response Code) sebagai metode pembayarannya. Metode tersebut terbukti efisien dalam efektifitas transaksi e-commerce. Namun muncul juga polemik dalam masyarakat mengenai metode QR-Code. Untuk melakukan pembayaran dengan metode QR-Code masyarakat harus melek teknologi dan mengerti tentang penerapan dan fungsinya. Saat ini masyarakat terlena dengan kemudahan yang ditawarkan perusahaan e-commerce dengan metode pembayaran QR-Code tanpa mengerti dan memahami keamanan/perlindungan hukum tentang metode QR-Code yang jelas.Dengan adanya suatu kajian tentang perlindungan terhadap sistem pembayaran elektronik berbasis QR-Code diharapkan konsumen e-commerce dan masyarakat Indonesia pada umumnya mengerti bagaimana penerapan metode pembayaran tersebut dan keamanan metode pembayaran tersebut dalam memberi perlindungan bagi konsumen e-commerce.

Digital Works and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in the Digital Age Advances in technology and information today have a significant impact on changes in human life. The digital era today is very dependent on internet-based technology media. The existence of internet-based platforms has brought people closer to the digital world. Changes in the dynamics of the society in a digital society, of course, have an impact on the knowledge or understanding of the community on the legal impact of the use of digital platforms, such as knowledge of one's intellectual property rights on digital media. Work that was still physically in the form of now turned into digital media or digital copyright works. In this case, the regulations governing the intellectual property rights of a person/organization should accommodate and protect the digital intellectual creation of the Indonesian people as a form of legal protection for the rights possessed by the owner of the Cipta work. This study aims to protect intellectual property rights in digital-based products/works. This study uses a normative juridical research method using the source of literature, including applicable laws, legal literacy, and other legal materials. Technological advances have made it easier for everyone to steal and duplicate the digital work of others to make a profit. Therefore, the existence of an existing legal umbrella and policy, namely Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information on Electronic Transactions and Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright, is expected to increase innovation increase competitiveness in the digital era and support the protection of rights of Intellectual Property for Digital Work for all parties who are entitled.

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakt (PKM) ini dilakukan selama 2 hari terkait pengenalan hoax/berita bohong, ujaran kebencian (hate speech) dan penipuan dalam jaringan (daring). Metode kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara ceramah dan diskusi. Peserta kegiatan PKM ini adalah 20 anak perempuan dari Panti Asuhan Tat Twam Asi – Denpasar. Guna mengetahui pemahaman peserta terkait pengenalan hoax/berita bohong, tes awal menunjukkan bahwa ada 15 anak yang belum memahami dengan baik dan benar terkait topik yang dimaksud. Sedangkan hasil tes akhir menunjukkan bahwa ke-20 anak sudah memahami topik dengan baik dan benar. Hal yang sama dilakukan pada pertemuan kedua dengan topik ujaran kebencian (hate speech) dan penipuan dalam jaringan (daring), tes awal menunjukkan bahwa ada 14 anak yang belum memahami dengan baik dan benar terkait topik yang dimaksud. Sedangkan hasil tes akhir menunjukkan bahwa ke-20 anak sudah memahami topik dengan baik dan benar. Kegiatan PKM ini perlu dilakukan karena tim merasa penting terkait pengenalan hoax/berita bohong, ujaran kebencian/hate speech dan penipuan daring karena hampir semua aktivitas masyarakat di era digital sekarang ini sering menggunakan dawai/gadget/devices dan perlu dibekali dengan pengetahuan akan dampak positif dan negatif dari penggunaan dawai/gadget/devices tersebut
