Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the digital business skills of PKK mothers in Kampung Sengon, Depok, by introducing the use of social media as a practical marketing tool. The training, held on January 4, 2024, focused on familiar platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook and covered basic digital marketing techniques, affiliate marketing, and e-commerce strategies suitable for micro, small, medium-entrepreneurs (MSME). Delivered through lectures and interactive discussions, the program significantly improved participants' understanding of digital entrepreneurship, increased their motivation, and opened up opportunities for collaboration. The training emphasized the importance of building a consistent digital presence to develop their businesses independently and sustainably. Managerial implications highlight the need for an adaptive and participant-centered approach in training design, ensuring that content is aligned with participants' digital skills. Facilitators should also provide access to digital tools and encourage peer-to-peer interactions to strengthen learning outcomes and support the formation of informal business networks. Ultimately, the program contributes to improving household economic resilience and driving local economic development.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to identify factors that influence lecturer performance and develop a model that can explain the relationship between achievement motivation, lecturer competence, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction with the performance of permanent lecturers in seven higher education schools in Region III Jakarta. Methodology: This research applies the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method involving 189 respondents who were randomly selected through questionnaire distribution with a 1-5 Likert scale . Research results: analysis results, lecturer performance can be explained by Achievement Motivation, Organizational Commitment, and Competence, with Lecturer Organizational Commitment being the most dominant variable. This research presents novelty through the application of a model that has never been used before in Lecturer Performance case studies, which integrates variables and dimensions from previous research. Although there have been many studies discussing Achievement Motivation, what is unique is that this research shows a negative and significant influence on Job Satisfaction. Apart from that, Job Satisfaction does not function as a mediator between lecturers' Achievement Motivation, Competence and Organizational Commitment on lecturers' performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study also examines job satisfaction as a mediating variable in this relationship.   Objective : Studi ini menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Kantor BKPSDM Bogor, dengan fokus pada peran budaya organisasi, tunjangan kinerja, dan kepemimpinan transformasional.   Methods : This study investigates the factors that influence employee performance at the Bogor BKPSDM Office, focusing on the role of organizational culture, performance allowances, and transformational leadership.   Research results : The main findings indicate that performance incentives and transformational leadership significantly increase job satisfaction, which in turn positively impacts employee performance. Performance incentives and organizational culture are also shown to directly improve performance. However, organizational culture has no effect on job satisfaction, and transformational leadership does not have a significant direct effect on performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction successfully mediates the effect of performance incentives and transformational leadership on employee performance, highlighting its central role as a link between policies and work outcomes.
