Abstract

Background: The era of globalization bring nursing education institutions in Indonesia run nursing education process varies with the quality control system education that goes well, but not optimal so that the quality of graduates is very diverse. One of the efforts to realize the improvement of the quality and equity of health workers is to improve the quality control of graduates through the competency test. Meanwhile, the utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) -based e-learning is a new paradigm in health education. The need for nurses prepares for a competency test into an opportunity for universities to take advantage of ICT-based e-learning for nurse competency test preparation. Methods: This study is action research. Stages of research begin with needs analysis through interviews, observation and focus group discussion involving three lecturers and 14 participants UKNI. The results of the needs analysis are used as a reference in designing the prototype e-learning. E-learning prototype evaluation was performed using the theory of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Results: The prototype eLearning developed in accordance with the needs analysis include: the accessibility of e-learning, quality of information, human resources and management content.   The results of the evaluation of the prototype e-learning on perceived usefulness, 51.8% of respondents strongly agree and 47% agree, while the perceived ease of use, 42.9% of respondents strongly agree and 56% of respondents agreed. Conclusions: The need for the development of e-learning for UKNI preparation is the substitution, meaning that learning is done through the internet entirely. The evaluation results usefulness respondents perceived the prototype e-learning was helpful. The results of the evaluation of perceived ease of use of respondents feel the ease operate prototype e-learning.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKehamilan merupakan proses yang normal, alamiah yang diawali dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin intrauteri, dimulai sejak konsepsi sampai bersalin dan lamanya kehamilan normal adalah 280 hari (40 minggu atau 9 bulan 7 hari) di hitung dari hari pertama haid terakhir.Pada masa Kehamilan ibu hamil agar dapat mempersiapkan diri pada kesehatan ibu hamil dengan menjaga nutrisi selama proses kehamilannya. Ibu hamil wajib memeriksakan kehamilannya agara ibu hamil dapat mengetahui dan mencegah sedini mungkin kelainan yang dapat terjadi, meningkatkan kondisi badan ibu dalam menghadapi kehamilan serta mendapatkan penyuluhan yang diperlukan selama kehamilan. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan masyarakat khususnya ibu hamil mampu menjaga kesehatannya selama kehamilan di masa pandemi. Kegiatan-kegiatan ini mencakup teori dan praktek yang meliputi : (1) Pendidikan Kesehatan yang dilakukan secara online; (2) Praktik Senam Ibu Hamil yang dilakukan Melalui Vidio; dengan melibatkan mahasiswa Universitas Aisyah Pringsewu pada saat pelaksanaan. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan masyarakat khususnya ibu hamil dapat menyadari pentingnya kesehatan bagi ibu hamil walaupun dimasa pandemi ini. Kata kunci: kehamilan; nutrisi; senam hamil ABSTRACTPregnancy is a normal, natural process that begins with the growth and development of the intrauterine fetus. It starts from conception to delivery and the normal length of pregnancy is 280 days (40 weeks or 9 months 7 days) on the first day of the last menstruation. During pregnancy, pregnant women can prepare themselves for the health of pregnant women by maintaining nutrition during the pregnancy process. Pregnant women are required to have their pregnancy checked so that pregnant women can find out and prevent possible abnormalities that can occur, improve the condition of the mother's body in facing pregnancy and get the necessary counseling during pregnancy. Through this activity, it is expected that the community, especially pregnant women, will be able to maintain their health during pregnancy during a pandemic. These activities include theory and practice as follows: (1) Health Education which will be conducted online; (2) Exercise for Pregnant Women through Video; by involving the students of Aisyah University of Pringsewu during the implementation. Abstract

This objective of the study was to determine the effect of the quality of academic services owned by Aisyah University of Pringsewu on student satisfaction. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The types of data needed for research are primary data and secondary data. Sampling was carried out using a probability sampling method of simple random sampling, with a total of 198 respondents. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the T-test there are 2 variables that have an effect, namely the Responsivenss variable (responsiveness) and Tangible variable (physical evidence), while the Reliability (reliability), Assurance (Assurance) and Emphaty (empathy) has no effect on student satisfaction. The results of this study based on the F test is the Quality of Service which consists of Reliability (reliability), Responsivenss (responsiveness), Assurane (Guarantee), Empathy (empathy) and Tangible (physical evidence) have a simultaneous and significant effect on student satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik yang dimiliki oleh Universitas Aisyah Pringsewu terhadap kepuasan mahasisiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling jenis simple random sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 198 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda.Berdasarkan hasil uji T terdapat 2 variabel yang berpegaruh yakni variabel Responsivenss (daya tanggap) dan variabel Tangible (bukti fisik), sedangkan variabel Reliability (kehandalan), Assurane (Jaminan) dan Emphaty (empati) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan uji F adalah Kualitas Pelayanan yang terdiri dari Reliability (kehandalan), Responsivenss (daya tanggap), Assurane (Jaminan) , Emphaty (empati) dan Tangible (bukti fisik) berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa

Abstract

Stunting refers to a condition when a child experiences impaired growth and development for his age due to malnutrition. Factors that cause stunting can be found during pregnancy or the early stages of child growth. In this study, researchers wanted to find out about the use of technology as a determinant of mothers' knowledge about stunting in toddlers aged 1-5 years. This type of research is quantitative using a cross-sectional study design. The design of this study was chosen to identify the influence of variables on Android mobile phones and growth and development applications on maternal knowledge about stunting aged 1-5 years. The research population was all mothers who had toddlers aged 1-5 years in Tanjung Sari Natar Village, South Lampung. The sample size using the non-probability sampling quota sampling technique is 50 respondents. The test was carried out using the Pearson correlation test, whether ownership of an Android mobile phone and growth and development applications is related to a mother's knowledge about stunting. The results of a significance value > 0.05 (cellphone 0.195, growth and development applications 0.113) mean that there is no significant correlation between owned mobile phones and growth and development applications, with knowledge of stunting.

Abstract

The incidence of inpatient readmissions within 30 days is an indicator of the quality management system and service costs in the National Health Insurance (JKN) program. The high incidence of readmissions creates inefficiency and is detrimental not only to BPJS Health as the guarantor, but also to the patients themselves. Readmissions are also a sign of poor quality of health services in hospitals. Summary of JKN data from 2015 to 2019, the hospital readmission rate was 561 per 10,000 cases or 5.61%. This figure is still above the ideal figure, namely above 1%. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of BPJS Health patient readmissions in hospitals. Quantitative research method with a cross sectional research design on data collected retrospectively. The research sample was taken using a total sampling technique by taking all inpatients at Mutiara Bunda Hospital, Tulang Bawang Regency in 2023, namely 8879 patients. The research data were processed using the person chi-square correlation test. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between gender (p < 0.001) and length of stay (p = 0.046) with the incidence of readmissions. There was no relationship between age (p = 0.177) and case severity (p = 0.914) with the incidence of readmission. Hospital management is expected to be able to improve the quality and efficiency of health services through planning the discharge of patients from the moment they are admitted to the hospital, providing education, and continuity of service by prioritizing age at risk to reduce the incidence of readmissions in hospitals.

Abstract

Background: Length of hospitalization is indicator accomplishment of patient care in hospital. Long hospitalization causes increased treatment costs, whereas hospitalization that is too short will increase the risk of patient re-admission. The majority of inpatients in Indonesia are Health patients of social insurance administration organization with a payment system based on the ina-cbgs claim package which seeks to shorten patient treatment time to avoid economic losses so that the Length of hospitalization value is still below 6-9 days. Objective: The research to determine the correlation between sociodemographic factors and length of stay for health patients of social insurance administration organization in Mardi Waluyo Hospital at Metro City. Method: This observational analysis study was designed to collect data retrospectively using a cross-sectional design. are all Health participants of social insurance administration organization who will be treated at Mardi Waluyo Hospital in Metro City 2022, with a total of 13.903 patients. The sampling technique used total sampling. Data were analyzed used the Chi Square test Result: The results of the analysis show that there is a significant correlation between (age p= <0.001); (gender p=<0.001); (treatment class p= 0.001), (type of disease p= 0.001); and (number of disease diagnoses p=<0.001) with length of stay. Conclusion: It is recommended that research sites conduct a more in-depth analysis of factors related to length of hospitalization so that the services provided to patients are more effective and efficient and can increase patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama yang bertanggung jawab secara strategis untuk memberikan layanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat, terutama di tingkat kecamatan.  Puskesmas adalah ujung tombak sistem kesehatan nasional dan bertanggung jawab atas pelayanan kuratif dan rehabilitatif serta program preventif dan promotif.  Sebagian besar operator tidak menerima pelatihan yang cukup tentang cara menggunakan SIMPUS dan sistem digital lainnya.  Beberapa orang masih melakukan transformasi digital manual atau semi-digital (menggunakan lembar kerja spreadsheet tanpa sistem terintegrasi), tetapi ini tidak dapat dilakukan secara instan. transformasi digital semacam ini tidak dapat dilakukan secara instan. Diperlukan adanya pendekatan penguatan kapasitas (capacity building) yang komprehensif bagi para operator Puskesmas. Para operator Puskesmas membutuhkan pendekatan penguatan kapasitas yang menyeluruh. Hasil evaluasi pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan bahwa peserta lebih memahami penggunaan SIMPUS secara signifikan. Nilai rata-rata peserta meningkat dari 55,3 menjadi 86,7 setelah pelatihan. Selain itu, operator memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang hubungan antara data pelayanan dan indikator kinerja yang harus dilaporkan. Dari perspektif efisiensi, peningkatan kapasitas meningkatkan kemampuan teknis individu dan sistem kerja organisasi secara keseluruhan; waktu penyusunan laporan bulanan yang sebelumnya membutuhkan tiga hingga empat hari sekarang hanya membutuhkan satu hingga dua hari. Selain itu, jumlah laporan yang dikembalikan oleh Dinas Kesehatan karena kesalahan data menurun hingga 70%. Secara langsung, kegiatan ini meningkatkan kualitas manajemen data kesehatan di Puskesmas Pagelaran. Hasilnya dapat digunakan sebagai model replikasi untuk puskesmas lain di wilayah Kabupaten Pringsewu Lampung dalam jangka panjang. Untuk mencapai hal ini, diperlukan rencana jangka panjang untuk kegiatan ini harus mencakup pelatihan lanjutan tentang analisis data dan pelaporan yang didasarkan pada standar kualitas peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi dan sistem jaringan dan pembentukan tim pengelola data internal yang berfungsi sebagai pusat pembelajaran untuk karyawan baru.
